I treated myself to a full premium interior/exterior detailing as a present for paying off my car, and feel like I have a new vehicle all over again. Every concern I had was addressed with their scheduling tool (leaving specific comments about what parts of the vehicle I was most concerned about), and the communication was fantastic. Performance below expectations! For a 100 $ and my car is relatively clean, I expected an immaculate cleaning. Pictures below speak for the issues. I had to wipe the car myself after I received it to remove dirts and spots of water that wasn’t dried properly on most parts of the car. The cleaning products they used left stains. This was disappointing. Pros: Accurate appointment and friendly employees.

the detail doc Seth Vue did an amazing job tinting my windshield. 10/10 recommend him and his crew to tint, detail and PPF your vehicle! Very expeditiously and flawlessly tinted the windshield. I had an appointment this morning and my ride was late to pick me up but they welcomed me to wait in their very comfy waiting room and had it done very quickly so I was still on time to my appointment! I was not impressed with the interior detail job on my vehicle. I have heard great things about this place and was looking forward to the job. The exterior was immaculate but the inside looked very rushed. The vacuuming job on my seats was not good at all, looks like they avoided the corners. There were also water spots and residue for cleaning solution along the dash in several places. This was a $200 job and I was okay spending that until I saw the work…I felt like my vehicle was rushed.

This car hadn't been cleaned in quite a while; it's no show car, but they made a huge improvement for a very reasonable price. I had a mobile wash done and then an interior cleaning at their shop. Communication was great, and they were great to work with. Detailing products in stock; super pleased here. The last picture is AFTER I put 800 miles on it! Their wax coating really helped keep the car clean.

A few weeks back, I had to drive my Grandma’s car that she has had now for about 10-11 years. I’m pretty sure it’s never been deep cleaned during that entire time, other than vacuuming the floors. The dust build up was Thicc! I knew that she had recently inquired with a car dealer about trading it in and getting a new car (same model). My Grandpa didn’t like the idea of adding a new payment to their lives, since everything they have is paid off, so he said no for right now. After seeing the condition of her current car and knowing she wanted a new one, I decided for her birthday this year I would get her car detailed for her to make it look & feel like new. I took my own personal car to Adam many years ago and was very impressed with the quality of work he did on it and 8 or so years later (I moved out of area), I knew the exact spot I needed to take her car. We dropped it off last night and picked it up this morning and the smile on her face when she looked inside was more than worth every penny spent to get it detailed. I was actually surprised how fair the price was with the quality of job that was done! When she hopped in, there were 2 umbrellas sitting on the passenger seat and she said “ oh look! They even found my umbrellas that have been missing for a long time! “. I replied, “ well that’s what happens when you don’t deep clean your car for 10 years!” Thank you Mobile Shine for helping me make my amazing grandma feel special on her birthday!

Always get my car clean and when I do get the interior clean it is great and spotless for the price you pay. You should not expect a full detail clean for $15…and you will leave happy, because what they do for $15 is a great deal. Won’t go anywhere else in town.

I have been wanting to get my car detailed for a long time now, so my husband got me a gift card here for Christmas. We just recently moved and we have a dog so between life and using my car as a moving vehicle, my car was a hot mess. When I came to pick up my car after they finished the interior, I was shocked. Not one to share negative reviews but kind of bummed with the outcome of my service. I ordered the Rock Star package. My car was not at all too dirty to begin with, I basically scheduled this appt to clean some water stains from my passenger seat (nothing but water has been drank in my car) and they removed some of it but still wasn’t great. Also left some other dirt spots that I could have reached. Normally I would let it go, but I had a missing charger, missing wheel lock, and 2 missing charger ports when I was finished (even called to ask). I kind of feel like it was an easy 400$ for a half ass job (which I was happy to pay). Like I said, I definitely hate leaving bad reviews, but for how clean my car was to begin with, I feel like things could have been a little better. The car overall looked better though. Maybe I would try again

Sean at HMC did a great job on my 09 Sierra. I had a poor experience loaning my vehicle to someone which resulted in metallic brake debris embedded in the paint and wheel, driven in the snow/salt, and not washable. He got all that debris out of the black paint and ceramic coated it with a 1 day turn around. It looks amazing now!

Well I can't believe I have to put this as my review but here we go. So for the first couple times I've went through, I've had no issue with the employees of how my vehicle looked. It has some cosmetic damage with duck tape on the passenger front bumper side of the vehicle. Both times an employee looked at my vehicle to guide me in with no issue until today. Some employee stopped me and told me my vehicle wasn't safe to go through the wash even though the only thing would be a duck tape strip coming off but it wouldn't damage any of the machines because I have worked at a car wash before. Duck tape wouldn't do anything to the machines or brushes. Maybe get stuck at most. I did see under the terms and conditions that a vehicle must be in condition to be washed (which mine was). Don't go to tommys because they seem to pick and choose what car to go through it.

Staff is always extremely helpful but my car literally looks like it never got rinsed off. Spots all over the place and at least once a week I drive across town and pay $15 to have it washed by a different company and pull out of there looking like you would want a clean car to look. The only reason I keep my membership is for the convenience, not because the machines do a great job.

I will admit that I have been charged the pet hair fee (don't have pets) last year. I was a tad 😲. This guy does such a good job I let it go and he didnt do that this year!!! My car looks amazing.

Great place to wash your car beats Tommy’s Express any day because Washworld care about details immensely and the prices are cheap and realistic. The only massive downside is that they don’t dry off or rather buff off after the power dryer which is a real bummer this place can be a staple of that if they did it. Please consider that Washworld I will have a membership if you have that extra detail. Overall recommend!

I had a 2016 ford fusion here about a month ago for an interior detail and it was done fantastically. When i say it was CLEAN i mean it was brand new clean. These guys are interior detail wizards. Pros: They clean under the seats and between the seat and the center console very well. I got my car back the same day but i'm not the messiest person so my car wasn't really dirty so not sure about the average wait time. I had leather seats and all black interior and it shined like new. I couldn't find dirt anywhere in the car Cons: There was one spot where I put a sticker near the bottom of my console and ripped it off and it left a residue that they didn't get, but no big deal since i just could have gotten goo-gone or something at any time to remove it. The curse. Yes, the curse that they put on my car, shortly after I got my car back, the curse made a deer run out in front of my car and totaled it. My car now has the most clean interior in the salvage yard. I knew that being a interior detail wizards that they are there was some kind of downside. But no joke, i got a ford escape now and I'm bringing it in as soon as I dirty it up a bit.
