I am so glad I went to Cloud Nine to get my Subaru detailed. I had both the interior and exterior done. I bought the car used, and the previous owner had used it for construction supply hauling & offroading -- and it definitely showed. Evan was so clear about any extra work that needed to be done on the car, and the communication was so much appreciated. My car looks amazing, and I can't wait to show it off on the road. Cloud 9 did an amazing job, and got my car back to me quickly. I'll absolutely be going back for any detailing work needed in the future.

Purchased my.car from a dealership in Utah and it arrived filthy - inside and out. Cloud 9 did a fabulous job bringing it back to life and now it looks and feels like new! I had a turkey fly into my driver’s side window while traveling at speed on M-23, and glass was EVERYWHERE! Paul came to my house and spent extra time making sure to get all the glass out of every part of the car! He even steamed the car seat for my toddler! They are now selling the pro grade 3d brand of detail products for every type of detail need The store reps are pretty knowledgeable on the products and are extremely helpful on choosing the right products for you. They also do car meets on the last sunday of the month which is a cool little car meet in the morning.

I walked in the door and was pleasantly greeted by Trevor, he's a good guy, seems to be well educated with the Chemical Guys products. He took the time to come out to the parking lot to check out my car so he could get a good idea of the products I would need to get it detailed properly. We went back inside and he hooked me up. It took me a couple days to get everything done because I took my time to do right, and the results are definitely worth the time and effort I put into it. It's a very clean car and I'm very proud of the way it looks, it's very shiny now and with me being retired now, I can keep it looking that way... I would definitely recommend Detail Garage for all your detailing needs, they have everything you need.

The place was amazing! The workers there made me feel right at home and well-cared for. They greeted me with a bottle of water and some chips. They started on my car right away, The entire oil change process took only 9 minutes, and I was out of there in no time. This is definitely a next-level oil change spot. I’ll definitely be coming back here again. Well done gentleman.

They did an awesome job on my car! I asked for the minimum package on the detailing job and I am blown away at how beautiful it is. They truly took their time and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I forgot to take a before and after but needless to say my car WAS DIRTY. I paid about $120 for the detail but I would have paid more for how well they did so I gave a good tip. I truly appreciate all their hard work for their service. If you’re looking for an excellent detail where they service you at your home this is the place!

The pictures can’t do justice way better in person haven’t seen my truck look like this since I bought it in 2018… Wish I had pictures before they started cleaning haven’t been cleaned inside in 3yrs… got the Deluxe package and boy did they put in work! Nabil came and did a great job on my car which was very dirty. He cleaned every individual wheel and shined the tires as well as applying a wax to the exterior of the bmw. He then did an interior clean which got so much dirt out of my door jambs and seats.

Chris was very professional, my used Ford Focus looks brand new now. He spent over 2 hours on it and did a wonderful job. I felt it was on par with the Ziebart interior/exterior detail for a better price.

They did everything perfectly. My truck looks like new inside and out. They showed up early and made sure my truck was perfect. I'm having them do my wife's car also. I had Mr shine do my brother's truck too. It was really scratched up badly. They polished it up removed the mess. We had the sliver package. Wash, wax/ buff, windows and trim. Love these guys best in my area. I highly recommend Mr. Shine a value you won't believe.

Thanks Dequan for making my fifth wheel look like brand new again. My 2016 Montana had significant oxidation on the driver and back side of the unit. I reached out to Relentless Automobile Detailed and talked to Dequan. He came out and checked things out and gave me a quote to fix the oxidation and polish and seal the entire unit. Dequan is a true professional who takes his work and brand seriously. His attention to detail and making sure the job was done right really impressed me. 1st let me start by saying the work that was done to my truck is OUTSTANDING. I am super thankful for everything. As I don't like to he that customer that has 10000 questions I always have alot of questions. Along the way everything was explained and super attentive to my needs . Great service! At first, I wanted to sell my old car and buy a new one because it was so dirty but, as a last resort, after I bought this car detail and they cleaned it up for me, my car felt and looked so clean that I am no longer looking for a new car! Will now use my car until it breaks! Also extremely well priced, cheapest car detail in northern virginia by far! Highly recommend and I would definitely use them again.

