Steve and his crew are amazing! I'm a beekeeper and was transporting honey. A jar busted open and honey covered the carpet and back of the seat. Yup, honey! Steve was able to remove the seat and carpet in order to steam clean it. When i got the car back it smelled and looked new. I didn't think it was possible, but I'd say it was as close to a cleaning miracle as you could get. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

We had a good experience working with Doug. I called and left a message, and he called me back later that day; they were able to fit me in within a week ahead of a trip with the family in July. Dropped off around 8:30am and I picked up at about 4:45pm. Overall they did a great job and managed to get some chlorinated pool water stains out of the seats, which are still not noticeable even a week or so later.

They were excellent, but not cheap (worth the money, though). I got their "Premier" package, both inside and out, and they did not take shortcuts (got all the nooks and crannies, and little compartments). My car looked fantastic. Their shuttle service was drama free, on time, and service was polite and professional. The best thing to note is that they were honest- I left some cash in the glove compartment and center console (One of the tests I do to see if I will go back to the place), and sure enough, it was safely put into a cardboard box with all the other stuff. Spare change that got stuck in the seats and under the rugs- all put into the box. Nice.

I brought my father-in-laws car to Doug to clean it up after we borrowed it for an extended period of time. Between kids and a dirt road the car needed some help. Having two yellow labs and not getting a detail since I have gotten the truck, I was a bit embarrassed as to the state of the interior. Taking the truck to Total Detail was a godsend. The gentleman I spoke to when I dropped it off was super polite and put me at ease that they did, in fact, have seen worse. Unsure if he was just saying that to make me feel better. This place was awesome! I dropped my car off at opening (9am) and it was finished at 3:53pm. The car was a WRECK, with toddler crumbs, and dirty seats, and sticky cupholders. When I got the car back it was absolutely SPOTLESS. I was so impressed with the ease of the entire day. PLUS, they texted me once my car was finished so I didn't have to play a guessing game. Also, they didn't use any weird scents, so the car came back spotless and smelled like nothing. My only critiques is that when calling their phone was fuzzy so it was hard to hear. And when paying, they charge an extra 5% if you pay with a card. So make sure you have cash on hand. Otherwise, wonderful experience and I will definitely be back here!

I own a business and use this car wash for my entire fleet of over 15 trucks. The main manager is rude every single time I come , today the wash broke my windshield wiper off. I pulled off to the side upon exit only for the manager to wave his hands at me all rude and tell me to get out of the way. I tried to explain to him about my issue and he said "okay well you still need to move outmost the way!" So I did. Then he ignored me and made his coworker (who is the star employee in my opinion) take care of it after I waited another 10 minutes. The guy is rude and ruins the experience here with out a doubt.

I took a 2010 escape in for an alignment and to look at the power steering issue I had. My power steering went out after replacing the engine cradle and lower control arms. They were able to fix the power steering issue and an alignment for a fair price. I appreciate the price and the honesty. They were very professional and courtesy. Thanks again.

I had to bring my car somewhere in an emergency to fill two flat tires and investigate a misfire, and MSM was the nearest place. They were so quick and friendly about getting my car in and diagnosing the problems! The staff was very accommodating to my situation and respectful of my decision not to pursue repairs, and even advised me on what to do next when looking for new used cars! So while I can’t speak to the quality of repairs, my experience was top notch!

Mini van mom here who vacuums her goldfish ridden car once a week. Vacuums work great and are free from 8-5. I usually try to come early in the day and there are not many cars here which is great. There are always at least 2 guys brushing/rinsing off your car before you go through which is great. The ONLY negative that, I personally don’t care about, is that it might not dry off your car as well as people may like, but drive a little bit fast coming out and you’ll be fine.

I scheduled to have the car polished to remove any factory paint defects but Nick was honest that it did not require it and only charged me appropriately. He was prompt and did a great job with the sealant. Brought out the high gloss shine of the clear coat. Applied a special sealant for the rims as well to increase the gloss. Car is still dirty after going through every single time. Yes, you can go through again for free, but that requires waiting in line again, getting a worker to let you through, and then goingthroughthe wash again. Then the car is still dirty! It's a big waste of time. Attendants pay little attention to cars coming in, put them through too close together. Twice a few years back, the cars ran into each other while I was in there, and they had to shut everything down and get everyone out. The cars weren't damaged, but it wasn't good.

I would prefer them to knock the dirt off both sides of my vehicle & wheel wells. I would never take a nice car though this wash. The dirt still left on vehicle just scrapes down your car. They only spray down one side, other side always left with dirt. I would rather wait in line if I knew they were spraying down both sides of vehicles. The quality of this place has gone down. And if I’m going to pay $15 to get a car wash, I might as well do it myself.

