I just want to say that the MOBILE detailing at get detailed is unmatched. I mean Aya is amazing I’ve never had cleaner work done to my car. Outstanding Service and Exceptional Attention to Detail! I recently brought my 2010 Nissan GTR to Dearborn Handwash for a complete paint protection package, and I can confidently say they went above and beyond in every way. With nearly 100,000 miles on the original paint, I wasn’t sure how much could be done, but their team worked magic! They first started with a Stage 4 paint correction, which completely restored the paint—it’s like my car is brand new again. They followed up with a ceramic coating that gave the finish a deep, mirror-like shine and added long-lasting protection. The paint protection film (PPF) installation was equally impressive, with seamless edges and perfect coverage to keep my car looking its best for years to come. Their customer service was just as exceptional. They were incredibly very very patient with me as I worked through all the options, taking the time to explain the benefits of each service and helping me choose what would be best for my GTR. On top of that, they went the extra mile by replacing some front bumper hardware, ensuring everything was perfectly secure. And if that wasn’t enough, they even swapped out my summer tires for my winter setup, getting the car ready for the snow and ice here in Michigan! Wheels torqued down to the correct specs, my JDM $6,000 summer wheel setup nicely stored away until I got there to pick them up. TLDR: 10/10 I’ll be coming back! Best wash I’ve had. They took care of my vehicle and a week later it still is sparkling. I use my vehicle for its intended purpose.. off roading. It was covered in sand from recent trip to silver lake sand dunes and the team at K&A Auto Spa took care of me perfectly. My wheels are custom powder coated and they haven’t looked this good since they were done in October 2023.

I got my windows tinted. They were very nice and informative, the worker let me look at his car's windows to help decide what tint level I liked. My number was written down wrong so they had my car the whole day so I can't say how long it would normally take. They put stickers on the window buttons to help you not forget they need 3-5 days to dry before rolling them down, which is nice cause I'd definitely forget. I did notice some imperfections on some of the tint and will probably take my car back in to get them fixed (they have a lifetime warranty for cracks, bubbles and discoloration). The average person might not have noticed the imperfections but as a car person, I definitely did.

Cleaned my car spotless inside and outside! completely wiped it clean and gave me an air freshener. Scrubbed my wheels so well, vacuumed my floor as clean as possible, everything was wiped down properly. They took their time and they have amazing with great customer service. 10/10!

Worst car wash ever, nothing full service about it, looks like they wiped my dash with a dirty rag, cup holders still dirty, dashboard and steering wheel have dust and spots on them. I will never patron again, they don’t answer the phone so I can complain and not worth the trip back. So disappointing

They are quick with the install. Don't trust them to give you top quality service. Check their work when done and verify the price before installing. I got quoted different price and when it came to payment it increased a lot when questioned it I was given the runaround. I had to pay it since it was installed and didn't have it in writing. They messed up my rear passenger windows the cut isn't perfect fit and minor imperfections. If you can find a different tint shop and honest with their price and quality do it. Not bashing the business but things to look out for when doing business with them.

This is the worst detail shop I’ve been to. Absolute Worst. See review and all pics attached. Left my car for the day and paid the highest price for full detail + engine bay clean up $160. The car mats weren’t washed when I arrived and had to specifically ask. Both glove box and arm rest compartments are not touched. Pet hairs are still left everywhere, under seats, between them and across the car interior. Stains are left on most of the fabric. Roof, gage cluster, and switches aren’t touched… Absolute waste of time and money. They have no regard to admitting or caring. The gear shifter isn’t clean, I wiped it with my finger and got dirt off. Door hinges, trunk and boot door are not cleaned. This shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star. See photos below.

Amazing work. I bought my truck, took it home. Put a coat of hybrid ceramic wax on it myself. Took it to Orozco's for tint and ceramic coating for protection. I didn't expect any better shine but was very wrong. Unreal how great she looks. They updated me daily with pictures and texts. I very strongly recommend them and their services.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH ESPECIALLY IF YOU DRIVE A TRUCK. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH, GO AT OWN RISK. MY VISIT TODAY COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. Employees can’t dry your vehicle, soap is not rinsed off and equipment causes damage. My antenna was bent 20 degrees, hood and fender received deep scratches and my wheel was chipped. No matter what package you buy the results are the same as the basic wash. Been going to Fairlane Car Wash since it was Glow. Service has been average at best since becoming Fairlane.

I have the membership but my windshield is never clean. Still has bugs guts on it EVERY time! I guess you get what you pay for but geez, can the windshield at least be clean?! UPDATE: Went in to see David as suggested BUT, He no longer works there. So, still dirty windshield and car immediately after wash. Sad!

I've washed my cars here a couple of times & had no problems with the clean but today was lackluster. They didn't pre-wash all of the dirt off of the lift gate of my jeep or on the passenger side so once the wash was done, it was still visible dirt on parts of my jeep. Also, one of the machines put a small dent in my door; my jeep is brand new(literally a week old). If this is what the services are going to be then I'll wash my car myself. And I paid $20 for the best wash

Super kind people here and they do a great job! I don’t normally go out of my way to give reviews but they earned it. I feel like they could tell I was having a rough day and they upgraded my wash at no extra cost to me. They are upgrading their vacuuming system which will be a great bonus!
