Second time I've brought a truck here for a full spa package. I initially was interested in much higher end services, and these guys explained why it wasn't necessary. They sold me only what was needed to achieve what I wanted. Went with the Silver spa package. Drop off was very easy, and my 5 year old truck was ready right when they said it would be...and it looked brand new. I'll be scheduling our other car here very soon. Great work guys!

High quality service. (Rare these days) Great results with the detailing to begin with, when an issue arose with my car, they dealt with it in a professional manner. There was always good communication being made. When I brought back my car for the issue to be resolved (few weeks later) they were quick and had cleaned my car inside and out as a bonus. They are not your cheapest option, that extra mile and being able to depend on them even if the rare issue happens, makes them worth every penny. Jack’s Car Wash offers great service with a friendly and welcoming staff who make the experience pleasant. The quality of the car wash was good, leaving my car looking clean and refreshed. While everything was well-done, there’s just a small room for improvement in attention to detail, but overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a reliable car wash!

Avoid this place. They clearly don’t properly clean and/or service the brushes. I took my truck through only to have it come out (still) dirty and with newly added scratches! Given they also hand dry, an attendant should have brought this to my attention. Terrible quality, poor service and now I’ll need to spend MY money to remove scratches and restore the paint. Unbelievable! Update: 12/3 To make matters worse, zero accountability. Just look at the response from the business. Not impressed. I keep my truck meticulously clean inside & out. I would 100% notice scratches to that degree and I am positive it’s from Jax. Thanks for nothing. Take your vehicle to a place that takes pride in what they do, and owns up to mistakes.

I bought a '93 Corvette (C4) last year and thought it looked great. A buddy suggested I should get it ceramic coated to preserve its great condition. I researched the available detail shops and 248GARAGE stood out. Booked my appointment and dropped off my vette looking forward to Doug and his crew to apply the ceramic to preserve my new toy. Doug kept me updated on the progress of their work and informed me on day 3 it was ready for pickup. He also said it turned out really nice. Doug was wrong - it is an unbelievable result! The white paint is at least 3-4 shades WHITER after the magic these guys performed! Before 248GARAGE my car was actually a greyish white. Now it's wedding dress in your face WHITE! My 31 year old car looks new. I could not be happier and I absolutely highly recommend 248GARAGE!

VDX Detailing did an amazing job bringing my 16 year old boat back to life. It had significant oxidation and water etching, and now it looks nearly new again (see attached before and after example photos) David was able to get rid of, or significantly reduce, what I thought were permanent scratches. Chris did an interior/exterior clean/wash on my Audi and it came out like-new beautiful. However, my cat uses the car as her playground and her jumping on the car caused a forest of scratches. I asked Chris if I brought the car to him another time did he think he could fix the damage. His confident response - "Absolutely!" He then decided to prove it and pulled out his tools. AMAZING result! He rejuvenated that portion (see pics) of the paint's finish as if my cat had been born declawed! Chris earned a lifelong client. I pick up my Ford Bronco from him today after he applied a 3-year ceramic coating to the new vehicle. Can't wait to see the beast shine!

How he manages to get inside my rims where it’s difficult to reach is beyond me but he does it! And the time it takes him to do the work well it incomprehensible. I ONLY go to Visibly Clean on Woodward to have my cars detailed. John and his staff know what they are doing and it really shows! I also use them for just a simple inside and outside cleaning and their work is the best I have found for the (very reasonable) price. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place! The service was next level. From first entering the wash, where a staff member walked me through all of the options (I recommend the Gold Wash), to the sweet man at the end of the wash who gave my car a thorough wipe to make sure there were no smudges. Even the manager came and made sure I had everything I needed while I was vacuuming out my car, post wash. What a great find!

I have two vehicles. I washed my other vehicle at a different location yesterday(3out of 10) I washed my wife’s at this gem of a location, and I was floored at the quality of the wash. The machines were gentle on the vehicles. The hand dry and tire shine were great. If you have time go here. The staff will take care of you.

