Amazing work. I bought my truck, took it home. Put a coat of hybrid ceramic wax on it myself. Took it to Orozco's for tint and ceramic coating for protection. I didn't expect any better shine but was very wrong. Unreal how great she looks. They updated me daily with pictures and texts. I very strongly recommend them and their services.

Oh, my goodness!!!! Stop checking reviews to help choose who will detail your car; you’ve found the right place!! When it said this is a 4.8 star business they are not lying!! The GENUINE customer service this company has is incredible! I called to schedule an appointment, they have a full mobile detailer so the appointment was set as a mobile service where they come detail my car at my house! (How cool is that?!) On the day of the appointment I called to double check because of the rain since the detailer would be outside in the rain I wanted to make sure we were still good to go. After a quick conversation she asked if they could come pick up my car, take it back to their shop to detail it for me, then bring it back squeaky clean! And that’s exactly what she did! She was so kind, professional, and caring! The car came back stain free, smell free, and spot clean!! I highly recommend this company, I will be back for sure!!!!

They did a terrible job. Sand all over the floor, glovebox and center console were still dirty. Floormats weren't cleaned, still had pebbles stuck in them. Interior trim still has crud in the nooks and crannies. The bonus was a brand new stain on the back of a seat and the flecks of some white substance on the passenger seat that weren't there when I dropped the car off. I wasted $180, don't make the same mistake I did.

I went there again today because I’m being billed for it and the latest picture is after the car wash Edited: the response from the owner was “ sorry you’re not satisfied “ I bought the $25 package per month. My first experience. Went through three times completely. The third time the gentleman said he would give me the top line wash. Pictures represent the first second and then final. The employee was amazing. He did a great job. I would absolutely buy from him again. He even came out and helped scrub the car. not sure why this place just doesn’t work

**UPDATE** Beau w/Clearwave has reached out & taken care of this for me. He is amazing & followed thru to take care of the issue. Thank you Beau! You were amazing to work with! June 22 2024 I came to get my car washed(with a membership) Got home and realized my antenna was missing. Went back up to the car wash, filled out an incident report where they advised me that someone would contact me by email. I did receive an email on June 25th where they apologized & admitted to seeing on camera that my antenna was intact when I arrived & removed by the brush when I passed underneath. They offered to order an antenna cover from Amazon or give me $10 in cash. I responded to said email advising that it was not the same antenna and that I wanted one that was not going to affect the value of my car. I also advised that since it had rained quite a bit and now my radio stations are not coming in which means the chips are ruined as well. I asked if they were going to pay to have it serviced to be fixed and have yet to hear back from anyone since June 28, 2024. I have sent two emails with no response asking for a call back. The emails do not contain a name or a phone number.

Absolutely Fantastic service, and top notch quality! My car before going in was a disaster, dirty, paint swirls, and the interior was dusty and the floor dirty from my boots. I picked it up and I could see it shining from down the street on my way to pick her up. The Detail Shop did such an amazing job! The workers are super friendly, and when they told me the paint correction was 100% all paint swirls gone they didn't lie. I can't tell you how happy I am with my car. I will be bringing all my other cars here as well. (I will add a walk around video today)

DO NOT GO HERE! PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PHOTOS! THEY SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES! PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS OF THE GEL COAT FOR YOURSELF. It's spring time and I know people will be shopping around so please read this and save yourself the headache. I brought a boat here for detailing and they made more of a mess in the gel coat that cost me more to repair than what they charged! Upon pickup I figured the outside would be a no brainer and focused on the inside. MISTAKE! The headliner wasn't cleaned but whatever I could let that slide at the time, but the scratches they left in the gel coat and the buttons they broke on my dash, not to mention the Bimini top they didn't even touched they want to dispute my credit card dispute that I put in for a generous ONLY HALF BACK!!! I thought I was nuts for even trying for only that! Wow. I'll update some pictures and will make it a point to keep it freshly updated so that it stays towards the top to try to help save people the headache from this place. They were even training people how to use wheels on people's cars while I was there! Yikes! If you want someone training on your $60,000 car (which I would absolutely not) I wouldn't go here for nothing. Stay far away from this place. Read the other negative reviews.. Wish I did! Oh and to the owners of this place, I'm sure this post with all the evidence of damage and failure to even touch half the vessel will cost you more in business than your dispute back to my card company. Update to keep at the top. Terrible terrible place!! Do no go here! Many other detail shops around with better reviews. Go to a place that actually knows what they are doing! Please avoid this place! There are many others around. Please search reviews. Wish I did. 1/28/23 It's the middle of winter and I'm still steaming about this place! Owners are terrible, please listen to the previous negative reviews, they are right. 5/25/23 Don't go here. I finally got my gel coat looking somewhat decent, but looks wavy do to the complete garbage job they did. Probably needs wet sanded/blocked to be corrected from them going nuts with a wheel with incorrect products used. This place sucks. Might have to have my gel coat repaired in the spring now after this place did what they did to my boat when they had it. Owners do not care about their customers PERIOD!

