Where do I start? First, the coin machine is conveniently out of service, next one of the wash bays sprayer was not working so I couldn’t rinse my car off so I had to pull into the bay next to it and that sprayer was taped up and water was leaking out of it so bad that my shoes and pants were soaked by the time I finished rinsing off my car. Now the sugar on top was the fact that their machines charged my daughter and I both $12 each on our debit cards for what should’ve been a $3.50 wash and rinse (she was paying for the wash and I paid for the rinse). I will be calling the corporate office and my bank for the refund of my money. GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!

I used their detail services and and got the full interior detail paid $180 and they blasted paint off the hood of my car, damaged my driver's seat apulstry, and lost my blue tooth fm transmitter from my car. I talk to the management about this and were willing to compensate half of the payment and replace the transmitter. I'm giving them a 4 star review because I currsed them them out and they still were willing to compensate me.

I made an appointment for a full interior cleanse, chose this option because of what I read on Clean Getaway’s website. Unluckily, there was sticky like substance in my dashboards pockets. Stains on the ceiling of the car. Smudges in the cup holding area. A white stain on the car mat… &’ even better this took over four hours for not even the bare minimum. I would have been better off doing this myself, yikes! Save your money!

$428.97 Car Wash I'm extremely disappointed with Xtreme Clean Auto Wash on Westnedge in Kalamazoo. I went to Meijer's to fill a prescription for my wife as she was just released from Bronson Hospital after having a heart attack. While waiting for her medicine she wanted to have her car washed. So I decided to try out Extreme Clean Auto Wash for the first time since it was located in the parking lot. I patiently waited nearly 30 minutes while 3 vehicles got washed ahead of me. The wash is extremely slow as it takes about 7 minutes per vehicle. Finally we go through the wash and the dryer blows off the right front panoramic roof panel on our 2015 Ford Edge. We try to find someone to help and nobody is working. We try to call the number and no one answers. We call again and again and no one answers. We leave a message. Finally, we get someone who advises us of all the things they require to file a claim. So I fill out the long claim form, take a bunch of pictures of all the damage. Take pictures of my license plate and vehicle number. Get an estimate to repair the damage, which came out to $416.97. So I finish all the the requirements and email the information to them. I try and call again and no answer. I call the next day and learn that it is being reviewed. I leave another message and then I get a corporate email denying my claim because they have a sign that says "operator is not responsible for damage." The told me the panel must of been loose before. This is not some old worn out rusty car, this is a 2015 Ford Edge with 40,000 miles on it. It has been routinely driven for 5 hour round trips to Chicago all fall for my son's College football games. It has been through many other car washes with no problems. It was driven over 30 highway miles from our house to the car wash. If any panel was loose then it would surely have come off. So know this if you go here. They will not cover any damage. The wash is also extremely slow. With just 3 cars ahead of you it will be almost 30 minutes before your car is through the wash. The dryer blows extremely hard and could damage your car and they will not cover that. If you have a problem there is nobody there to help. You have to leave a message and wait. The wash did a poor job too. Soap residue along with dirt was left on the car as the wash and rinse cycles are weak before the hurricane force car wrecking dryer kicks in. Avoid this place at all costs or your $12 car wash could end up costing you $428.97

Got our car detailed at the brand new Kustom Detailing shop also previously known as Shiny Brite detailing center. It's run by the same person Kris who used to work there so he knows what he is doing. We were extremely happy with the results and our car came out looking in almost showroom like condition . Kris did a great job with the interior and exterior detailing. He is a genuine hardworking guy and makes sure he takes care of his customers. Awful car wash, would not recommend if you are looking for a safe and reliable car wash! This place has caused me so much grief with all the body damage it has done to my car. I have only been a handful of times out of convince seeing as it is 24 hours. Each time I regret my purchase and am left with more problems than a dirty car. With my most recent wash, I was told by a woman before entering the car wash, “Our compressor is out. Meet me at the other end when you are done with your wash for a free premium wash at the West Main location.”. She didn’t explain the compressor was for the Hub Scrub machine located at the end of the car wash. Without a proper explanation, I was sent on my way to continue the car wash. I was under the assumption that the compressor was something minor i.e. related to either the water hoses, soap dispensers or dryers. All the wash did was drizzle water on my car, not a drop of soap. At the end of my wash, with no proper warning, I was stuck inside. I had to reverse and narrowly avoid the pylons and walls of the car wash. Again, I was not properly forewarned this would happen. I will provide some photos of damage received by this location’s “extreme” car wash.

Jon was a miracle worker! The before photos show just how nasty our carpets were from having two senior dogs and a puppy at the same time...big time messes and stains...we even had a large paint stain that had been there for years that I was not expecting to look better at all - it is barely noticeable now! I could not be happier with the results. Jon also explained products I can use to help with any issues in the future since we still have pets, which means we will likely have more stains to come...He was very friendly, professional, and the value of the service we received and the price was amazing. Arranged to have the exterior of my new used car detailed, as the car needed a good polish. Was very disappointed when I picked up the car to learn that exterior detailing at this shop did not include the top (roof) of the car! Nor did they take any effort to remove some adhesive residue on the chrome trim (which I did with WD40 when I got home). The portion of the car that was detailed looked great, (hence 2 starts instead of 1), but when scheduling an exterior detailing, since when does that exclude the top of the car. Should have gone to Tony’s in Portage. 😡

Very rude. Especially the so called ''manager''. They apply the ''cheap'' stuff, the buff and shine and windshield protection, then try to charge you for detailing claiming the car was ''not'' a clean surface. The car was detailed before bringing it to this rip off place!! My car was detailed BEFORE it was brought in. Free of dirt, grime, bugs and tar.

