They did an awesome job on my car! I asked for the minimum package on the detailing job and I am blown away at how beautiful it is. They truly took their time and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I forgot to take a before and after but needless to say my car WAS DIRTY. I paid about $120 for the detail but I would have paid more for how well they did so I gave a good tip. I truly appreciate all their hard work for their service. If you’re looking for an excellent detail where they service you at your home this is the place!

The pictures can’t do justice way better in person haven’t seen my truck look like this since I bought it in 2018… Wish I had pictures before they started cleaning haven’t been cleaned inside in 3yrs… got the Deluxe package and boy did they put in work! $5 dollars and most of dirt removed. They have guys that dry car off but they are overwhelmed and do partial rush dry off. Tip them just because they were working. I wouldn't go back only because I like a detailed car wash not a quick wash.

My cars mean the world to me, I rarely let others touch or work on my cars. Edin and his crew took care of two of my cars and did an amazing job. Highly recommend, Edin is a car enthusiast him self, his crew as well. The cars were stored properly in shop, always safe with plenty of room and he accomodated my schedule for drop off and pick up. Pricing is the best too. But when I saw my cars in his shop my knees got week, missed seeing my black cars look like show cars! Thank you NXT you guys did amazing! More cars coming....

I went to the car wash on a day it was raining They were closed but the vacuums were on and are free. There was a worker there who turned the vacuum off in the middle of me using them. There is no sign posted you can't use them unless you are getting a wash plus it was raining so I could not get a wash anyway. I felt it was very rude!

After having a membership for several years, I tried to cancel because their services have declined, and they were pulling funds at random times in the month without consent. AS of today, they lied and said they cancelled, and have committed bank fraud. Brian Weichel, their manager or whoever he is, continues to cause problems. I asked for a cancellation, and instead, the man came back to me with dates that my card had declined (I had been trying to cancel for months at the location, and they refuse to cancel on site, so I was not putting money in the account). He failed to respond to many messages, and finally, he decided to answer and tell me my membership was cancelled. I would no longer be billed for November 2024. WELL, THEY BILLED ME AGAIN! AND THE IDIOT WON'T RESPOND.

The pictures can do all the talking! Great price and expert care. Antonio took care of me start to finish. I could tell he was serious about detailing. Super friendly and did such a great job. If you get a new car you must ceramic coat it! The earlier the better (also easier for them when it’s new so it saves some money). He also made sure to tell me if I happen to find any issues to bring it right back and they will make sure it’s fixed no problem. Highly recommend!

Nabil came and did a great job on my car which was very dirty. He cleaned every individual wheel and shined the tires as well as applying a wax to the exterior of the bmw. He then did an interior clean which got so much dirt out of my door jambs and seats.

Recommend the monthly package. I like that I don’t have to worry about cash for tipping towel drying attendants. Drys your car with the blowers. No towel attendants. I have the lowest package and stop almost every other day for a quick wash. I agree with other reviews. Stopping in for one wash takes forever. The first time I went I left cause of the wait. Second time it was empty(early morning). Ended up getting the monthly package. You get the first month half off. Which is the typical going rate now at every other car wash for 1 visit. I’m sticking with the monthly plan going forward. Very convenient. Haven’t tried the vacuum yet.

I wanted to give this place another try due to it being close to home. I was disappointed yet again. 😕 I still had bird poop on my car after my wash. And I was discouraged because I was told the basic wash doesn’t include soap only a “ rinse “. I’ve never been to a car wash that doesn’t use soap for a basic wash. Previously in past I thought they tried to get more money out of you to upgrade and it felt the same way this second time around. I was excited and my husband wanted a membership but now we won’t be returning.

Bought a used truck from an older gentleman who left the interior quite a mess with 26 years worth of stains and grime. Aidan came out and was actually a few minutes early! He had 95% of the stains out and the truck looking as good as new within two hours! Can’t beat the price, punctuality, and quality of his work. The photos speak for themselves. Would definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone!

Went to Superior Shine in Harper branch. It’s snowing today and I want my car washed. I’m very disappointed when I got to the location. I WAS CLOSED. I paid $34 for the unlimited deal. Please cancel my membership and I want my money back. I became a member last December 9, 2024. Thank you!

