Oh. my. God. This place is AWESOME! Got a car from a friend that was FUNKY on the inside because the sunroof was leaking and it sat for a year. Inside was nauseating. Smelled like something crawled in there and DIED. These guys are MIRACLE WORKERS. MIRACLE WORKERS I tell ya. They got the smell out. THEY GOT ALL THE MOLD AND STAINS OUT. I accused them of swapping my car out with a different one - IT'S THAT FREAKING CLEAN. This was AMAZING. Seriously. Don't know if they have a magic wand or what, but THIS .... oh lawdy.... THIS IS SSOOOO fantastic! Here's picture proof! Worth every penny AND a $40 dollar tip! You MUST take your car there... they are the ANSWER for your funky car problems. This would have been worth TWICE the money I paid.

I was looking to get my mom’s car detailed for her birthday. I looked on Detail City’s website and liked what I saw so I gave them a call a few days later. No answer. Drove to the business. Appeared abandoned. Nothing indicating that a “Detail City” was ever there. I called the number again. No answer so I left a message. Right after that, I got a call back from a man named Darren (I think). He told me the building was being upgraded and that the business had temporarily moved to a different location (why not put a note on the garage door telling customers that?) He told me Detail City was mainly doing mobile detailing at the moment. I asked him for the address to the temporary location because I wasn’t interested in mobile detailing. He somehow had no idea of the address and said he would call me back. Now at this point (8.27.22), Detail City’s website had disappeared without explanation. As of today (9.4.22) it is back up. Unsurprisingly, I never got a call back. I went to Speed Clean Services on 14 Mile and Kelly in Clinton Township and my mom got an amazing detail from a business that had itself together. Website up, a real building and a receptionist (who actually knew what was going on). I am giving one star for the runaround and real lack of information I received as an inquiring potential customer. I cannot comment on the quality of their service because I never even got to the point of receiving it. Detail City, do better. Hopefully for you guys, this was a one-off.

Two weeks ago, I took my vehicle to Jack's Auto Detailing because I had to have some built-up residue on the bottom of both sides of my car removed and I also wanted to have the shine on my car restored. James, who is the owner of Jack's Auto Detailing did an EXCELLENT job on my car; and now it looks brand new! I now plan on taking my my other vehicle to James of Jack's Auto Detailing to restore the exterior finish on it because I know James is going to do an EXCELLENT job on it also! Brian

So, James breathed new life into my 9 year old Subaru Outback. There were scratches from the hood to the trunk, they’re all gone now. He said he’d take care of my foggy headlights, done! My rims look brand new! The interior, great job. He even repaired my sunglasses holder, not a part of the detailing. It cost $$$$, but it was worth it after 9-10 years of never having my car detailed. I think I might keep it for a few more years!

Staff is great but for some reason the back of my SUV is ALWAYS still dirty when I drive off! It’s frustrating. That’s why I don’t tip the towel people anymore because I always end up getting out and drying/cleaning it anyway. There’s no way they don’t see it. Smh But I’d definitely recommend getting unlimited!!

It was my first time coming here and it went great, but one of the vacuum on the passenger side wasn’t strong enough compared to the driver side. I like that it is long enough to reach over to the other side. The drive thru car wash was good. I got the $14/mo pass which allows you to go twice a day.

I am so glad I went to Cloud Nine to get my Subaru detailed. I had both the interior and exterior done. I bought the car used, and the previous owner had used it for construction supply hauling & offroading -- and it definitely showed. My car is still dirty. Who should have to get out of their car and inspect the job that is done, especially when you physically can't wash your own car. So that's why you're going to spend $10 and something that did not even clean my car. And then you go to the website and it doesn't accept your cell number. Shady shady. I will never return.

Bought a used truck from an older gentleman who left the interior quite a mess with 26 years worth of stains and grime. Aidan came out and was actually a few minutes early! He had 95% of the stains out and the truck looking as good as new within two hours! Can’t beat the price, punctuality, and quality of his work. The photos speak for themselves. I brought my vehicle to Chris on the recommendation of my cousin. Upon meeting him, he was just as described -- down to earth and clearly passionate about his work. I had Chris paint my calipers, as well as apply a three year ceramic coating ahead of the winter to come. He immediately went to work on it, seemingly non-stop, despite the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. He maintained communication and sent pictures during said time. A few days later, my car was done and never looked better. As my cousin, and others have mentioned in prior reviews, Chris has an excellent attention to detail that is befitting to his line of work. He takes pride in what he does and it comes through in dialogue and his work. He treats your car like his own.

Jack’s Car Wash offers great service with a friendly and welcoming staff who make the experience pleasant. The quality of the car wash was good, leaving my car looking clean and refreshed. While everything was well-done, there’s just a small room for improvement in attention to detail, but overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a reliable car wash!