Sent my Tacoma there for a buff and full detail .. did a good job on the buff work , but the detail was sub par at best .. door jams and running boards where filthy, the back bed wasn’t even touched and the center console looked like it had never been cleaned .. I’ve been in the auto industry over 25 yrs and this is the most I’ve ever spent on a detail . Expected way more than what I got . Will not be using them again

Brought a vehicle in for a full detailing. Did get the vehicle done same day but my wife and I are not happy with the job. Did not clean the trunk or the third row under seat area, and left lots of sand etc un-vacuumed in the carpet. Additionally, lots of the plastic surfaces of the doors etc were not fully cleaned, I could scrape gunk off with my fingernail on multiple surfaces. He said he had to leave early for an appointment, which is fine, but it seems to me the job wasn’t finished because of an appointment. I’d rather it take a bit longer to get a quality job done.

Raymond's customer service is outstanding. His commitment to the quality services his business provides is exceptional. Went to the car wash as we have many times before and there was damage to the roof… Not happy and they decided that they also weren’t going to do anything to resolve the situation so now we will be using our insurance company and small claims court to rectify the situation…. Just wish some people would take more responsibility as it was their equipment that damage the vehicle.

This place is a joke. Paid $20 for a car wash on 10/20/24. At the end with the dryer buffer grabbed my windshield wipers and ripped one off and bent them up so they would go off the side of the windshield and scrape paint. Stopped filled out an accident report with attendant. Still haven’t heard from anyone on why they are going to do about it!! Apparently they don’t care if they lose customers for the damage they do to vehicles!

I just picked up my 1970 Corvette from Domain and WOW, what a huge difference. The paint was getting to be in rough shape, but Brandon turned that around. Not only does it look like it's got a new paint job on it, but the paint is now protected with the ceramic coating and my maintenance is greatly reduced. Very disappointed. I’m in the process of ripping all the carpet out of my car because everything is soaked. I found standing water under my driver side carpet. There is saturation everywhere. My car smells horrible, I mean horrible. I hate being the guy that had to leave a bad review, but this is bad. EDIT: I was given a full refund plus some extra. I'm thankful for the refund but wondering if the smell will ever get better in my car

We had a dealership (as the employee call it) package done inside and out. They called us saying they had an opening pop open on 12/5 which we decided to take it. The outside of the car looks amazing but I'm kinda disappointed in the inside. We've said we had dogs which they didn't charge for pet fee, but some area look like the didn't even try, the ceiling wasn't even touched. Yes it looked better but would have paid extra for ceiling etc. The car seat looked good. I didn't think my back passenger leather seat was ripped but once I got my vehicle back noticed a small rip. My tire gage which was in my driver side door is now missing I assume stolen or miss place in shop, which I'm very disappointed as I've had it since I started driving over 15 year its not replaceable. The one thing we're very disappointed is when call for a payment they didn't inform us the issue (ripped seat) and that they threw everything, all the mat etc in the back as everything was wet... Over all yes they did a good job but I felt it might have been rushed or inside was 75% cared for. If we decided to details this vehicle here again I would only do outside.

From the first minute I walked in to this place, I could not have had a more positive experience. Mendie (sorry for misspelling your name :( ) was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the whole process of getting my paperwork filled out. Patrick texted me almost every day with an update about the repair process. I had zero questions about what was happening, step-by-step I was kept in the loop. The date they said it would be completed/done was the day I received it. I actually got the car back in better shape than when we took it in (the car was immaculate on the inside). Autobody USA Southside worked with my insurance AND they work with Enterprise so when I picked up my car, I could drop off the rental there, too. As I said in the beginning, this entire process could not have gone any smoother/better! If I ever need any additional work done on our cars, we will definitely go back! Service was absolutely abhorrent. My repair took nearly two months to complete and every communication I had with any staff member involved some type of new issue, delay, or problem. I originally took my vehicle to this location, but they could not take my vehicle as they were understaffed. Instead, they sent my vehicle to Three Rivers. Each time I talked to a manager at Three Rivers, the last person I had spoken to had left. They were in a constant "Staffing Crisis", and tried to shift the blame to the Insurance each time. In the end, the repair was not completed to the standard it should have. Trims were miscolored, and In the end I had to take my vehicle to a Chevy Dealership. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism. I will never go to an AutoBody USA again.

Lupens Car Detailing, man… this is the second car I’ve brought to them, and they absolutely killed it again. I got the ceramic coat, and from start to finish, the service was exceptional. Took vehicle in to be detailed. My appointment was on a Thursday, I dropped my vehicle off Wednesday before close. They didn't have completed until Friday, and I had to phone them both Thursday and Friday to find out if they were done. Arrived Friday about 3:30 pm my vehicle was running and the young lady in the office stated the carpet was still wet. The following week Monday, it was still wet. Was not happy with service and quality of work. Young lady told me they were short staffed at the time. I was referred to them, big inconvenience and it was if the guy I made appointment with named george, could care less. Not a good experience with them and no apologies from george either. Didn't put all pics, these are good examples.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH! Fist I went through the wash on Wednesday and got the ultimate with tire shine. The tire shine was splattered all over my white truck when I got home. So I decided to go back and talk to the attendant and get my truck washed again. The arm of the machine slammed into the rear passenger door of my truck and left a big dent!

Bill and team are the best. When my car started acting really bad they were able to fit me in and quickly fit me in to diagnose the problem and fixed it so I was able to use the car later that day. They also were able to check some other concerns I had as well. They really seem to to be experts, can be trusted to tell you when something needs to be fixed or not, and charge fair prices. I strongly recommend them.

I do recommend Butter Bros! Romeo was responsive, very easy to schedule with and kind. He fit us in for a special he was having so both mine and my husbands car got cleaned and detailed.