Having recently purchased my new Tesla Model Y and knowing they are notorious for having very soft and easily damaged paint, I knew I wanted to protect it. I got to doing some research and found that paint protection film was going to be wildly expensive and have some draw backs. So eventually I got to talking to Jacob at auto protection detailing and he quickly introduced me to a fairly new product that I knew nothing about. Icon rocklear sounded great from the outset, but unfortunately there’s not much information about it online. But based on Jacob’s excitement about it, and the confidence he had of it I decided to have my car coated. Due to my busy schedule, the guys were able to take care of my install over the weekend which I am very grateful for and boy was it worth it! I picked up my car and it looked absolutely fantastic, though unfortunately it didn’t stay clean that way for long do to rain and dirt roads😂. But now that the rocklear has cured and I can clean it whenever I want it can shine like that day I picked it up! The overall experience with Jacob was great, and he is ever patient with my questions and very responsive. I am well and truly confident that he and the team will take care of me in the future whenever I need. Thank you all so much, and for others thinking about protecting or cleaning your car let these guys do it!

Ypsilanti Michigan location They did a good job on the exterior although they didn’t get all the dried polish off which is no big deal but the interior did not meet my expectations. There were some adhesive marks on the sides of the cargo area they didn’t remove. The rest of the interior was great for what they did but they made no effort to clean the vehicle sides or hydraulic rods when the rear was open. The rubber sealer trim for the entire vehicle wasn’t touched and the small area on the door when it is opened (all 4) and underneath the door pockets on both front doors was dirty. A big plus -they did get all of the dog hair removed! After spending over $200 though, I didn’t expect to spend 45 minutes cleaning the areas they missed. 3 stars because the exterior polish is good. Otherwise 2 stars

I went to Brilliant Car Care this week to get the Glisten Package, to treat myself and Subie for my birthday/got you anniversary. My appointment was at 11:00am and I sat at the coffee shop across the parking lot. My Subie wasn’t ready until 4:30. When I got home, I looked in my back seat and pulled the middle console down, when I did there was pet hair. I was charged for pet hair removal so I called the shop and talked to Victoria. Victoria was very nice and sweet. She said I could bring my Subie back up. Which I did, even though it was an inconvenience and waste of mileage. She did acknowledge that she forgot that area and asked if there was anything else I saw. There was! Coffee going down my driver seat and marks on the cloth above the seats and etc. Victoria took my Subie back and 20 mins later she came back to get me. She gave me a free exclusive hand wash & wax card that she signed and said she was so sorry and if I ever want to come back again, here’s this card. It was a nice gesture. I just went to put my rug covers back in my Subie (had to wait for carpet to dry) and this is what I’ve found. They had my car for almost 5 hours total and they didn’t even detail clean my Subie. I paid $300 for what?! Also, there was whatever the thing in the plastic bag left in my Subaru. I think it may put air and light up..but it’s not mine. I had everything cleaned out of my Subie in preparation for the detailing. **Update** I talked with the GM Frank today, he offered for me to bring my Subaru back up to the shop to get it re-cleaned. That would be the 3rd time I would drive up to the shop to have my Subie clean when it should have been done properly the 1st time. I do not want to spend any more of my time there nor waste anymore gas and mileage. My time is valuable and money is tight. Frank then offered to give me some portion of my money back.. I paid $309 with tip. He said he could send me a check for $209, the person Jason who worked on my Subie needed to be paid for the time he spent on my Subaru. I get it, someone did spend time on my vehicle and of course I don’t want them to go without being paid. I’m just annoyed with how much inconvenience this was. I will adjust my review when I receive the check from Brilliant Car Care.

The worst experience!!! I paid $200 for the Detailed plan and the engine. But after about 5 hours, like a regular plan, the inside and outside had been washed quickly. There was some dirt seen inside and outside and inside the hood. Plus, when I went to pick up the car, instead of being parked in a corner, it was left running in the middle of the street. Overall, I won't bring my car here anymore and don't recommend it to others either. I think it was more worth it if I washed it by myself.

I brought the car in to get cleaned after spilling a shake on the seats. The employees were pleasant. The outside was thoroughly cleaned. But they did a subpar job on the inside of the car. The photos attached are from AFTER they allegedly cleaned the seats and the floor. The sticky mess from the spilled shake is still there. I should have checked the car inside and out before I paid $45 and even left a tip!

HD Automotive Detailing has competitive pricing. Justin did a great job tinting my Scion FRS, but also went above and beyond; I pulled in with a tire that was about to blow, and he loaned me a jack and a wrench so I could install the temporary spare, and even helped me with airing it up. I have a monthly pass and go through almost every day! Best car wash in town (and I’ve been to them all!!) Very friendly staff, good dryers, very nice place with good equipment. They also open early so it’s convenient to go on your way to work in the morning. The monthly pass is awesome because when you pull up, they have a camera that reads the barcode on your windshield and it lifts the gate and you pull right in! Highly recommended!!!

Went through zippy wash this evening, rims and tires still dirty, dirt still in fender wells and along bottom doors. 1 person spraying cars off and rushing them through as quickly as possible. Pretty much if you want the dust rinsed off this is the spot for you, if you want an actual car wash, go elsewhere

Need to update your payment process terminal. It is old and slow. Not taking contactless payment or Apple Pay. No chip reader for credit card. Only old style swipe and take several try to be success . Car wash itself is great.
