I waited a week or so to post a review to check how the new coating does out in the wild... & it did not disappoint! Water beaded right off in the rain & the finish is still smooth to the touch. Andrew did an amazing job with exceptional customer service starting with our initial phone call when I was just inquiring and has been constant communication since then. He was very transparent & patient with the process & what to expect plus how to maintain afterwards. I had an excellent experience at Prestige Detailing. Davis did a fantastic job. I had a level 2 detail done to my 2010 Ford Sport Trac. It completely transformed the look to my vehicle. The paint looks better than new. The old interior was handled with extreme care and brought back to life. I love how Davis walked me back into the shop and showed me everything he did. Truly a five star experience at Prestige Detail from start to end! Davis and his team are excellent. We did Paint Protection Film (PPF) on everything forward of A pillar (hood, bumper, etc.), the level 3 Ceramic package (full exterior plus wheel barrels and faces), Ceramic tint on front windows to match rears, and finally clear (70%) ceramic tint windshield to reduce UV heat. These guys are meticulous and go the extra mile- right down to taking wheels off to airbrush on the ceramic coating. We could not be happier and look forward to returning for detailing. Some background: We acquired a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe which had a ‘Satin Matte’ finish, which you can’t take through a car wash, and there was a small blemish on the door that became burnished (shiny) from dealership folks rubbing it. Looked up a few places to call and consult with, and Davis was a kind wealth of knowledge who was eager to educate me and answer all my questions. Learned really fast through amazing education by Davis, and the internet, that fixing scratches/blemishes on Satin paint jobs pretty much equates to repainting the panel, and it will never match. The industry body shop standard is to repaint one entire side of a vehicle so the miss-match is less obvious to the eye. Future me may never go Matte/Satin again but for now we wanted to help protect the paint job and make washing / maintenance less burdensome. To that end we went with the full Ceramic treatment. Ceramic coating wasn't going to help rock chips or heavy impact, so knowing paint issues aren’t really fixable we went with PPF for the front clip. Prestige Detail also taught me how fundamentally different, see superior, ceramic tinting is over ‘carbon’ tint film. I’ve had five or six cars with front window tint that matches rears and seeing out through them, especially in rain, has always been a challenge at night, with the ceramic the visibility is incredible. I’m a changed man! We had some damage to our current lease that is due back soon and Davis was able to steer me on options, and give me a cost idea on repair to weigh against the excess damage charge I calculated. The thing I appreciated most of all is how well Davis sets expectations, and communicates the finer points so there’s no assumptions.

Usually I do my own hand washing and sealing/waxing but since I daily drive my car year round I decided I needed to step up my protection with a ceramic coating. I took my mustang in to Flawless for a 2 stage paint correction and application of Optimum Gloss Coat ceramic coating. The process took 5 days (over labor day weekend no less) from drop off to pickup which was reasonable given the amount of labor, prep, and cure time involved. I have to say the wait was definitely worth it. The car came out looking gorgeous, the flat body panels are basically mirrors now and the gloss from the ceramic coating makes the mustang look like the photoshopped perfection you see in a car ad. Clinton was really easy going, accommodating, and knowledgeable as well. He knows his products and made sure the coating had the proper time to cure before releasing it to me since I had to pickup in the rain and even offered to hold the car in his shop another day just for the weather to clear up. Come time to pick up, he told me he applied a complimentary coating of Opti-Glass on the windows to match the coating on the rest of the car which was awesome. They also unexpectedly had given the interior and floor mats a quick clean and vacuum which was a nice touch, saved me having to do it the next weekend! Even without the complimentary services though I felt that everything was fairly priced and well worth it. Overall I had an excellent experience, the car came out wonderful, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flawless Auto Finish to my friends, family, or anyone else.