Avoid this place. They clearly don’t properly clean and/or service the brushes. I took my truck through only to have it come out (still) dirty and with newly added scratches! Given they also hand dry, an attendant should have brought this to my attention. Terrible quality, poor service and now I’ll need to spend MY money to remove scratches and restore the paint. Unbelievable! Update: 12/3 To make matters worse, zero accountability. Just look at the response from the business. Not impressed. I keep my truck meticulously clean inside & out. I would 100% notice scratches to that degree and I am positive it’s from Jax. Thanks for nothing. Take your vehicle to a place that takes pride in what they do, and owns up to mistakes.

They did an awesome job on my car! I asked for the minimum package on the detailing job and I am blown away at how beautiful it is. They truly took their time and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I forgot to take a before and after but needless to say my car WAS DIRTY. I paid about $120 for the detail but I would have paid more for how well they did so I gave a good tip. I truly appreciate all their hard work for their service. If you’re looking for an excellent detail where they service you at your home this is the place!

The pictures can’t do justice way better in person haven’t seen my truck look like this since I bought it in 2018… Wish I had pictures before they started cleaning haven’t been cleaned inside in 3yrs… got the Deluxe package and boy did they put in work! Chris did an interior/exterior clean/wash on my Audi and it came out like-new beautiful. However, my cat uses the car as her playground and her jumping on the car caused a forest of scratches. I asked Chris if I brought the car to him another time did he think he could fix the damage. His confident response - "Absolutely!" He then decided to prove it and pulled out his tools. AMAZING result! He rejuvenated that portion (see pics) of the paint's finish as if my cat had been born declawed! Chris earned a lifelong client. I pick up my Ford Bronco from him today after he applied a 3-year ceramic coating to the new vehicle. Can't wait to see the beast shine!

Chris does amazing work, I went in for a simple Wash n Wax, My 2001 Chevy Trax came out looking showroom new. My rims look amazing! How he manages to get inside my rims where it’s difficult to reach is beyond me but he does it! And the time it takes him to do the work well it incomprehensible. I been going to Chris for a few yrs now and I hope he never leaves the area.

Window tinting review. This location offers tinting options, and the result is well done, no issues, a few days to let the film take its shape (aka all variations to subside). There is a choice of 3 opacity, and various choices of vehicle designs and costs. Maybe more choice as needed, for extra. Overall a smooth service, and would recommend. I had my 22 Bolt done last week, and will bring my 19 convertible next.

This is what a $30 hour interior and exterior car wash will get you here. It was worse but I had asked to clean my cup holders more cause they were untouched. When I left I went home and cleaned my car myself, after just spending $ to have it done lol never again will I be back.

I ONLY go to Visibly Clean on Woodward to have my cars detailed. John and his staff know what they are doing and it really shows! I also use them for just a simple inside and outside cleaning and their work is the best I have found for the (very reasonable) price. You do need to call for an appointment a few days in advance so keep that in mind. Thanks, John!

Second time I've brought a truck here for a full spa package. I initially was interested in much higher end services, and these guys explained why it wasn't necessary. They sold me only what was needed to achieve what I wanted. Went with the Silver spa package. Drop off was very easy, and my 5 year old truck was ready right when they said it would be...and it looked brand new. I'll be scheduling our other car here very soon. Great work guys!

This is the worst detail shop I’ve been to. Absolute Worst. See review and all pics attached. Left my car for the day and paid the highest price for full detail + engine bay clean up $160. The car mats weren’t washed when I arrived and had to specifically ask. Both glove box and arm rest compartments are not touched. Pet hairs are still left everywhere, under seats, between them and across the car interior. Stains are left on most of the fabric. Roof, gage cluster, and switches aren’t touched… Absolute waste of time and money. They have no regard to admitting or caring. The gear shifter isn’t clean, I wiped it with my finger and got dirt off. Door hinges, trunk and boot door are not cleaned. This shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. See photos below.

So I went in for a ultra car wash and my car battery suddenly died inside the cleaning port. The owner and his workers were super helpful in giving me a boost and a free car wash to use later. I really like the new ownership never had any issues with car washes and the staff are super friendly.

He told me he seen the stains on the inside roof of my car and that he started cleaning it but due to the fact I didn't tell him to clean it he didn't finish it. Then tried to charge me an extra $20 to set a appointment to get it cleaned the next day. Other than that he did a great job.

Great car wash. I have been looking for a good one in neighborhood and finally found one. The Dryer doesn’t really dry the vehicle completely so maybe a microfiber towel can come handy after wash.

Randomly ran into this touch free carwash and it was very good. Slightly better than all the other touch-less washes in the area. Better dying and cheaper. This will likely become my go to. This car wash also has 2 bays which will be more convenient in the winter when lines are longer!
