They? Will never get my money again first off. They are very tricky and sneaky. They took down the signs that they had cordial pricing, I went in for a regular in. And out he told me it's VIP I said no I just wanna in and out. He said all in and out is vip...long story short. He charged me $40. And my car is half done. I've never paid $40 for a regular car wash. I have dust still on my dash - the outside. Look pretty nice so I will give them that. but $40. You gotta be kidding me. Car washes went from $10 in and out to 25. Nobody charges forty

Brought my car in for a shampoo and interior cleaning. There were missed vacuumed spots on the carpet and the center console seemed entirely ignored. I was allowed to bring the car back for them to fix this but even their followup work did not completely clean their missed spots. The quality of work did not match the amount of money spent here. On top of the service charges they add in an additional fee for covid related expenses which I didn't mind at the time. However after tipping them and paying that extra fee I would have hoped to have received quality work.

Easy to book, decent prices, meh express detail. Had my car express detailed with them and I had two mats in the back of my crossover SUV. Don’t really have reason to go back there so it took me a month to notice that my husky liner mat wasn’t there. Called them and said they didn’t have it. Frustrating to go to a place, trust that all parts will go back into the car when getting cleaned, to find out it’s misplaced and then meh response from the person I talked to.

This is the worst detail shop I’ve been to. Absolute Worst. See review and all pics attached. Left my car for the day and paid the highest price for full detail + engine bay clean up $160. The car mats weren’t washed when I arrived and had to specifically ask. Both glove box and arm rest compartments are not touched. Pet hairs are still left everywhere, under seats, between them and across the car interior. Stains are left on most of the fabric. Roof, gage cluster, and switches aren’t touched… Absolute waste of time and money. They have no regard to admitting or caring. The gear shifter isn’t clean, I wiped it with my finger and got dirt off. Door hinges, trunk and boot door are not cleaned. This shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. See photos below.

Service was subpar. My leather seats, consoles nor cup holders werent cleaned....an exterior wash and vacuum was done and my car smelled awesome however... after being charged $25 and I tipped $15 because for as long as it took I thought my car would be cleaned. Editing my review.....I would suggest just the outside service because I will admit...I got a TON of compliments on the wash and wax job 🙂

They told me it would take a few hours after I dropped it off early, they ended up taking all day it wasn’t done till 8pm and they ruined my day off. When I pulled up to pick up my truck the worker was smoking while cleaning inside of my truck, doesn’t matter if doors and windows are open that’s unprofessional and disrespectful, won’t comeback here.

There's nothing lavish about this establishment. The entrance is narrow and has an unexpected drop. I asked for a wash and wax and my vehicle was cleaned with a long handled brush that was used on my tires. Spray-on wax was used. The waiting room is raggedy and dirty.When I got home I realized my back window was not washed. The result was more like an automatic wash. A waste of $30.

Amazing work. I bought my truck, took it home. Put a coat of hybrid ceramic wax on it myself. Took it to Orozco's for tint and ceramic coating for protection. High quality service. (Rare these days) Great results with the detailing to begin with, when an issue arose with my car, they dealt with it in a professional manner. There was always good communication being made. When I brought back my car for the issue to be resolved (few weeks later) they were quick and had cleaned my car inside and out as a bonus. Chris did an interior/exterior clean/wash on my Audi and it came out like-new beautiful. However, my cat uses the car as her playground and her jumping on the car caused a forest of scratches. I asked Chris if I brought the car to him another time did he think he could fix the damage. His confident response - "Absolutely!" He then decided to prove it and pulled out his tools. AMAZING result! He rejuvenated that portion (see pics) of the paint's finish as if my cat had been born declawed! Chris earned a lifelong client. Second time I've brought a truck here for a full spa package. I initially was interested in much higher end services, and these guys explained why it wasn't necessary. They sold me only what was needed to achieve what I wanted. Went with the Silver spa package. Drop off was very easy, and my 5 year old truck was ready right when they said it would be...and it looked brand new. I'll be scheduling our other car here very soon. Great work guys!

Can’t say enough good stuff about this place! The service was next level. From first entering the wash, where a staff member walked me through all of the options (I recommend the Gold Wash), to the sweet man at the end of the wash who gave my car a thorough wipe to make sure there were no smudges. Even the manager came and made sure I had everything I needed while I was vacuuming out my car, post wash. What a great find!

I have two vehicles. I washed my other vehicle at a different location yesterday(3out of 10) I washed my wife’s at this gem of a location, and I was floored at the quality of the wash. The machines were gentle on the vehicles. The hand dry and tire shine were great. If you have time go here. The staff will take care of you.

Nabil came and did a great job on my car which was very dirty. He cleaned every individual wheel and shined the tires as well as applying a wax to the exterior of the bmw. He then did an interior clean which got so much dirt out of my door jambs and seats.
