I really like this "hands-on" car wash . They have several different washes to choose from. I chose the Works wash, cleaned the floor mats, vacuumed all three compartments , wheels, and rims, wiped the interior, and did the windows . Worth every cent.

I absolutely appreciate the service I received from the staff who serviced my brand new vehicle! When I tell you, they did a great job! Everyone was so kind. They took care of all of my concerns with the services. I received the 5% tint all the way around and had a 7 year ceramic coating put on. It already looked great because it's a new car but I do see an enhanced shine with the protective coating! I would recommend Spot-Les to anyone! I have been wanting to get my car detailed for a long time now, so my husband got me a gift card here for Christmas. We just recently moved and we have a dog so between life and using my car as a moving vehicle, my car was a hot mess. When I came to pick up my car after they finished the interior, I was shocked. I knew they would do a great job, but I couldn’t believe that my car looked brand new. Final Approach is AMAZING. Their staff are knowledgeable, kind and communicative and the process of choosing products/services is both transparent and a breeze. Jess, the owner, has also been incredibly helpful explaining various maintenance details and answering any questions I had. FA also put so many nice touches on the service, like a signed thank you card from everyone on the team who worked on the vehicle and complimentary cleaner and towels for any bug splatter. As someone who has never had this type of service done outside a dealership environment before, I was so appreciative of the team’s knowledge and professionalism and friendliness. It made the experience fun and exciting instead of feeling like “car maintenance stuff.” And the result of their work is just… beyond words. My neighbors cheered when I drove back into the neighborhood! The ceramic done by FA brought out such depth and shine in my paint that it’s like having a different car. Looks incredible. Professional, quality work with zero compromises - that's the best way to describe Final Approach. It's clear from the moment you walk in that Jess and her team are the best at what they do. From the photos on the wall showing her working on detailing Air Force One to the clean, well-kept workroom to the way she and her team answer every single question with authority and knowledge, it's clear that these folks are the BEST at what they do. This isn't a $200, fly-by-night mobile detailer. But you don't want to use those folks on your nice vehicles... do you? The results show that these folks are the best in the business. I brought my 2024 Supra in for the top-level ceramic coating that they offer. It's expensive and takes a couple of days to complete, but I was beyond blown away when I picked the car up. Glossy doesn't even begin to describe the condition of the vehicle. But more than that, they did paint correction and got out some *deep* scratches that were on a few places from when I picked it up from the dealer. She looks better than she ever did brand-new, even when I did deep washes. I'm standing in my garage right now, staring at my car, in shock over how amazing she looks. They don't leave you hanging with *just* a shiny, protected vehicle, though. I got about 30 minutes worth of instructions and questions answered for after-care while the ceramic continues to cure over the next couple of weeks, and I'm going back soon for a car wash clinic to show me the latest and greatest tech, so that I can save a bunch of time and make sure that the coating stays in tip-top shape. I've done a TON of research and know a fair bit about washing my vehicle the right way, but Jess takes it to a whole new level. If you want your vehicle to have the best, and to feel confident that your money was *very* well spent, this is the first and last place you need to go. I'm already planning on spending a lot more money here in the coming years on vinyl wraps and maintenance polishes, and I can't wait to give them my continued business.

Jay does an excellent job and can bring our vehicles back to new inside and out after our children trash the interior and the dirt roads trash the exterior. I just moved from California to Michigan, and my black car was shipped via trailer. It was riddled with bugs, dirt, and debris. Fortunately, Darryl was able to not only get all the junk off, he was able to clean it to look bette than when I bought the car new. He is the best detailing spot I have ever been to, and hands down would recommend it. As soon as we purchased our brand new 2016 F350 we knew that we wanted to get it over to Ziebart and get it rust proofed immediately, and so we did this yearly with Ziebart. We started seeing bubbles on the fenders so we ran the truck over to ziebart having complete confidence that they would help us and take care of the issue. We soon found out that we basically paid for no protection at all. We were told that this is a know Ford issue and they would do nothing to help us. Isn't this what we paid for? We have since taken our truck to Line-x of Lansing and they will forever be getting our business. Thank you Ziebart for nothing!

First of all look at all the 5 star reviews! That tells you what you need to know. I took my 1963 Chevy C10 Pickup here for ceramic coating. I am very picky as are most of us with classic cars. These guys surpassed my expectations! Unbelievable service and attention to detail! They treated me vehicle like it was their own. Took my wife's car in for detailing and it looked like a brand new vehicle when we got it back, even though it's 7 years old. Cost about $125 with a Groupon. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was finished around 5:30. They do superior work! Highly recommend this place for Auto detailing.

