The work that was done on my 2024 BMW X3M 40i was excellent. The film was done to a standard that I would expect and I am going to work with the guys to make any minor adjustments. Need some minor adjustments on the rear diffuser and possibly the console. But the overall work was phenomenal. Love the detailing on the outside. It looks like a brand new, new car if you know what I mean. The inside came out wonderful as well. The only suggestion would be to avoid overspray and be wary of untreated areas. Overall excellent service! I'm a customer!

Had OCD detail a neglected 2003 Harley Davidson wide glide with A-LOT of neglected chrome. Bike was sitting for 3 years in a garage. Guys there took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted done. I was more concerned with quality over speed. Job still was done within a couple weeks. Given updates and was called before any additional work was done when possibly exceeding or getting very close to the agreed upon price with an explanation as to why. Very professional and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I have had some horrible experiences with detail shops in the past. Absolutely no issues at OCD. Very pleased with the entire experience. Will be using them again!! Already scheduled my truck.

Justin did a fantastic job on my car. He did a two step paint correction, and ceramic coating. He also detailed the inside fully. It came out spectacular. His prices was 1/4 of where I usually take my cars, but with no exception to quality. I would highly recommend Juston/Diamond for your detail needs, no matter how fussy you are. (I’m pretty fussy). He can handle it all, with a smile.

Justin did an amazing job on my 2020 Mercedes! It looked like it had just come out of the showroom!! Very very reasonably priced, and Justin is super easy to work with. He gave me a loaner car so that I wasn’t stranded without transportation while he worked on my car. He even changed out my remote car starter battery because it was low!! Highly highly recommend.!!! I definitely will be going back!

Self serve machine took my bills, did NOT activate and there is no way to get anything done about it. There is no staff on the property, and their phone number is out of service. This was the wash that i preferred to go to because it had good pressure, decent soaps and had more than enough room to do an adequate job, but considering it seems to just take your money and not let you wash your car i will no longer be coming here unless something gets done about this issue. I dont have enough money to be donating to a car wash and not being able to wash my car still, but im sure the owner does since they dont have to pay for anyone using it and can continue to collect funds from this location.

I stopped here for a much needed self-serve car wash after a long drive to visit some friends in the area. The fact that this location offers a self-serve wash option (2 bays) is really the key reason why I came here instead of visiting other car washes in the area. The wash bays were well lit, the control panel worked well, instructions were clearly posted, and no issues to report. The water pressure was more than adequate to thoroughly wash my car. A five-dollar bill gives you five minutes of wash time, although another minute or two really would have been useful. Other than that, no issues to report and I recommend the self-serve service here.

Car wash is great, and I do appreciate some of the workers who do work hard at there jobs making sure each customers gets a clean car wash. But however there are some employees from both locations (West Springfield &Springfield) that are constantly on there phones and they hardly pay attention to customers that come through the car wash. Especially when I go through the starting point of getting my car sprayed down by the employee. Some of the employees don’t put much effort in spraying down each cars that come through. But other than that. I have nothing bad to say about the wash itself. It’s very good. So thank you. And sorry for the 3 stars. It’s only because of some employees that I mentioned about being on there phones and not putting much effort in spraying there cars or paying attention to them

This place is top notch! Clean and does a great job. Wanted to mention I lived in Wmass through Covid in 2020-21 and this place washed the cars of first responder and front line workers like myself for free during that period. That was a class act. WOW!!! Where do I begin?? John is Terrific to work with! He's very personable and professional, Excellent Communication. My car looks and smells better than the day I picked it up from the Dealership! This car is a second home to a busy mom with a Two Year-Old. It is the primary car used for kayaking and beach trips. It's had countless loads for the garden and barn too. I've never been able to clean it to my liking on my own. It looks absolutely Brand New! Not only did John detail the inside and outside, but he also did the Engine!!! It absolutely Looks Brand New!!! Excellent value for the amount of work completed. We will definitely be sending all our family and friends. I Couldn't be Any Happier! Thank You John!

Absolutely the best detail shop in the area bar none. Paul and his crew are true professionals who know their business and go the extra mile for complete customer service. I have used Pro & Local for three years now and have always been both satisfied and impressed with their results. I had my 2019 Mini Cooper detailed first this year and then I also had my 21 year old F150 detailed by Paul and the crew. Both turned out awesome! Particularly the shine and luster of my 21 year old paint on the truck came back with a great shine and the interior was professionally shampooed and cleaned perfectly. There is not another detail shop within 50 miles that I would give my business to other than Pro & Local, Paul Lasco and his crew. You will not be disappointed in what they provide for the cost.

Outstanding service from ASC! In May, 2024 I asked them to find a specific truck. They found it and gave me a very fair price. They then handled the paperwork very quickly and I was on the road happy with the entire process. TAG, excellent find! I booked an 8 hour detail for a 2013 Infinity JX35 with years of kids riding in it. We keep it clean but this service restored this car to better than showroom quality. I cannot recommend TAG enough. Spectacular service.

Wonderful auto service. When I first had my car repaired here, I noticed the friendly atmosphere. I saw father and son. I saw a family business that most likely has been operating for many years. and this inspires respect and trust. Everything about the car repair was clear and precise; all services were outlined down to the smallest detail. prices are reasonable. I am very impressed. Used Hillside Auto Body last about 30 years ago. (Thankfully no need since then.) Worked with the Carl’s father George then. We went back because we had a wonderful experience. Work was done with top materials and care. They worked well with us and with our insurance. So this time, when a texting senior bashed into my car in a parking lot (please do not text and drive!) causing over $3,000 worth of damage, I knew right where to go! Carl was great! His work is so well done. Hillside Auto has been wonderful for a long time. Repairs are done as quickly as insurance company’s process allowed. Minimal inconvenience to me. And the car is as good as new! Highly recommend.

Was pleasantly surprised with the customer service here. Came for a quick wash after a road trip hitting a bunch of bugs. There were two men whole sprayed the car down and scrubbed the bugs in the front off with a scrub brush. I was not expecting that attention to detail. They were very nice as well. Was satisfied with the wash. They offer free vacuums. They have a membership option or you can purchase just one wash.
