I made an appointment to get my husband's Jeep Wrangler detailed for Father's Day. It was definitely in need of deep cleaning because it's a work vehicle and we have a young child who is constantly dropping food and spilling things in the vehicle. I will say Obi did a fantastic job! He took his time to pay attention to detail and made sure the vehicle was spotless inside and out. I hate I forgot to take some before pics, but i took a few after shots. I was really happy with the work, and would definitely recommend his services

Jax Car Wash does a great job overall, and I’d definitely recommend it! My car always comes out looking shiny and spotless, and I appreciate how quick and efficient the service is. The staff are friendly and do a thorough job with both the wash and any additional detailing you might add. Prices are fair, and the monthly membership offers great value if you wash your car regularly. My only minor complaint is that it can get busy during peak hours, which sometimes means a short wait, but it’s worth it for the quality. All in all, a solid 4-star experience!

Jaxx is now using brushes to pre-wipe cars before going in the wash. I'm a private driver with many clients. The purpose of me signing up monthly was for a brushless wash. I have no scratch marks on my car and want to keep it that way. Clients still ask me if this is a new car and come to Jaxx because of what they see in mine. It takes more time to get through the wash by having somebody wipe off my car, I just want a pre-spray. if they don't change their policy, then there's another car wash being built right down the street. It would be a shame to switch because Jaxxs upgraded their equipment and ALL the employees have wonderful attitudes, not just my sons working there. If this sounds trivial, it isn't. Scratches cause rusting faster and I want my vehicle to last as long as possible. Also with your price increases, your employees deserve a raise. They work hard.

Jay did an amazing job on my SUV. It looks brand new! I highly recommend using his services. I have never seen a black car so shiny! You can see your reflection better than looking in a mirror!!! I needed some paint repair a lot of buffing or compounding, polishing and ceramic coating to protect the paint. If your car needs a little TLC, or you just want all eyes on your car....this is the place to be! Jay was very professional, keeps you informed and even sent before and after photos of his progress!! He is a real car enthusiast so I knew my car was in great hands! He came highly recommended to me and I am grateful for the referral. Definitely 5 stars!

I'm usually not one to write bad reviews, but here I am. I was going to let this go, but this keeps happening more often than I'd like. Today I got my car washed at this location, and I asked the guy to wash my wheels before I went in because they were particularly dirty due to the winter season. Despite my request, he proceeded not to do it. He then barely rinsed my car and only did one side, when there should be two people doing it for both sides. If I'm going to pay money to get my car washed, I'd at least like it to be pre-washed properly. I've had this happen too many times where the guys just half-ass the job, and I feel like some of them, not all, are just there to collect a paycheck. If someone was coming to Jax—which is well-known in Michigan—they'd want to get the best service possible. I've had to go home and clean my wheels myself because they weren't washed during the service. I've been to Birmingham, Auburn Hills, and Southfield, and I thought it would be different going to another place, but it's not. To be honest, it's common sense to pre-wash. I shouldn't have to request things to be done prior to the wash. I used to be a member, and I was going to give you guys another shot. I'm not going to do that now, and I feel like I wasted my money today. If you're going to hire people, make sure they're there to do the job right.

The place itself and the washes are great, but if you have a monthly plan, they will automatically up the monthly rate with neither asking for your consent NOR informing you that they will be doing so. Very bad business practice as it violates an agreement. Edit: reply: Nope, never received any emails of any such notification. Only receipts.

Omg Just-In Time is such an awesome company. Justin was our representative and he showed up to our company very professional and ready to tackle our work van that need much needed love. The time and patience he expressed was amazing it was a time consuming job. So nice, polite and friendly. They recommended maintenance on items that need to be addressed. I just had my suv detailed and I absolutely love the outcome. I have had my truck for almost 5 years and it’s only been detailed maybe twice and that’s when it was newer. I’m a mom of 4 kids, all 10 and under, so you know what I’m dealing with! My truck needed all the love it could get! The owner Justin and Stephan were not only professional they handled my truck with care. They arrived on time, I gave them my keys and the rest is history. My truck looks and smells brand new!! The leather is conditioned, the displays are shining, the carpet is black again, the seats are clean and all the holders are all crumb free! You will never need to take your precious wheels anywhere else. Herb does it all. I have been bringing my cars to him since 2013 and will eternally be his customer. Location is excellent. He works in a spacious parking garage right off Woodward and Long Lake Rd. His skills are the best and his prices in line or better than the competition. Herb has looked after three of my cars and they always come back showroom new...be it my Audi A8, classic 560sl Mercedes or the G-Wagon 63 he just color corrected and ceramic coated. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place! The service was next level. From first entering the wash, where a staff member walked me through all of the options (I recommend the Gold Wash), to the sweet man at the end of the wash who gave my car a thorough wipe to make sure there were no smudges. Even the manager came and made sure I had everything I needed while I was vacuuming out my car, post wash. What a great find!