Called and got an appointment the same day within one hour. Which only took probably 45 minutes, and I was out of there. The guy working in the front was very nice and respectful. Didn’t try to sell me more than what I wanted. Easy, quick, and best priced. Highly recommend.

I’ve had 2 vehicles tinted here, once with standard tint and the other with ceramic. I was a little unsure about having a 5% visor on the windshield but the guys had me come into the work area to help me visualize the application and placement to make sure it worked for me safely (I’m a petite gal with a Mustang so I wanted to make sure my field of vision wasn’t compromised in a bucket seat). Both cars looked fantastic and I’ve gotten a ton of compliments on the visor they did on my Mustang. Also super friendly personable guys and enjoyed some nice automotive related conversation while I was there.

Have taken both of my cars through this place many times, and always get great washes and service. HOWEVER, when I just took my summer car in to get washed before storage Delorean really took his time prepping my car. It is the kind of service you miss when going through these places, where they usually just quick wipe and spray the car and hit the button. But he took his time to get the full car and the wash came out significantly better. 10/10 would recommend.

Great tunnel style car wash. You stay in your car, but this is one of the few places around that thoroughly dries your car after. They will clean your inside for an extra fee. They have long lines sometimes because it’s better than most around.

$1.50 to get it started. No card option so bring your cash there is a change dispenser. There's 4 washing garages and not many vacuums. People usually dry their cars inside the wash so you may wait a minute. It's a good place to stop for a quick self wash, never had an issue here.

Terrible wash. The "presoak" is a guy spraying your windows down with a garden hose. They they use the brush to clean the glass and whatever parts they feel like on the car. And they put the brush on the paint with no water on the car. So all the road salt scratches your paint. Then you go into the wash. I paid for the best wash they had and there was zero soap during the whole wash. Just very little water coming out of the nozzles with no soap, further scratching the car. At the end there was one guy drying your car off with a small microfiber towel that looks like he had been using the same tow all day. Don't waste your time here, go down the street to A&T and pay the same amount of money for a great wash and dry. This place was trash.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. A coworker recommended I go here for an oil change after I purchased my new/used car. From the moment I pulled up, I knew I was in good hands. FIVE gentlemen came out and began working on my vehicle, all of which were absolutely amazing!! They were kind and went above and beyond for me. The customer service is out of this world! I highly recommend this place of business!!

Im updating to change my review. For several years I've used this place and spread the word to everyone. Abe always took care of my wheels and stuff at the end of the wash, and never applied tore shine per my request. But now the reconstructed the car wash. And I can't get the VIP wash any more because of the new tire shine applicator. It's automatic now instead of applied at the end. I don't want the lesser wash. But everytime I leave now, I have to wipe all the tire shine off the side of my truck. It's applied way too heavy, and oddly, only on the drivers side. Never an issue on the other side. And it's heavy brown crap. If it's not wiped off asap, it dries and sticks and won't wipe off easy. I'm sad that I can't use them anymore. The lesser wash takes away more than the tire shine. And I want those services. If they can turn the shine off, I'll go back. If you want to wash your vehicle after getting it washed, stop by here and get a vip wash.

Very disappointed in this car wash. For $8 regular wash I would expect more as the $2 wash down the street does a better job. Only 2 of the 6 dryers were working, and the 2 workers hand toweling at the end were pretty much useless after starting on the front. By the time they got to my doors their towels were soaked and just spreading the water around. With so many other options in the area at or below their prices, I most likely won't be back.

We were considering getting a monthly membership for my husband's Escalade and decided to just get a basic wash to check it out first. The employee was very nice and polite and explained everything. We were pretty disappointed with the wash and the fact that the vehicle was still quite dirty afterwards though. I'm sure that we could have gone back through, but we were in a rush.

