Last week I was up in Minnesota bird hunting and after the week of driving through many tight two-track roads and old logging trails, my truck was destroyed. I had so many scuffs and scratches on it that it wasn’t funny. When I got home on Sunday, I dropped my truck off at Auto Perfection using their key drop box. Jim and the guys really took care of me and my truck! They had it for most of the day and when I picked it up I was beyond happy. My truck is beautiful again! They did an incredible job removing all of the scuffs and 99% of the scratches. I didn’t think it was possible. They also detailed the interior and engine compartment. I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend Auto Perfection! I’ve posted before and after pictures.

They did a good job. There were a few elements were they could have done better but overall I am happy with the result. It’s my Kid Kart so it’s definitely better than it was. They wanted to stay within the quoted time and price. Not sure if charging by the hour hurts this business, but it seemed very limiting on what they could do for your vehicle. When I dropped the vehicle off I was told they would look at it and let me know if the quote would be the actual or if it would need more time but basically the guy just took my keys and that was it. I was waiting for him to look it over but that’s not what happened. It would have been helpful to them to have them look it over with me when I brought it to them. They did try to call me while they were working on my vehicle but I was at work and couldn’t return the call until it was time for me to pick up the vehicle if I would have been able to give them an ok to do more they would have.

My girlfriend wanted her car detailed for her birthday so I decided to try them out and she was blown away! Her jeep has 170,000 miles on it and I swear the interior somehow looks new. Every nook and cranny is clean and glossy, and all of her stuff was taken out and put back in where it was found. I can't explain to you how mind blowing their work is but all I can say is they made her jeep LITERALLY look brand new! She can't stop telling me how happy she is with their work or showing it off to her friends... Honestly the price was better than some of their competitors and worth every penny. Personally I never thought I would pay to have my car detailed but i'm close to bringing my car in next.

Tim did an amazing job cleaning the interior of the used Fiat I bought. It was gross inside, dog hair everywhere, and smelled of dog and cigarette smoke. In a day and a half, Tim had it looking and smelling like new again. I would highly recommend him and his detailing service to anyone.

I am super impressed with the service from Legacy Detailing Studio! Even in a job this big they focus on the smallest of details and the outcome is outstanding. 12/10 recommend!!! They used an iron remover to remove many small starter spots of rust. My car looks new. Inside and out and has the new car smell inside. Love it. Totally worth it.

Machine took $5 and 1, 1$ Bill but no more, Vehicle was covered in soap and I had to use a debit card with a minimum of $5. It to me was a rip off, I only needed 2 more $1 but the machine would not take them. I tried multiple $1 Bills nothing all were rejected. First time I have had that kind of an issue at that car wash. It used to be my favorite.

I was not impressed with the interior detail job on my vehicle. I have heard great things about this place and was looking forward to the job. The exterior was immaculate but the inside looked very rushed. The vacuuming job on my seats was not good at all, looks like they avoided the corners. There were also water spots and residue for cleaning solution along the dash in several places. This was a $200 job and I was okay spending that until I saw the work…I felt like my vehicle was rushed.

I went here this morning to drop off my mini van and they wanted $500. Absolutely wild, the van isn’t even that bad. The guy was just so rude and seemed to want nothing to do with me, maybe they don’t like cars with kids? He said he spotted dog hair, but I’ve brought my husbands truck in before that the same dog rode in and they charged $250 without the blink of an eye. Incredibly disappointing as we rearranged our entire morning to drop off our van. But beware!

I just left there about 30 mins -1hr ago (9/16/2024) and had the best experience at an oil change place I have ever had. There was a nice young lady with braids that checked me in and she was so professional and sweet. Then the district manager (I believe) came over and walked me through my whole service. His wife drives the same car that I do. I do not feel as a woman, they were trying to sell me on unnecessary stuff. Great service all around, this will be the only place I get my oil changed for now on!

This is my go to place for oil change and car wash. I live in Bay City but often work in Midland. They do a great job, are fast, and the people are super nice. I really look forward to seeing John. I learn a little about cars listening to him. And I appreciate how he gives me his honest opinion on the necessities of any extras beyond the basic oil change. I would not go anywhere else for a change or wash.

