The state of my car after leaving the car wash is as shown in the images. It was as if the car was given back to me with all its dirt, and I cleaned it myself after I got home. Even though I warned them because they had done this before, they cleaned the car carelessly and returned it to me. I will never come here again, if you care about the cleanliness of your car, I suggest you take my advice and don't go.

Joe and his team did an amazing job! I had graphics and adhesives to remove and the paint needed a lot of love. They brought it back to new life and protected it with ceramic coating. Brought my dads truck in to Elite for their Elite Interior package, they did a phenomenal job on the truck! Interior looks spotless, and they even got the nasty water stain out of the headliner! Truck looks brand new! Also, got the truck ceramic coated a few weeks ago! Chevy blue never looked so good! I take all our cars to Elite, for interior detail, exterior detail, and have even done their ceramic coating. Great customer service and amazing quality! I highly recommend this business. Took my car which I owned for 9 years and shared with two kids and often with one or two of their friends so needless to say that those trips to the beach and the lake house made a number on that car. I decided to have it detailed because we wanted to sell it and never in my wildest dreams I thought my car was going to look that clean. It was mind blowing. Prices are pretty good for what j was looking for. The guy i talked to and put my deposit down for visors and chrome pillar post was very nice and helpful and answered all my questions. When the parts come in they are installing them for me at a very fair rate for labor.

Very pleased! I have used Inside Out Auto twice now and both times have been great experiences. I first had a full car detail and outside ceramic coating. When I picked up the car it looked brand new again. I also just scheduled my front windows to be tinted with them and I could not be happier. Apparently they don’t make it easy to stop their monthly package deal, so be forewarned! My husband has attempted to cancel our monthly car wash subscription for the past 6 months now. However, they continue to take money from our account.

Just glad they did not have enough time/product for my front windshield! I looked outside of Grand Rapids for “quality” services just to be provided the opposite of that. The photos are from the next morning of the job. All of the tints now are bubbled/peeling. After finding the tool that they used for the tinting, I realized why my car was scratched in some areas. They kept my car for an extra day & still asked me to come back for the front windshield for a job that was booked a few weeks in advanced. Due to the condition that my car was left in, I will not be going back & instead will have to pay someone else to remove and replace the tint, not including someone to try to fix the scratches. The team did offer to fix this but would you take your car back to the same place that scratched it? Edit: Response to the business: The appointment was under my boyfriend’s name. This is the correct company, Mitten Mobile/Premier Auto Styling in Norton Shores/Muskegon Area. The “Slanderous” review is left under the correct shop. If you believe the review was slanderous imagine how it felt to receive a bad & damaging service.

Highly recommend Mobile Master Detailing LLC! I like going here to get my oil changed because they have a good service, and they're very prompt and get everything done methodically. There's no hidden fees, everything is laid out pretty plainly, and you can upgrade as needed. They were kind enough to change a light bulb on my driver's taillight for me for really cheap, and it's something that's worried me for a while. And, you get a free car wash after, what's not to like about it?

WARNING: NOT WORTH ADDITIONAL COST!!! I was late on my oil change & this place is right around the corner from me. Figured I’d give them a shot. They were nice enough, definitely upsold me, but I was sort of planning on that. I’ve been having to add oil since having them change my oil, but they told me my engine seemed to be over consuming (hence the upsell ‘cleaning’ so consumption could hopefully lessen). I brought my car to my normal mechanic today bc I finally had time in my schedule & was sick of consistently adding oil. Performance Plus is ‘so quick’ they completely stripped my oil pan bolt so it can’t tighten and has a constant leak. I’m now facing a super expensive bill right before the holidays because I trusted this place to do a decent job. I will never return to another Performance Plus location… you save $$ on the front, just to get royally screwed after the fact. Hopefully this review will help someone else make a better decision and avoid this place.

Went in to get my car detailed inside and out the wait time was close to an hour and when it was ready the car was still dirty the rims were not clean and both passenger side doors were still dirty as it brought it in. The floor mats were barely vacuumed and the windows had big streaks in them the guy tried to go over everything but by far not what you pay for very disappointed when I had to come home and do over what I paid for. Will not return or recommend this place.

I signed up for ONE month of the elite car wash package($34.99). My receipt said that it would expire on October 3rd. Unbeknownst to me, they've been charging my debit card monthly and won't give me my money back. I've called four times, and each time it's the same thing: " uhhhh, my manager hasn't been here. He looked it up and said you got the monthly package." How did he look it up when I never gave them any information when I purchased the one month wash? This place is a rip off and I'm contacting my lawyer.

Absolutely terrible. I have never touched my own oil and mysteriously right after I visit Performance for the first time, Oil finds its way into my breaks. By the time I found out what happened, all the rubber in my breaks melted. I spoke with the manager who reviewed the security cameras for me. He then rudely let me know like he was saying, their guys didn’t do it. I then asked if I could see the video. They said there’s no way they can show me the video. Unless you want to spend $2500 in repairs, do not go here. Go to speedy lube on North Muskegon. They are wonderful, honest people.

The staff here is VERY friendly. The car wash is part of the gas station, so you can add the wash to your fuel or just buy a wash. There's isn't always an attendant to help you pull in, but there's a mirror to guide you. It's a good wash - NOT a touchless car wash, which I prefer. It's a quick wash and I've never had a bad experience. The track wasn't totally happy with my snow tires, though.

Saying the work done here is amazing would be an insult. I’ve seen work from other detail shops in town and was not impressed. Decided to use Dave’s Auto Detailing and was completely blown away. I’ve done detailing in the past so I was kind of looking for things to pick apart... there was not one thing I could find that they didn’t take care of. To say they’re the best would be a big understatement... the work is incredible and the customer service is even better.