I have two vehicles. I washed my other vehicle at a different location yesterday(3out of 10) I washed my wife’s at this gem of a location, and I was floored at the quality of the wash. The machines were gentle on the vehicles. The hand dry and tire shine were great. If you have time go here. The staff will take care of you.

VDX Detailing did an amazing job bringing my 16 year old boat back to life. It had significant oxidation and water etching, and now it looks nearly new again (see attached before and after example photos) David was able to get rid of, or significantly reduce, what I thought were permanent scratches. I spent a lot more than I originally planned, but got a much better result than I thought possible. With David's clear dedication to doing a great job, I will use him again.

Wow. Terrific service. I called on a Monday, the owner answered on the second ring, and they were out curbside by Wednesday. The crew worked away for nearly an hour. Been here a few times idk why I come back… Doesn’t get your car fully clean very visible dirt on wheels the back of the vehicle even going through twice,also on the front and you’ll leave with your car scratched I just went there today the first day after it stopped snowing and having all the extra mess on the roads, the car wash was so busy you could not even get in there. Cars were bumper-to-bumper. I was extremely stressed that someone was going to run into my car coming off the belt the people pressure you to wipe your cars even though you tell them you don’t want it. I definitely don’t think I’m gonna be back no point in a membership if the car is not coming out clean.

I like to go to the same car wash each week and don’t like having to jump around. After recently moving back to this area I had a hard time finding a car wash. This place is as solid and nice as it gets. The amenities they offer go beyond the average places I’ve been to. Everyone is super nice and the wash does a great job on my vehicle every time. You should use this place if you are in the area.

New owner or new renovation for sure. It has a different name and the building is different. It is call soapbox now. Free vacuum at the back. You pay at the outside kiosk unlike before. $12 wash everything include undercarriage. Used to be $8 2 years ago it think. Towel drying is free if you want. If you have an expensive car, there is a touch less option. I don't see it on the screen but some how the Porsche in front of me had the touch less wash. They have a lot of people working. 2 people at pre spray and 2 people drying. We'll see if new owner can keep it up

High quality service. (Rare these days) Great results with the detailing to begin with, when an issue arose with my car, they dealt with it in a professional manner. There was always good communication being made. When I brought back my car for the issue to be resolved (few weeks later) they were quick and had cleaned my car inside and out as a bonus. They are not your cheapest option, that extra mile and being able to depend on them even if the rare issue happens, makes them worth every penny. Easy to book, decent prices, meh express detail. Had my car express detailed with them and I had two mats in the back of my crossover SUV. Don’t really have reason to go back there so it took me a month to notice that my husky liner mat wasn’t there. Called them and said they didn’t have it. Frustrating to go to a place, trust that all parts will go back into the car when getting cleaned, to find out it’s misplaced and then meh response from the person I talked to.

Chris did an interior/exterior clean/wash on my Audi and it came out like-new beautiful. However, my cat uses the car as her playground and her jumping on the car caused a forest of scratches. I asked Chris if I brought the car to him another time did he think he could fix the damage. His confident response - "Absolutely!" He then decided to prove it and pulled out his tools. AMAZING result! He rejuvenated that portion (see pics) of the paint's finish as if my cat had been born declawed! Chris earned a lifelong client. I pick up my Ford Bronco from him today after he applied a 3-year ceramic coating to the new vehicle. Can't wait to see the beast shine!

How he manages to get inside my rims where it’s difficult to reach is beyond me but he does it! And the time it takes him to do the work well it incomprehensible. I have the membership but my windshield is never clean. Still has bugs guts on it EVERY time! I guess you get what you pay for but geez, can the windshield at least be clean?! UPDATE: Went in to see David as suggested BUT, He no longer works there. So, still dirty windshield and car immediately after wash. Sad!

I've washed my cars here a couple of times & had no problems with the clean but today was lackluster. They didn't pre-wash all of the dirt off of the lift gate of my jeep or on the passenger side so once the wash was done, it was still visible dirt on parts of my jeep. Also, one of the machines put a small dent in my door; my jeep is brand new(literally a week old). If this is what the services are going to be then I'll wash my car myself. And I paid $20 for the best wash