At the time of this review, I've had the car for a little over a week after the ceramic coating Clayton had done and all I have to say is the car looks FLAWLESS. The experience was very straightforward and the communication from the shop made things very comforting. I took my car in to get a full ceramic coating for both the body and wheels and they did a great job. Experienced and professional, I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a proper job done.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Dr Detail left me feeling disappointed and underwhelmed. Despite the hefty $250 price tag, the quality of service I received was comparable to what I'd expect from a $50 car wash. The attention to detail was lacking; they waxed over bugs and failed to remove all of the wax residue. The inside was much better, however it would have been nice if they cleaned the windshield. While the final result was far from what I anticipated, I must commend the staff for their friendliness and positive attitude throughout the process. Though the staff was welcoming and pleasant to interact with, the overall service didn't meet my expectations. It's disappointing to say that I won't be returning to Dr Detail in the future.

Ive never had my car detailed.. ever. Scottie and Alicia went above and beyond, my car literally looks new. He even cleaned my engine and took car of my rust spots. Ill never go anywhere else! The indoor wash is awesome too. They keep the place very clean. The dryers really get ur car almost completely dry, the brushes are clean soft. When they dry your car off the rags are nice and new not dingey and ragged. They use soft mircofiber cloths to dry. Dont forget to tip them either!! They are worth it. Thanks scottie and Alicia! I took my minivan to Larry to apply a ceramic coating after spending many years DIY detailing previous vehicles. Time will tell how long the coating holds up, but I was very impressed with how thorough a job Larry did. He was also super nice and spent time making sure all my questions were answered and telling me how to maintain the coating for best longevity, not to mention showing up on a Sunday for me to pick my car up. Went to Bay 3 on 9/01/24 and swiped my card for $3.00 wash. Machine noises started then nothing. Swiped my card again for $3.00. Machine noises then nothing. Checked my account and these crooked thieves charged me $10.00 and the wash never started!! Called the number and no answer, no service. $10.00 for NOTHING.

I went to Brilliant Car Care this week to get the Glisten Package, to treat myself and Subie for my birthday/got you anniversary. My appointment was at 11:00am and I sat at the coffee shop across the parking lot. My Subie wasn’t ready until 4:30. When I got home, I looked in my back seat and pulled the middle console down, when I did there was pet hair. I was charged for pet hair removal so I called the shop and talked to Victoria. Victoria was very nice and sweet. She said I could bring my Subie back up. Which I did, even though it was an inconvenience and waste of mileage. She did acknowledge that she forgot that area and asked if there was anything else I saw. There was! Coffee going down my driver seat and marks on the cloth above the seats and etc. Victoria took my Subie back and 20 mins later she came back to get me. She gave me a free exclusive hand wash & wax card that she signed and said she was so sorry and if I ever want to come back again, here’s this card. It was a nice gesture. I just went to put my rug covers back in my Subie (had to wait for carpet to dry) and this is what I’ve found. They had my car for almost 5 hours total and they didn’t even detail clean my Subie. I paid $300 for what?! Also, there was whatever the thing in the plastic bag left in my Subaru. I think it may put air and light up..but it’s not mine. I had everything cleaned out of my Subie in preparation for the detailing. **Update** I talked with the GM Frank today, he offered for me to bring my Subaru back up to the shop to get it re-cleaned. That would be the 3rd time I would drive up to the shop to have my Subie clean when it should have been done properly the 1st time. I do not want to spend any more of my time there nor waste anymore gas and mileage. My time is valuable and money is tight. Frank then offered to give me some portion of my money back.. I paid $309 with tip. He said he could send me a check for $209, the person Jason who worked on my Subie needed to be paid for the time he spent on my Subaru. I get it, someone did spend time on my vehicle and of course I don’t want them to go without being paid. I’m just annoyed with how much inconvenience this was. I will adjust my review when I receive the check from Brilliant Car Care.

I spilled an entire 20 oz. travel mug of coffee all over my front passenger seat on my drive in to work. I called and Larry managed to fit me in that afternoon to extract the excess liquid out of my seat and clean it. He charged a very fair rate for this service too. I brought my car here for interior detailing and the service was great (both the quality of cleaning and the people I interacted with). I was planning on sitting in their waiting area to do some remote work while getting the detailing done, but unfortunately their office power was out at the moment so that wasn't possible. The owner AMAZINGLY offered to give me a ride back to my home, so I didn't have to get a taxi or wait around for the detailing to be finished. They clearly put in a lot of hard work and care about what they are doing, and I've never had a place go above and beyond like that before. Will definitely be back if my car ever needs detailing again.

