Went to Superior Shine in Harper branch. It’s snowing today and I want my car washed. I’m very disappointed when I got to the location. I WAS CLOSED. I paid $34 for the unlimited deal. Please cancel my membership and I want my money back. I became a member last December 9, 2024. Thank you!

First and foremost, if Google offered 10 stars, Josh and his crew would immediately receive 15 stars for the work they've done. They're highly professional, experienced and have a great attention to detail. I originally planned on replacing many original parts in my 31+ year old custom truck. Jaybeez challenged me to the point where they saved the original carpeted floor mats. I'm still in shock every time I open the doors. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!! 👌 👏👏

I have to say for being an auto repair shop. They are very honest to you good or bad. If you really need it or is it something you can wait on. And they offer credit. A great place to take your car. Rick at the service desk is always very helpful and always goes the extra step to make sure nothing is missed. Very honest and up front. Sends a text with pictures of the repairs that need to be done. Will then call and go over the repairs that need to be done and the cost. Never adds anything unless it is discussed with you first. I've been very satisfied with the work I have had done. I have been going to them since 2018.

Car wash was ok but they charged my card 3 times before I got my $12 wash. Twice it charged me but never gave me a wash so $24 gone. I inserted my debit card. 3rd time it actually worked but I used Apple Pay. Guess I will be calling my bank to dispute the 2 charges tomorrow.

I've seen others mention the exact issue I had word for word. I would not support this business, they like charging people's cards and not washing their cars. No way to contact them either, phone number just rings for 3 minutes and hangs up each time. Considering this issue has been going on for years with seemingly no fix, or response from the owner, I'm just going to assume it's intentional. Do better, this is absolutely ridiculous.

If I took my hummer through without incident, the wash did its job. There is a little bit of a tight squeeze small parking lot, but you can manage, I'm sure. Prices are great.

Just left this car wash and opted for the top-tier service, supposedly ‘Bill’s Best,’ but I’m incredibly disappointed with the results. They took my receipt at the end (oddly, to get my car back), so unfortunately, I don’t have proof I was just there—aside from the fact that I’m only a 9-minute drive away, all on main roads. Pulled into my driveway and took some photos, which I’ll let speak for themselves. Honestly, if this is what they call their ‘best’ service, I’d suggest they reevaluate what ‘best’ really means. Definitely doesn’t feel worth the cost.

Car wash and dry. Takes about 5 minutes per car. You can do soft touch or touch free. I did touch free and all was clean except by the mirror.

Reasonable prices for an automatic wash. Didn't get all the nooks and crannies (windows near Sideview mirrors) but my minivan was super crusty from road salt and is now a completely different color. Will use again.

I always go here because it’s close to home. Never had a problem until these last 2 times. Not sure if it’s new under new owners but this place sucks now! I tried to give them the benefit of doubt this time and I regret my decision..They do not pre scrub your car like they use to, the guy barely pre sprayed my car, I paid for a under flush and never got it and the guys that were drying my car were using dirty towels smearing dirt all over. For the record, I always tip really good so they do a good job. I guess that doesn’t matter anymore. Pure laziness…. I will never go back!

Disappointed, this used to be my go-to spot. I've always tipped really well at the beginning and the end. They never pre wash anymore, and they are trying to dry my vehicles with wet towels. Gone down hill big time. Bring back the old guys who ran this spot.

$5 dollars and most of dirt removed. They have guys that dry car off but they are overwhelmed and do partial rush dry off. Tip them just because they were working. I wouldn't go back only because I like a detailed car wash not a quick wash.

This is now a Jax Kar wash location, and while I've had positive experience at many Jax locations, my first (and now only) visit to this location was nothing but. Requested the "Almost Everything" wash, and presented the working attendant an email coupon ($2/off) along with a $20 bill. Attendant looked confused and asked for help, didn't scan the coupon, threw it in an area adjacent to the computer POS, started wash and didn't return appropriate change or a receipt. I had to stop the vehicle to request change, and while attendant seemed confused, did provide appropriate monies back to me. Additionally, at the end of the wash conveyor belt system, my vehicle stopped suddenly rather than roll off gently; I had to drive myself off the line with some force applied to my accelerator. On the day of my visit, the vacuums were acceptable, and the towel hand dry attendant did a great job and was offered gratuity accordingly. Contacted Jax Kar Wash about experience, and received a reply from corporate, but nothing further. For the adjacent region within which this location operates, based on my experience one can do far better for the money.