These guys did a great job on my 2023 Chevy pickup. Right away, I noticed the inside flats on the rims were cleaned. Which I know is not easy. The interior was fantastic. Truck looks brand new after a long salty winter. I’ll certainly return to Complete Pristine in Macomb.

Great experience all the way around, Kevin was super professional, polite, and very thorough. He offered options on detailing the inside and outside of my Jeep, but also wasn't pushy. I brought my vehicle to Chris on the recommendation of my cousin. Upon meeting him, he was just as described -- down to earth and clearly passionate about his work. I had Chris paint my calipers, as well as apply a three year ceramic coating ahead of the winter to come. He immediately went to work on it, seemingly non-stop, despite the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. He maintained communication and sent pictures during said time. A few days later, my car was done and never looked better. As my cousin, and others have mentioned in prior reviews, Chris has an excellent attention to detail that is befitting to his line of work. He takes pride in what he does and it comes through in dialogue and his work. He treats your car like his own.

At 15 & VanDyke location, I bought a 4 plus 1 ticket, and it says good thru 05/03/2025. After only 3 visits, the ticket code says no longer valid. Basically, I lost two washes, and I had to pay for the car wash at the time they told that. I am frustrated, and I encourage nobody to by this kind of tickets After the owner responded to contact them to make this right, I called and left voicemails a couple of times, but still no call back yet, so I don't know how they are going to make it right as the owner replied last week

I went to another location and it was much better. Today I decided to stop by this new one b/c I was near by. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AND ANGRY. Firstly- they used cold water. When I got out the barely dried it and the water froze on both my rearview mirrors as well as my doors! I couldn’t see a thing. After getting out and trying to get the ice off with no progress the 2 men FINALLY came back. They started to yell at me saying it wasn’t their problem and to leave. TELL ME, HOW DO YOU EXPECT ME TO GO BACK IN SUCH A DANGEROUS CONDITION?!?!?. OVERALL: NEVER coming back! 👎👎👎

The women attendant is a liar and would not look at the damage their track caused my wheel, at first she said "No I won't come look at it!" then she covered her lie and said, "well it happened but it's because you didn't listen." So which is it? clearly she saw it happen and didn't bother to say anything, but took it out on the other attendant by yelling at him to enter the license plate. Nice that she threatens to call the cops if I don't leave. Classy JOint

Was given a few coupons for free washes here. Got my car cleaner than those eight dollar washes! They really clean your rims etc. and dry your car when you’re done with towels. Which is a dying art in my opinion. Tip your towel boys! You’re gonna love this place!

I got a very wonderful discount for the inner panels as well as the underneath of the chassis and getting a recommendation from interstate auto service. They were very professional, courteous, and respectful. Even after there was a small spill on the inside of the truck seat, they cleaned it up immediately and completely. $1300.00 paid For their “Diamond package” I brought my car to Ziebart without asking any questions or bargaining on the price. They promised a lot of services, but when I got my car back, the only thing I could assess was the ceramic coating and buffing because I’m no expert in underlayment. Right away, I could tell they hadn’t even properly cleaned or buffed the car. They just applied a clear coat to make it look shiny, but you could still see all the imperfections—tiny rust spots from the brakes they said they’d buff out were still there. I took the car back the next day, and they promised to touch it up and make it right. Instead, they ended up damaging all the plastic parts on my car. I don’t know if they did anything to protect the doors from rust like they said they would. It’s hard to tell because I can’t verify it myself. There were still many areas they missed, and while they may have covered up some spots, I have no confidence in the quality of the work. I paid $1,300, no questions asked, and gave them a second chance to fix the issues. They still didn’t do it right. The guy at the front desk (don’t remember his name) seemed shady, avoiding eye contact and dodging my concerns. When I mentioned the problems, he deflected by asking about my interior, which was nothing special. For the price I paid, they should’ve cleaned every inch of it, but that wasn’t the case. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m beyond disappointed. This review is to warn others because I’m not looking for anything from them at this point.
