Chris did an interior/exterior clean/wash on my Audi and it came out like-new beautiful. However, my cat uses the car as her playground and her jumping on the car caused a forest of scratches. I asked Chris if I brought the car to him another time did he think he could fix the damage. His confident response - "Absolutely!" He then decided to prove it and pulled out his tools. AMAZING result! He rejuvenated that portion (see pics) of the paint's finish as if my cat had been born declawed! Chris earned a lifelong client. I pick up my Ford Bronco from him today after he applied a 3-year ceramic coating to the new vehicle. Can't wait to see the beast shine!

How he manages to get inside my rims where it’s difficult to reach is beyond me but he does it! And the time it takes him to do the work well it incomprehensible. David and his team are miracle workers! This past summer I brought my new-to-me '13 S8 to Forza. It was in desperate need of paint correction, ceramic protection, and needed some paint repair done to the hood. I brought my vehicle to Chris on the recommendation of my cousin. Upon meeting him, he was just as described -- down to earth and clearly passionate about his work. I had Chris paint my calipers, as well as apply a three year ceramic coating ahead of the winter to come. He immediately went to work on it, seemingly non-stop, despite the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. He maintained communication and sent pictures during said time. The old attendant who guides cars onto the rack is extremely rude and impatient. His bad attitude makes every visit unpleasant, and I have had multiple confrontations with him simply because he’s always angry and rushes me before I can properly put my vehicle to Neutral. I’m not sure why management continues to keep someone so unprofessional in such a customer-facing role. This behavior reflects poorly on the business and ruins the overall experience.

I have always had a good experience at this car wash in the past so I decided to take my wife’s new Wagoneer here for its 2nd or 3rd wash. About half way through the car wash and once the suds cleared off my windshield I noticed my car hitting the car in front of me. I immediately blew my horn and put my car in reverse out of neutral. The car in front of me pulled out and away while I had to stay stationary while they fixed the car wash. After a few moments I was told to back up and waited another 10 minutes while they continued working on the car wash. Once I pulled through and out into a bay I noticed a small dent, some scrapes, and my bumper coming loose from its bumper bracket. I made the employees aware and I was given a number to the owner Jonyar Abro. At first he seemed like he was understanding and would help. I was asked to provide him an estimate to fix the damages which I did to the sum of approximately $1200. After I sent him the estimate I never heard back from him again. I am a reasonable guy and would have worked something out with him to get my car fixed; however, he I guess is not.

I have been getting my car washed here for a long time. A few days ago, my car's side mirror cover broke during the wash. I went back the next day, and they gave me various excuses. They said they would order a replacement and that I should come back in 3-5 days, but it seems they haven't placed the order. I feel like I'm being harassed. If this doesn’t get resolved, I need to be honest about my experience.

Wow. Terrific service. I called on a Monday, the owner answered on the second ring, and they were out curbside by Wednesday. The crew worked away for nearly an hour. High quality service. (Rare these days) Great results with the detailing to begin with, when an issue arose with my car, they dealt with it in a professional manner. There was always good communication being made. When I brought back my car for the issue to be resolved (few weeks later) they were quick and had cleaned my car inside and out as a bonus. They are not your cheapest option, that extra mile and being able to depend on them even if the rare issue happens, makes them worth every penny. I used to be a monthly member for unlimited carwashes. I had the basic exterior option and it was ok. I canceled it and recently they sent me a coupon for a free everything exterior car wash. I said he let me give them another chance and try it again. My truck was not that dirty when I took it in and after the wash not much cleaner. I was not happy with the wash as the basics were not even clean. Take a look at the pictures. Also gave me a nice scuff mark on the side of my Truck! Not very happy with the outcome of this wash.

I am not satisfied with the service. I do not recommend it to anyone. They are busy. They have two positions of men pouring water. They did not even pour water on my car and it was very dirty. I paid 22 dollars.

I went in for a refresh of my Tesla Model 3 that was coated five years ago. Rather than simply quote a price they suggested doing the minimum, then checking the results to see if more was required. I did need more due to time and the number of brush car washes it had. They did a little more for the price they had previously said might be needed. It looks great! I’ll be back.

VDX Detailing did an amazing job bringing my 16 year old boat back to life. It had significant oxidation and water etching, and now it looks nearly new again (see attached before and after example photos) David was able to get rid of, or significantly reduce, what I thought were permanent scratches. I spent a lot more than I originally planned, but got a much better result than I thought possible. With David's clear dedication to doing a great job, I will use him again.

I bought a '93 Corvette (C4) last year and thought it looked great. A buddy suggested I should get it ceramic coated to preserve its great condition. I researched the available detail shops and 248GARAGE stood out. Booked my appointment and dropped off my vette looking forward to Doug and his crew to apply the ceramic to preserve my new toy. Doug kept me updated on the progress of their work and informed me on day 3 it was ready for pickup. He also said it turned out really nice. Doug was wrong - it is an unbelievable result! The white paint is at least 3-4 shades WHITER after the magic these guys performed! Before 248GARAGE my car was actually a greyish white. Now it's wedding dress in your face WHITE! Thanks Dequan for making my fifth wheel look like brand new again. My 2016 Montana had significant oxidation on the driver and back side of the unit. First off I have to say, DeQuan is a straight up dude. He does what he says he’s going to do. I called him on a Thursday late in the afternoon to do a full detail on one of my cars for a car show that Saturday morning, he told me he was booked up but being a car guy himself, he knew that I needed it done, he told me to drop off the car and he would make it happen. Second time I've brought a truck here for a full spa package. I initially was interested in much higher end services, and these guys explained why it wasn't necessary.