I cannot recommend Motor City Detail for an interior car detail. I won’t give this place a 1 star because at the end of the day my truck was cleaner than when I dropped it off, but I wouldn’t consider it detailed. I had a terrible experience with them. I took in my truck to have an interior detail which they charged $170.99 and a non-negotiable additional pet charge of $59.99 “because it takes extra time to vacuum and blow the carpet,” not remove all the pet hair. All the pictures attached are the results after the first detail. They told me that the center console was left alone because there were personal belongings in there, and as pictured, I had 2 charging cables in there. It was upsetting because before the detail was started, I was told that any personal items would be bagged and ready to collect at the end of the cleaning. These were the only 2 personal items I had in the entire cab and didn’t think it was a big enough issue to skip cleaning the entire interior console. I also thought it was appalling to leave that much water in the center console and they left a whole section of the truck unvacuumed. I told them I was unhappy with the job, so they came out to do a second detail while I was at work. Didn’t text or call to let me know they were there, like they said they would. Once they finished the detail, they couldn’t be bothered to leave me a voicemail or text message saying they were finished. Instead they tried calling me 4 times while I was in a meeting within the span of 5 minutes, parked my truck where they found it and left. I still found the driver side cubby wasn’t even vacuumed out. After paying that amount, I would expect more attention to detail, especially after discussing my experience with others and they said they had better results with much less of a cost and headache.

Wow! I am super happy that I found Damian and Exquisite Auto Care, this past summer! I knew he was different from other detailing places I have worked with, when he would NOT give me a preliminary quote over the phone. Said he had to see the vehicle in order to be accurate as to what the vehicle needed done. And when I met him and listened to what he explained, I knew this was a man who knew his business and loves making vehicles ‘POP’ when he and his crew are done with them. I now have had two vehicles done and again, absolutely the best work I have ever experienced! The results are spectacular as is the ‘attention to detail’. I went to Exquisite Car Care looking for a detailing of my 2019 Chevy Equinox….I had been looking for about a year….always something turned me away…timing, process, staff, available options for detailing. Damian immediately gave me a pleasant welcome….before going any further, he wanted to see my Equinox, asking what I wanted. I didn’t realize all of my options which he soon explained with the pricing. I choose all and am very pleased. I now know why the word detailing is used in this process. Every little corner was cleaned including the engine compartment. As I walked up I could see the shining of the polished sheet metal, all the little scratches that a car picks up in its life were gone. The interior was GREAT…the lettering on the dashboard was like it was reprinted a bright white…the steering wheel looked and felt like new😊😊😊.

I have had to have my rear windshield wiper replaced 8x. I had to fill out report 2x, still waiting to get replaced, going on 4 weeks. I am told come in to get put on, I show up, manager not there. Being told I can thank Mr. Ford. I drive a 2024 explorer never had a problem at other car washes. No one aswers phone or emails. This is disrespectful. The attendant is supposed to deactivate the rear retract so this doesn't happen, so my rear wind doesn't get cleaned. When they do not do the deactivation my wiper gets ripped off.

Recently came through and wanted to try a single wash to try it out. The attendant talked me into a membership.... I should have stuck with the single wash. The wheels were all still filthy and somehow dry. They went in with some salt and came out muddy. I recently switched from a competitor who also had a new location and they displayed each of the top of the line items they added throughout the wash like the wax, rain repel, tire shine and the tri color foam. This location didn't have any of it. You come out of the brushes and there is 20 feet of dead space where usually the wax and stuff is. Maybe I just missed it getting applied but I just want to make sure I'm getting what my $36 membership included. Just my opinion here but bad first impression here. I think I may have to go the extra couple miles back to the competition.

