Advanced Coatings & Detailing is by far the best detailing result I've had in 25 years of having my vehicles detailed. I was loyal to a shop for 15+ years that recently retired so I was in need of finding a new detailer. I found ACD and reached out to get more information about their services and in particular ceramic coating. The team is incredibly responsive, up front about timelines and cost, and employ a low pressure sales approach. We agreed on a package and a date. As the date approached they proactively reached out to reconfirm which is always appreciated. Once they had the vehicle, there was constant updates on progress as ceramic coating takes several days. They even picked up and delivered my car which is above and beyond. My car is a 2020 and after the paint correction and ceramic coating, it's like new. I had the coating done in May 2024 and I'm writing this review in August. I couldn't be happier with the result of having the car coated. Hand washing is a breeze and I never have to wax it. Water beads off like a fresh coat of wax was just applied and the car has that fresh off the floor shine. Amazing! Ceramic coating is an investment but if you want your car to look like new, it's 100% worth it. ACD has a customer for life and any new car I buy will be sent to them for coating. Roger is amazing!!!! This was the second time I booked the Deluxe Premium interior and exterior detailing for my Toyota Sienna with him (considered an XL SUV at $350). Worth every penny!!!! Roger is easy to coordinate with, is an utmost professional, very thorough and he's nice and cordial too. He's timely and works with your schedule. You can tell that he really cares about the work he does and about your vehicle and treats it with respect and care. In addition to the exterior wash, he even shined my headlights which were pretty old and yellow and they looked like new!!! It was as if I had new headlights put in, very impressive. This was a major improvement since the last time I went to Roger. He let me know he's always constantly trying to improve his processes and what he can do for his clients to make them happy, and it shows!!! For the interior, Roger and his team do the following: Vacuum & shampoo/steam carpet, floor mats & upholstery, clean & condition leather/vinyl, detail dashboard, detail door trims, clean headliner, clean door jambs & clean windows. Honestly, it felt like a new car!!!! I'm always super pleased each time I get my van back from Roger. It feels so great and clean that I stay buzzing for weeks. Take your vehicle to Roger if you need a detail!! He's the best in the business :)

What a great experience! I was selling my car and it needed a complete bumper to bumper, inside and out detailing job. They cleaned and polished every inch of the car, buffed out marks in the paint, and even removed the haze from the headlight lenses. I had a car that was kept outside for 9 years so lots of accumulated dirt embedded everywhere inside and out. He was really thorough and the car looked like new. He loves cars and cares very much about the quality of work. I also appreciated that he was flexible in doing some minor paint work that other detailers would not. Even though it took him an extra hour or two, he was willing to stick with his original estimate. I did give him more as the car looked new. Quite amazing!

Purchased their top package at $280 and would have expected the result to be somewhat premium, or at least fully complete. The car is covered in spots and bug stains, interior work was okish though still not fully clean, wheels look nice. Wouldn't return however and regret tipping the staff.

This place is phenomenal. They’ve detailed two cars for me, one bigger than the last, and all around the experience was seamless. Josh and Clayton have done amazing work both times. They do a *meticulous* job, they are transparent and fair about pricing, and I will absolutely be going back and recommending them to everyone whose car used to look as horrible as mine (toddler + giant dog = disaster zone). All in all a nice carwash actually very large and lots of options for sure. I paid for windows vacuuming and a wash total $75. My only complaint and why I did give a 5 star review was because the back seat never got vacuumed. Other than that I would come back again when I need another full detail.

Never never bring your car here. I had brought my car in the other day and when I was backing out the self service touchless car wash to dry my car the whole bottom peice of my car came out and when I tired to Address it to the worker he laughed in my face and told me it wouldn’t be possible that happened there.also got told I was going to receive a call and never got one it’s been 4 days. This situation needs to be fixed before I get my lawyer involved and sue, also Workers that work there are very unprofessional!!!!

There is no toilet belonging to this business. That's why. A toilet is a must because a business has a toilet. The place is for people. Sometimes there is an emergency. It doesn't matter if it's a woman or a man. I think they should definitely have a toilet. This is a shortcoming of this place. The toilet staff is very friendly and smiling. I always pay attention when you come. They are always smiling. I thank them. But as I said, the management must have a toilet here. There are also the floor mats of our car. We need to wash them. It would be easier for us if they also create a place to wash the very dirty floor mats.

I will post a picture of the text I just sent my friend to share my review of how my car looks (incredible). Steve is responsive, kind, communicative. Picks up or calls or texts you right back. Straight forward. Honest. He was able to take my car same day which was really helpful. I was close enough for a long walk, but today was bitterly cold and Steve had time to drive me to my hotel and pick me up. He's a genuinely nice person who does an exceptional job. This was my first time using Arlington Detail. I got the standard package. I had a scrape on my front bumper which has been there for a couple years, one body shop offered to fix it for me and charge thousands of dollars to take the car apart, which is what I thought was required so I'd just been living with it looking bad. Steve buffed it out and I can't tell it was ever there. I'm a very detail oriented and picky person and rarely write reviews.

The photos don't do it justice. Tommy is an absolute pro...can't say enough good things about him and his work. He quickly fit me in for an interior detailing when I was in a pinch. Extremely consultative and took the time to do a detailed intake inspection and explanation of his approach to resolving the issues I was having. At pickup, Tommy walked me through exactly what he did why his methodology is so effective. I don't think my car has ever been so clean, even when it was brand new. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The car wash didn't even get the dirt off my car. I will say that they have great vacuums and the slef wash stations are nice. But 7$ for 4 mins is a little crazy.

I’m accustomed to an indoor self bay, high quality wash, solid customer service and a good amount of space to maneuver through. Unfortunately there’s none of that here (with exception of the lack of an indoor self bay because this is generally rare) - Customer service is terrible. I left as soon as the employee occupying up the 1 open self bay decided to ignore me for five minutes as I tried to ask a question. Disappointing scene for this area if this is the only car wash. Thankfully I do not reside in the area so will not be back anyways 👍🏽 and to think I was actually pumped to wash my vehicle here today 🤷🏽‍♂️

I'll be spending the weekend driving grown-ups around in our family SUV and... Kids are gross. So I wanted a to get rid of the dirt, crumbs,and old food littering the back seats and floor. The cheapest service they offer is a "quick inside/outside" with a vacuuming, interior wipe down and exterior cleaning. The price was more than reasonable, even with the extra charge for needing extra vacuuming. Honestly, their quick clean is close to what many places call detailing. Fast and convenient and we'll absolutely be back.

I have a 2005 Explorer Sport Trac and plan on keeping it for a while. I got some body work done but needed to have it ceramic coated. I brought it to The Detail Shop and Manny worked his magic on it. It looks better than brand new. The wheels needed a refresh and he was able to get that done as well. I needed the truck for a trip I was making and he was able to get it done very quickly. I’m very happy with my Glow experience. Someone threw up in my car and even though we tried to clean it ourselves, we couldn’t. I found Glow by opening a Yelp! project for an interior detail job. Juan contacted me immediately and I was able to get same-day service Alejandro , the detailed, was on time and very friendly. Super professional and did a gorgeous time! I hired viper for a deluxe interior detail and they did not disappoint, my car is spotless I now take my shoes off getting in! They do the whole job right in your driveway and all they needed was a hose and my keys. I have a deep dark oil stain from a tire on the leather of my backseat. While I knew they wouldn’t be able to remove it I will say it’s lighter. Will def refer and have them back again (but hopefully I can keep it clean after their hard work for a bit!!!).