Adam did a great job on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee’s interior, spots of concern were addressed and results were of showroom quality. Being local to the bay area it was a breeze dropping off and picking up...This is definitely not your commercial car wash interior wipe down and wouldn’t hesitate to have Adam detail the exterior but for me the weather wasn’t right at the time.

Just left and got an oil change here, and I was VERY impressed with these guys. Took maybe 5 minutes, best price around by FAR, they also vacuum your vehicle while you wait. They also offered water bottles and suckers for the kids. Very courteous, polite, and professional when interacting with them. They don’t try to tell you that your “car is about to have 15 different things go wrong with it, so let us fix it now!” Type of BS sales lines they give you at every other place you go to. They still make suggestions, but they are realistic, and you can tell that customer service is what is most important to them!! I will definitely be going here from now on for all of my vehicle needs! Thanks again guys!! You’re all doing an amazing job!!

Quick easy wash. Perfect for what I need. The water is softer than my Buick dealers and doesn’t leave spots. Addition 12/24/24 - I went for my second visit in a year. My ebony black vehicle was covered in road salt. Looked like a white mist all over. I have the holiday unlimited package that includes the ceramic. My vehicle was very clean and all the white mist is gone. I did find one spot on the rear under the bumper where it is a protective plastic to keep debris from hitting the paint. I would not have noticed, but I was doing a close spot search. I went back the next day and it is gone. My vehicle looks like it does in the summer when I apply a quality ceramic spray wax. I am very satisfied and will continue when it is too cold to wash in the driveway.

Amazing car wash experience! Recently enrolled back into the monthly subscription for unlimited washes. Today, I rolled through and spoke to Alex (Manager) and he was very professional and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Started off ok... had the premiere monthly package that never cleaned very well due to the "design of my truck". Then the machines attracted something that scratched my truck all the way down the side, in absolute swirling. Truck was clise to mint prior. They take zero responsibility. Like all washes, they limit themselves on risk. But the way I was treated after spoke ill volumes.

First and foremost, if Google offered 10 stars, Josh and his crew would immediately receive 15 stars for the work they've done. They're highly professional, experienced and have a great attention to detail. I originally planned on replacing many original parts in my 31+ year old custom truck. Jaybeez challenged me to the point where they saved the original carpeted floor mats. I'm still in shock every time I open the doors. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!!! 👌 👏👏

They did everything perfectly. My truck looks like new inside and out. They showed up early and made sure my truck was perfect. I'm having them do my wife's car also. I had Mr shine do my brother's truck too. It was really scratched up badly. They polished it up removed the mess. We had the sliver package. Wash, wax/ buff, windows and trim. Love these guys best in my area. I highly recommend Mr. Shine a value you won't believe.

My car is still dirty. Who should have to get out of their car and inspect the job that is done, especially when you physically can't wash your own car. So that's why you're going to spend $10 and something that did not even clean my car. And then you go to the website and it doesn't accept your cell number. Shady shady. I will never return.

I brought my vehicle to Chris on the recommendation of my cousin. Upon meeting him, he was just as described -- down to earth and clearly passionate about his work. I had Chris paint my calipers, as well as apply a three year ceramic coating ahead of the winter to come. He immediately went to work on it, seemingly non-stop, despite the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. He maintained communication and sent pictures during said time. A few days later, my car was done and never looked better. As my cousin, and others have mentioned in prior reviews, Chris has an excellent attention to detail that is befitting to his line of work. He takes pride in what he does and it comes through in dialogue and his work. He treats your car like his own.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I had a good experience at Butlers after being in a car accident. These were very nice and understanding individuals. They gave me a fair estimate and a realistic time frame for the repairs. Throughout the process and before proceeding with repairs, they kept me updated on what they were doing. Thankfully, I got my car back within the agreed time frame and it’s looking great! They even vacuumed the interior, and it even smells good too. Now I’m back on the road in style. I highly recommend if you ever need repairs done to your car.

Great collision shop!! They were able to get my car in for minor damage, were very understanding with the situation, very polite, and kept me up to date on anything the car needed before proceeding. On top of getting my car back looking new again, they also gave it a good wash and vacuumed the inside for me before returning it! Every time I use my card the machine rips me off and charges me ten bucks. No matter If it's three dollars Or I do six dollars The machine charges me ten bucks. I'm sure they have. The card machine set up to rip people off. Otherwise they would fix it from the complaints