I work across the street and love the convenience of the car wash, but after three consecutive disappointing visits, I can no longer justify it. The first time left the side is the truck completely covered in soap and when I turned around to go back through, was told dismissively, “that happens sometimes.” The last two times has been just dirt and grime left on, as well as some grass that was on the car prior (the reason for the visit), still visible on the rear of my Explorer. After a $15 wash and $3 tip, I expected more. Never again.

I’m a monthly subscriber to Zax’s unlimited wash plan. I have a small RFID sticker, called the “FastPass” on my windshield that is used to identify my car. When I approach the kiosk, the computer reads my stickers code and grants me entrance. It also tells the attendants what level of wash I am to receive, according to my subscription. This makes it SOOOO easy to keep my car clean! After the kiosk, you pull around to the entrance, where the attendant will help guide you onto the conveyor that pulls your car through the wash tunnel. If they notice bugs are stuck to the front of your car, they pre-treat them with a special cleansing agent. Then they pre-wash the car before it heads into the washer. This removes any large soil deposits and softens any caked-on mud. I appreciate that because I don’t want my car to get scratched from the previous cars’ sand and dirt! Next, following the pre-wash, the automated process begins with a full-foaming of the vehicle, and then a rotating soft-scrub brush does the entire top of the car. Hood, windshield, roof, back window, and trunk lid. After that, two horizontal brushes coming from the left and right side of the wash follow the contour of the car, from the middle, along the sides, and finally across the back of the car. Each side reaches beyond the center point of the vehicle, ensuring an overlapping of the brushes. Then a series of fresh-water brushes and sprays ensure that all of the soap is rinsed off the car. Just before the high-volume dryers blow-dry the car, there are brushes that activate to clean your wheels and tires, if you have that as part of your package. The wind tunnel has 5 blowers that dry your car off before you exit the wash. Their unlimited wash package is perfect if you want to wash your car once a day. When I bought a new car, I talked with an attendant who promptly got me a FastPass sticker for my new car.

Fidel is a master of auto paint protection. Recently, he did a ceramic coating on my new truck & it's never looked better. Very happy with the quality of his work. Some of the so-called detailing shops quoted crazy prices. But this company really got the job done. I'm looking forward to seeing him later this year. Here's a tip: ask him to quote on a complete exterior/interior detailing. He is very fast and thorough!

I have the membership but my windshield is never clean. Still has bugs guts on it EVERY time! I guess you get what you pay for but geez, can the windshield at least be clean?! UPDATE: Went in to see David as suggested BUT, He no longer works there. So, still dirty windshield and car immediately after wash. Sad!

I've washed my cars here a couple of times & had no problems with the clean but today was lackluster. They didn't pre-wash all of the dirt off of the lift gate of my jeep or on the passenger side so once the wash was done, it was still visible dirt on parts of my jeep. Also, one of the machines put a small dent in my door; my jeep is brand new(literally a week old). If this is what the services are going to be then I'll wash my car myself. And I paid $20 for the best wash

Nothing short of being touched by an angel. Professionalism and Expertise is impeccable. My car was absolutely touched by an angel. If your car never made you feel that you were riding in cleanliness and class..you will definitely know it once your car leaves this place. The atmosphere from the staff was so inviting and welcoming. He definitely took his time and made sure my car looked even better than it did when I drove it off the lot after purchase. If you want a rush job…this is not the place for you…but if you appreciate quality work from the Detailer for the Famous…Jon is your guy. He needs more than 5 stars because his service is beyond it. I highly recommend and I look forward to seeing them work their magic again. We had a dog, so the car was covered in dog hair and dirt. It also had basic use messes, smudges and things. Jon’s had the car looking brand new! Things that I didn’t even notice were dirty/used-looking looked fresh and clean. The steering wheel, cup holders, doors, carpets, everything looked great. And there was no dog hair anywhere! The service was amazing. Great value, too!

Came in to get my mk7.5 GTI some tints as it was definitely looking like a fishbowl. The guys at precision managed to transform the look of my car with the ceramic tints all around including the windshield. Not only does it offer more privacy but once the summertime heat comes around it will keep the car nice and cool. Also, paired with the red paint, the blacked out windows just make it look so much more proper now. Definitely recommend these guys if you’re in need of some tint work done.