First I would like to say that I really can't believe I am having to write this review. Mike (owner) who I spoke with numerous times during my recent transaction on my Rolls Royce Wraith sure came across as an honest and good guy. We had even talked about doing other business here where I live in NC. I also trusted them at this point so much that I contracted and paid extra for some custom work "lowering module to be installed and smoke taillights. Also as luck would have it we even had a friend in common the manager at my local RR dealership which I knew from my past cars at the dealership. I purchased the Wraith from Michael's company Envy Auto Group in late March, I was assured more than one time that the car in their own words, "that the car had been gone over thoroughly by THEIR shop and was as close to 100% as a used car could be . So here is the rest of the story. I met the transporter and the minute I got in the car I noticed that the passenger door handle had grease on it and the the unlock grommet on the drivers door was broken and the latch knob on the passenger door was missing, just a hole. Not so bad I thought would take it to my dealership and have them take a look. I have had another RR prior so not my first visit to my local dealership. Also, I noticed the car seemed really loud for a Rolls and the steering had a shake. Still not so bad, would have the dealership check So I called and made an appt. at my dealership The dealership took my car in that morning I showed the my list of concerns from above and asked them to do a NC inspection on the car. I get a call from the dealership later asking if I had a few min. to talk. The dealership informed me that the car's brakes were so bad that they were metal on metal and the car could not even pass a basic NC inspection. Also was informed that the RR original exhaust had been cut off and an aftermarket exhaust installed (never disclosed to me by Envy) and that was the source of the horribly loud droning noise inside the car. Also informed that someone had been inside the passenger door and in doing so had broke the lock indicator that was missing and it was laying inside the door panel. ALSO to top it all off that their was a MAJOR oil leak, and that in their words could NEVER had been missed even if they had just simply changed the oil like they had advised me had been done. In addition the drivers side front wheel had a VERY significant bend and can't be straightened and therefore another wheel will have to be purchased. So all in all when my thoroughly serviced Rolls arrived here from Envy Auto Group it arrived with a $13,000.00 Service bill at my dealership a $4,000.00 Muffler replacement so it did not sound like was driving a Mustang and not a Wraith and a $1,800.00 wheel bill So all in all Envy Auto Group and Michael have now stuck me with a $20,000 bill upon my car's arrival. I spoke with Michael about this he was apologetic and said he wanted to talk and try to work something out that was fair for both of us. I completely agreed and wanted him to know that not in ANY way did I expect him to be responsible for ALL of the repairs but if he could help a little I would be greatly appreciative. He said he would. I text him after not hearing from him after 4 days he text me back and said he was really busy and that he would call and wanted to have a few minutes to go over everything. It has been nearly a week now since my last contact with him and he has stopped returning my text all together. Only leaves me to believe that Envy Auto Group does not stand behind their cars and does not honor their word to their customers! STAY AWAY from this company at all costs! I will have the car repaired properly and my local Rolls Royce dealership has been EXTREMELY gracious and has even helped with some of the labor cost when they had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with this situation Mack, Bobby and his team at RR Raleigh have been MORE than gracious. Enclosed some pics to illustrate just part of what I am having to deal with as a result of trusting Envy Auto Group.

Great Car Wash * Great Price * Great Service Best Car Wash Experience I'd Had So Far. The even have a program. You pay one time fee of $4.00 and you get a clean towel. Gets dirty. Trade it in for a clean one. I get a clean towel every time I wash my truck 👍

Quick easy wash. Perfect for what I need. The water is softer than my Buick dealers and doesn’t leave spots. Addition 12/24/24 - I went for my second visit in a year. My ebony black vehicle was covered in road salt. Looked like a white mist all over. I have the holiday unlimited package that includes the ceramic. My vehicle was very clean and all the white mist is gone. I did find one spot on the rear under the bumper where it is a protective plastic to keep debris from hitting the paint. I would not have noticed, but I was doing a close spot search. I went back the next day and it is gone. My vehicle looks like it does in the summer when I apply a quality ceramic spray wax. I am very satisfied and will continue when it is too cold to wash in the driveway.

I had recently totalled my truck that I bought here from Ali. It was a small blue 1990 Ford Ranger XLT. It was a GREAT truck and I didn't need any major repairs in the seven years I had the truck. I've had newer vehicles give me more issues than that truck ever did. Out of all the vehicles I've ever owned in my entire life, that one was my favorite. Ali, thank you for such an amazing and reliable truck. Your mechanics really outdid themselves. I will be back one day for my next truck and it will be an honor to do business with you once again.

The pictures can do all the talking! Great price and expert care. Antonio took care of me start to finish. I could tell he was serious about detailing. Super friendly and did such a great job. If you get a new car you must ceramic coat it! The earlier the better (also easier for them when it’s new so it saves some money). He also made sure to tell me if I happen to find any issues to bring it right back and they will make sure it’s fixed no problem. Highly recommend!

Terrible! Call me stupid but as a widow with no one to help me, I had to take my car to nearest location because it was lopsided and wouldn't make it anywhere but the closest shop to my house, plus I could walk there to pick it up. They charged me nearly $3,000 for my 10 y.o car to be fixed!.I was stunned but didn't know what else to do, I needed my car ASAP to go to work. They are liars & cheats because later a mechanic friend from out of state looked at it and the bill, and he verified that they really took advantage of me, a woman... STAY AWAY!

Started off ok... had the premiere monthly package that never cleaned very well due to the "design of my truck". Then the machines attracted something that scratched my truck all the way down the side, in absolute swirling. Truck was clise to mint prior. They take zero responsibility. Like all washes, they limit themselves on risk. But the way I was treated after spoke ill volumes.