Quoted a price in person. Called to ask about sales. Quoted a better price for Black Friday sales. Asked multiple time if it was an installed price. Told yes. Told them I was going to drive there to pay and order product. Confirmed prices as installed. Drove there to be told a much higher price in line if not higher than original high quote! So no sale just trying to scam me with a bait and switch price. Waste of gas and they just lost lots of current and future business.

I am only writing this because my husband and I are very disappointed with the purchase of my son's truck at Red Keg Auto. We bought the car in April 2016 and it's now June 2016 (2 months, people) and we've already had to sink $2,000 more into it to replace the transmission and brake line. When my husband called about this issue they really didn't seem to care or even offer to do anything for us. I feel that they weren't truthful with the condition of the truck before selling it to us. In my opinion, I would be very careful before buying anything from this establishment as it may be shotty and you'll be sinking money you don't have into a new purchase. Buyer Beware!!

DO NOT.. I REPEAT DO NOT purchase here, CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED ...on test drive Car drove amazing, low miles. We checked the Oil dip stick clean, oil cap clean, fluids clean all while he was close by to observe (or have excuses for anything i'm not sure) he stated he "just changed the oil, didn't need it, but cause that's what they do" said oil was clean. I asked him more than once if there was anything wrong with this car, he said he had it checked by his mechanic and has no issues, stated car had set in a barn for yrs after a divorce and the lady did not need the car anymore. So I could relate. I told him it was for my 17 yr old daughter who had had been in an accident just 2 months prior so needed a SAFE RELIABLE car. He said " oh yes we have kids i understand, we about family here.... He offered the warranty to me, actually said its a good warranty company and definitely worth the purchase, and i bought the car and the warranty, was in it for 3300$ now. I asked for paperwork on my warranty and wouldn't ya know it they were fresh out. I drove the car for 2 days to be sure it was a GOOD car, Ran good as it did on test drive until end of second day lost heat, but it came back. Day 3 my daughter took the car, at 9:30 pm I get a call her saying car is hot. She was stranded with a hot car. Next day got car home, checked coolant was low (before this point I wasn't sure if it had really any in it from sitting on lot, so I filled it) called dealership (red keg) owner and he said it's probably the thermostst, check the thermostat. took car to my own dealership. Got the call from dealer they the checked oil cap and dipstick and there was coolant in the oil. So now at this point were about 6 days, 3600$ and 2.5 gallons of coolant in and i took it to local dealer. BLOWN/cracked head 3100$ and guess what that warranty does NOT COVER ?!?!?!? a blown head. So now i'm looking at 3100$ repair on a 3000$ car and one very sad stranded teen. I let my daughter down on this one. BUT i can assure you these mechanical issues do not happen in 6 days per the Certified mechanic. I can bet you the owner of the little dealer has not lost a minute of sleep over this even after i called to tell him what happened. all he said was "huh i would have let my son drive that car everywhere" and "My customers have only had to use this warranty once" well I'm sure that's the case when they do not cover most repairs needed by your customers. This is the First time i have ever bought a used car and this will be the very last. Kudos for the sale of a POS car and shame on you for disappointing a very excited, now disappointed teen driver.. Red Keg Auto I would have rated a ZERO but the website would not allow me too. And from what I've seen they have bashed every customer who has a complaint about them. She deleted all my Facebook posts from thier page, very unprofessional and classless. BBB is now aware of these ppl, my attorney and now 9&10 news. I will not allow you to screw over my daughter

Let me start by saying the Staff was very friendly and courteous. The wash, however left me disappointed. Now in fairness I am quite particular and have relatively high standards of cleanliness for my vehicle. My vehicle also has a few more crevasses and protrusions than most. The clean on the areas the sprays and brushes did reach was ok. There were still quite a few spots left where I would expect a higher end car wash to reach. It gave me a good starting point to work from, but I did have quite a bit of touching up to do when I got home. Final thoughts I give this 6 out of 10.