Thoroughly impressed! Amazing work! I dropped my car off on 7/22/19 for an inside and out cleaning and detail. This car was my daily driver, grocery-getter, kid hauler, etc. While I typically take care of my other vehicle (sports car), this daily driver is admittedly neglected at times. In fact, it had been at least 3 years since I had more than a basic vacuum/wipe down of the interior, and it showed. I was almost embarrassed when I dropped it off. Three years worth of salt, sand, dirt, Cheetos, fruit snacks, petrified french fries, spilled juice, etc. had transformed parts of the interior into a long-term science experiment. The exterior wasn't nearly as bad, but it had been a year since the last time I gave it a proper wash/wax. I had all but given up on the wheels, as I believed they were too far gone with baked on brake dust. All-in-all, I left them with quite the challenge. When I returned 8 hours later, I was absolutely astounded by the results. The interior looked brand new! The vinyl seats were clean and soft! All the plastic trim was back to its original color with a semi-matte finish. The carpets and mats looked perfect, far gone from caked on salt, ground-in sand fabric that I left them. The exterior also blew me away. The paint was back to its original shine. A few months ago, I also had a "drone accident" (don't ask), that left parts of the driver front and rear doors and windows with scratches that I believed were way too deep to fix. To my surprise they were able to polish the scratches almost out of the paint and COMPLETELY out of the glass. And the WHEELS! I thought for sure they had replaced them or painted them. I was used to the braised, bronze-ish color that road grime, brake dust had stained my wheels. When I returned, they were back to their original silver, aluminum finish. I honestly don't know how they did it! Truly professional work by these guys. They impressed me the first time and have absolutely earned my future business.

Very disappointed. I thought the executive was a fair price for the advertised service. At best a mediocre cleaning. The lady at the front desk was either high or special needs. But she was clueless. I will not be back. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the gentlemen cleaning the car were very respectful. At the end of the day these are just kids collecting a paycheck. Don't waste your money or time.

The only other time my car looked as good as the day that James detailed it was when I drove it off the lot. James was punctual and polite. He even wore a mask while he worked. That put my mind at ease. Especially in light of everything that’s happening in the world today. This business states in there reviews that they are the best. This business states the are know for detailing cars for dealerships and have been in business since 1982. However, I took my 2007 Malibu here for detailing services based on such good reviews in 2014! They had it almost 1.5 days, and when I picked it up, the interoir was still wet and just not thoroughly completed. There were crumbs still in the cracks and seems. The seats which are light grey still had some dirt and stains. I take good care of my vehicles. So it is not like we are talking grease and oil stains or anything super hard to remove. Minor dirt and grim as this is my everyday driver. They just overall did not seem to care about the work preformed and it was obvious when I picked up my car. Don't take my word on though, feel free to give them a try. Just keep in mind you might have regrets later. I have found a few other places that do a great job. Kwik Car Wash (Yes they offer detailing) & East Lansing Auto Pros. Both do exceptionally good jobs in my opinion!

Great customer service. Had sucked up a receipt while vacuuming my truck and called and spoke with Jodi . He was very knowledgeable and professional about the situation. Called me back in less than 10 mins telling me he had found my receipt. And that I could go back and pick up at my convenience. Wash and vacuum were great also have mat cleaners that worked great ! WOW! I am blown away by the attention to detail and the hard work that Tyler and Harleigh put in with detailing my van. The state of my van was out of control between having two kids, two dogs and zero time available to dedicate to cleaning it and keeping it clean. I decided to start the hunt for someone who could detail my van on the inside. I was excited to see that Miller's comes to your house! With a busy schedule, this worked out for me perfectly especially since I work from home. They got here early and got right to work. All that they needed was a plug to plug in their tools. Great experience here today. A quality family-ran shop. They don’t have all the fancy bells and whistles that franchise shops have but their work is phenomenal. Hy was the gentleman that detailed my jeep and he put a lot of hard work and dedication into his finished product which was removing the scent and stains of dead deer and multiple stains from my two toddlers. The owner of the establishment came right out and introduced himself which was awesome and encouraging. Fine work by these gentleman. I’ll be bringing my wife’s car here within the next week or so. 10/10 recommend.

I had a milk disaster during a hot week this summer. It was horrendous, there were flies. The staff at Buff n Shine were very professional and understanding. They dealt with a very rough interior and made my vehicle derivable again! The rate was very fair and I am happy with the outcome. The alternative was complete reupholstery. I'm not sure what people are complaining about regarding professionalism. It's a small shop that does custom jobs one at a time. It's not a low-ball door-buster, they take time detailing and often request to work on it overnight because of the time they put time into it. I respect their work and professionalism because they met me where I was and found a good solution for me and even followed up with me. Not every place is so honest!

Under the old ownership used to be 6 -7 dollars for a basic car wash. Now it's ten dollars. Under the old ownership in two people, power washing on each side of your vehicle. And they did a thorough job, and your truck would be clean when you came through. Under the new management, they have one person powerwashing on one side, doing a half a job if that. I live on a dirt road, so my truck definitely gets dirty. But you pay ten dollars, you should expect to have it.Come out clean when you're done. My truck was far from clean under new management. There was a truck ahead of me. That was cleaner before it was going into the car. Wash and miles, mine was after it came out. I need the list to say I will not be using Mister car wash again.

What’s the sense of having an unlimited membership when you cannot even use it during their business hours? They closing earlier than 8 all the time. And when will they fix the driveway pot hole so your tire doesn’t about fall in? I just got their membership a week ago since it’s closer to my home than Tommy’s. But, I am canceling and going back to Tommy’s where I can use my membership during the normal business hours.