Two weeks ago, I took my vehicle to Jack's Auto Detailing because I had to have some built-up residue on the bottom of both sides of my car removed and I also wanted to have the shine on my car restored. James, who is the owner of Jack's Auto Detailing did an EXCELLENT job on my car; and now it looks brand new! So, James breathed new life into my 9 year old Subaru Outback. There were scratches from the hood to the trunk, they’re all gone now. He said he’d take care of my foggy headlights, done! My rims look brand new! The interior, great job. He even repaired my sunglasses holder, not a part of the detailing. It cost $$$$, but it was worth it after 9-10 years of never having my car detailed. I think I might keep it for a few more years!

David and his team are miracle workers! This past summer I brought my new-to-me '13 S8 to Forza. It was in desperate need of paint correction, ceramic protection, and needed some paint repair done to the hood. What came out 4 days later was a car that looked better than it did rolling out from the factory! The paint looks amazing and no detail was passed over. At first I thought it was great. Then I noticed all the little scratches in my paint. The scratches got worse the more I used the wash, and finally a huge scratch all the way down the side of the truck was the last straw! They don’t power wash the sides of the vehicle with enough water to get dirt/sand off the cars and trucks. It ends up sticking to the brushes that beat on your car and scratching your finish. If you love your new car, skip this place. You’ll never get that finish back!

I brought my vehicle to Chris on the recommendation of my cousin. Upon meeting him, he was just as described -- down to earth and clearly passionate about his work. I had Chris paint my calipers, as well as apply a three year ceramic coating ahead of the winter to come. He immediately went to work on it, seemingly non-stop, despite the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. He maintained communication and sent pictures during said time. Signing up for the Jax Unlimited Club is a waste of money! I want the interior of my car cleaned. I go during normal business hours and the wait is around 2 hours before they take my car. I called and asked if I could make an appointment and was told no appointments but if I come at 7:30 AM they will take me. I was there at 7:30 AM and waited over an hour and no one showed up. I’m cancelling my membership and encourage others to not fall for this scam.

One of the few area self service car washes that is well maintained and works as it should. Wash the underside of your vehicle every spring to remove the salt, and you won't have a rust problem, even in Michigan. If you're ambitious, wash under the hood as well, taking care to avoid the air intake, engine computer, and fuse box - the sticky plastic food wrap provides good protection. Pro tip: start with the soap spray and move directly to the wax spray, eliminating the intermediate rinse step.

You will never need to take your precious wheels anywhere else. Herb does it all. I have been bringing my cars to him since 2013 and will eternally be his customer. Location is excellent. He works in a spacious parking garage right off Woodward and Long Lake Rd. His skills are the best and his prices in line or better than the competition. Herb has looked after three of my cars and they always come back showroom new...be it my Audi A8, classic 560sl Mercedes or the G-Wagon 63 he just color corrected and ceramic coated. Easy to book, decent prices, meh express detail. Had my car express detailed with them and I had two mats in the back of my crossover SUV. Don’t really have reason to go back there so it took me a month to notice that my husky liner mat wasn’t there. Called them and said they didn’t have it. Frustrating to go to a place, trust that all parts will go back into the car when getting cleaned, to find out it’s misplaced and then meh response from the person I talked to.

Jax Car Wash does a great job overall, and I’d definitely recommend it! My car always comes out looking shiny and spotless, and I appreciate how quick and efficient the service is. The staff are friendly and do a thorough job with both the wash and any additional detailing you might add. Prices are fair, and the monthly membership offers great value if you wash your car regularly. My only minor complaint is that it can get busy during peak hours, which sometimes means a short wait, but it’s worth it for the quality. All in all, a solid 4-star experience!

My few experiences have gone well so far. The manager even came out to do quality inspection after my wash as my car was being dried, impressive. The vacuum equipment works very well and the young man at the register was so friendly by explaining that the plate reader can identify my plan. I'll definitely be back.

Got quoted a very fair price (about half of what I was seeing at other places) to repair a stone chip in my windshield. The work was completed quickly and was done well. I have to make it known how excellent of a job they did for me. They replaced my front windshield! Very reasonable price (Mark took money off from the original price he quoted me) and excellent service! Mark made sure I was very happy and the work was superb! He went over and beyond for me!