Jahner Auto Detailing tint a full tint job on my 2024 Silverado. Rears at 5%, front two windows at 20% and the windshield at 20%. The quality of their tint is truly black, no blue at all; and it’s laid perfectly with no light coming in at all. I’ve had my vehicles tinted all around downriver but his quality has truly been the best I’ve come across.

Anyone giving this car wash less than 5 stars is baffling. They did me excellent. And whatever coating they applied kept the dust and dirt away much longer than any car wash I have been to. Mo and his team did an incredible job on my 12+ yo car, both in the interior and exterior! Mo is super responsive and was able to even book me in same day, which was much appreciate. The attention to detail superb and they really went the whole 9 yards. He was also super reasonable and transparent about pricing. This is the only place I’m going to for interior and exterior car work when I’m in the Ann Arbor area! The interior pictures are taken a few days after the cleaning job - my car is completely different, this is and old car with no previous detail job.

I recently had a situation where someone vomited in my car, and the smell was unbearable. I took my car to Moe at A2 Plus Complete Detailing LLC, and he did an amazing job! I have been using Pro Shine now to wash my car for a while now and I am very happy with their services. The staff is so nice and goes above and beyond when you need help. My car looks great all the time. Today I went their because I wanted to wash my car but I noticed that I had grease on my door, Don helped me to get it off. I recommend this facility to everyone.

First of all look at all the 5 star reviews! That tells you what you need to know. I took my 1963 Chevy C10 Pickup here for ceramic coating. I am very picky as are most of us with classic cars. These guys surpassed my expectations! Unbelievable service and attention to detail! They treated me vehicle like it was their own. Outstanding Service and Exceptional Attention to Detail! I recently brought my 2010 Nissan GTR to Dearborn Handwash for a complete paint protection package, and I can confidently say they went above and beyond in every way. With nearly 100,000 miles on the original paint, I wasn’t sure how much could be done, but their team worked magic! They first started with a Stage 4 paint correction, which completely restored the paint—it’s like my car is brand new again. They followed up with a ceramic coating that gave the finish a deep, mirror-like shine and added long-lasting protection. The paint protection film (PPF) installation was equally impressive, with seamless edges and perfect coverage to keep my car looking its best for years to come. Their customer service was just as exceptional. They were incredibly very very patient with me as I worked through all the options, taking the time to explain the benefits of each service and helping me choose what would be best for my GTR. On top of that, they went the extra mile by replacing some front bumper hardware, ensuring everything was perfectly secure. I got a fist full of change only to find out the only washer that worked was the one blocked off in the rear with a truck load of crapola piled up there. 2 were taped over and the 3rd could not take any coins. I spent a lot of my wash time cleaning the floor so it would not cover my tires in mud, grit, sand and broken concrete.

“Great Job!” After inspecting drainage work on the I-75 project for several months, vacuuming and wiping down the interior of my truck couldn’t remove all the dirt It gathered. Didn’t know how it was going to get cleaned in this cold weather. Had wondered who was operating the car wash on Fort St. across from the Fish Station, then heard about 3rd. Took my work truck in for a full wash & detail during lunch time. By 3:00 pm I was rolling out looking brand new, smelling great and pleased with the work done to restore my home away from home. Also realized I knew 3rd when he was 3-5 years old, having been a running buddy of his mom and uncle. Keep up the great work guys. God Bless!!

Excellent car wash! Our car was pretty filthy after a long trip cross country and it was spotless after going through the drive through wash. Even got the entire back hatch clean which other washes don’t even seem to touch. The free vacuum cleaners are great & much appreciated. Will definitely visit again.

Multiple times recently, I've come to to the wash, and the vacuums are shut off. My husband and I pay for a monthly subscription so that's bogus -- we just issued a charge back so no worries. Don't come here expecting to use the services during normal business hours like Monday at noon.

Can’t give enough praise for Upper Hand. I stopped in with my 2016 LR4 just wanting to see if there was any way to improve the exterior appearance and remove scratches. Jason gave me a tour of the bad ass garage (which is amazing) where the magic happens. Jacob then took the time to demonstrate a test strip with his buffer wheel. I set my price limit and got more than I expected with a truck that looks years newer. I’m seriously impressed don’t go anywhere else for your detailing needs. Super nice guys too. 👍
