The front 1/3 of my truck had 4k miles on the paint without a wash and rest of the back being fresh painted parts (shown in pictures) and they made the old paint look new. 10/10

I am usually not the person to leave bad reviews on anything but I am disappointed. These are before and after pictures of my car. Before leaving he asked me to leave a rating so I did, after he left I went out to look and I was not very impressed. My dashboard was not even wiped down. I reached out hoping to resolve the issue and it has now been an hour with no response. If I had gotten a response there would have been a better outcome. But I am very upset that I spent 140 dollars and did not receive what was supposed to be included in the package.

Terrible experience!! For a $20 wash and having it still dirty is ridiculous. Bugs still on front end, windshield and mirrors. Then the dryers do not work so the vehicle comes out wet and the towel dry seemed like a quick run around still leaving it wet when leaving! This was all after atleast a 10 minute wait for someone to come out and fix the bill machine for it to take the money. If it wasn't for a vehicle pulling in behind me and going up to get someone to come out id be still waiting in line even after calling 3 times also and no answer. Definitely made up my mind on purchasing a monthly pass here!

I love that at Remington I can stop through and just do a quick wash and dry or after that I can park and give my car all the cleaning it needs! The staff is always super friendly and the towels and cleaning supplies are always well stocked. :)

Good customer service. Sometimes, my SUV isn't completely clean when I go through the wash, so I have to come back the next day or ask to go through again. Overall, a good car wash company and it's worth the amount we pay for our membership. Having access to the vacuums are such a plus with having little kids. Glad additional ones were added. Also, the microfiber towels are always clean and stocked. They're nice to have to dry off our vehicle after the wash.

Owner was professional and very kind. Is in the city of battlecreek a little rough area but felt safe in this business even enough to leave the U haul loaded over night (with a lock). Hope to see this place succeed will be getting a car detail next time I come back.

After buying a used vehicle, I took it to Tyler, he took the time to personalize a quote for paint corrections and a ceramic coating at a price all competitors could not match. He was able to schedule around my work schedule and completed the paint corrections and coatings professionally. I was utterly amazed on the finished product. My 2018 Chevrolet pick up looked like it had just driven off the show room floor. I have been back many times for maintenance washes and touch ups. I am very upset with Mission Carwash the last four times I got my SUV washed it’s been terrible for 30.00 a month. I have given second chances to no avail have they done any better. I pointed it out to them and ran it back threw still they didn't try to make it better. I have 3 other family members there paying monthly prices also I wonder if they care if I encourage them to drop their membership along with me.

From the moment I arrived, Zech was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to providing top notch service. He even took the time to bring me towels from inside. The Best body Auto shop in Town! I stopped by Keithley Kustoms a new location today for estimate my vehicle. It got T-bone by the lady about a month ago. And I was also take my son’s car to the old location last year because he got hit by someone at the parking lot. He was also hit my medal shell in my garage. He messed the car’s head. As you know, teenager ‘s driving. The bumper was cover by insurance because someone hit it but the head of the car wasn’t because my son messed it up by himself. Austin tried to help me out and fixed it perfectly and barely charged with all the works he had done. He is so kind and has a good heart.The staffs and him are supper friendly. I would recommend family and friends go there for auto services. And I am sure they will take good care of you all.

Few weeks ago they had a power outage and the car wash don’t work but the owner went above and beyond to make things right. I don’t even ask for what he did for me to make it right but all I have to say is how much that shows about this car wash truck wash and how they take care of there clients. I really appreciate their quick response and how polite they were even though I was not very nice. I was having one of those days and there was no excuse But I will forever use this car wash when I am in Battle Creek Krispy clean car wash in Battle Creek Michigan. Hands-down has a amazing car wash super and the owners definitely make sure of the cleanliness, and if something goes wrong due to a power outage things happen they make sure they go above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of, so I know for sure if I ever had a issue they would take care of it which they did in this instance and I so much appreciate it. They went above and beyond what they needed to do it for people to give their business to a company like this who cares about their clients and does the honest thing you don’t find that a lot in this world today so if you’re looking for a great car wash truck wash , they have manual bays and they have touchless bay That does an amazing job hands-down one of the best touchless car washes I’ve ever been to and I really appreciate the owners doing what they did for me. They weren’t above and beyond.

Absolutely phenomenal. I am so grateful for this carwash. Who ever owns it, please be proud of yourself. I am 100% satisfied. I used almost every function and they were all operating appropriately. I love all the instructions posted around the wash bay to give users the best tips and advice. For giggles I did exactly as it said for what I used and I’m extremely impressed. I have no complaints. I love this wash. I want this wash in my city. I’m from out of town just here on work and we just had a big storm. Truck covered in salt all over. I paid probably $19 when it was all said and done and I’m not complaining. I mean it’s rare to find a nice self service wash that’s operating at 12:30 am. At least for me. I appreciate that you accept duallys even though I just have a 2014 Chevy Silverado. But wow my truck looks as good as the day I bought it used at the dealership. Absolutely spotless. I appreciate that the water was hot. It was 16 degrees out when I washed my truck so it helped tremendously getting all the filth off and not immediately re-freezing in place. If I had anything to say to anyone wanting to stop by, I think it’d be good to know you might want to pay with card first to start the wash and extend with coins. After you use a card it doesn’t seem you could extend with the card. So I had to wait to tap and pay again. And also, as soon as you put in the $2.00 in coins, your clock starts. Even if you’re still putting coins in. Which is ok. I think a heads up would’ve been cool as I casually took my time until I noticed. But overall spectacular carwash. I rarely leave reviews. You guys earned this. Whenever I’m in BC visiting family and need a wash, I’ll be coming here. I appreciate a good self serve as I can be meticulous. 100,000,000/10. You have my thanks.

Today was my husband and I's first time coming to Whitewater Express and we had a great experience! We were pretty undecided about what plan we wanted to choose or if we wanted to just do a single wash and an employee named Shawn/Sean(I'm not sure which is that's the correct spelling, sorry!) came out to assist us. He didn't try to pressure us to pick the most expensive plan or anything. He was just there to help. He was amazing! He set us up with our monthly plan( we chose the ultimate tires Whitewater+ plan for $26.99 a month). He even applied the sticker on our window so when we come back we just drive right up to the gate and the sticker opens the gate. It was really quick and convenient. They even have employees in the entrance of the car wash washing your vehicle. You get a free air freshener when you sign up as well as nice amenities every time you come. The included amenities are: window cleaner, all purpose cleaner, microfiber towels, detail air guns, high power vacuums, and mat cleaners! We highly recommend this car wash!!! Well worth the price!
