Had both our cars detailed here. One of them smelled terribly of gasoline because of a recent spillage and the other had heavy pet wear and tear as I drive my 3 dogs around in it. They did a brilliant and very meticulous job with both interiors, so they now look and smell brand new. For the level of service, this is excellent value.

Before we get started all statements in this review are 100% fact. Took my Brand new 2023 GMC Arcadia AT4 in for a partial protective wrap. Vehicle was delivered to me with dozens of bubbles, and other spots that were lifting. The wrap on the hood did not line up with the wrap on the fender. When I questioned Jeff about it he first said it should settle in a couple weeks and bubbles should disappear. Then he switched strategies and said he felt rushed but never did I say I needed the vehicle back in one day and he never implied he would need additional time. He then blamed it on the kit he used. He agreed to give me my money back in the end game but now I am stuck with a mess that I have to pay someone to remove and do over. He said he would remove it but at that point he was not touching this truck again. I did business with him based on his reviews but I wonder how a business who had such excellent reviews would let this mess leave his shop. I am not writing this to hurt his business or for revenge but to protect others that may do business with him based on 30+ reviews that could have been written by friends or friends of friends. Look at the attached pics and decide for yourself. This work is not excellent work or even entry level and I say that as a person who has had wraps and other cosmetic work that is miles above this person's quality. Just in case there are any questions regarding authenticity of this post I have included a paid receipt. 2/19/24 Response to owners response... Here's the facts you decided...Owner never mentioned once that it would be a multi day project until he realized he messed it up. I had had other front end wraps that were completed in 5-7 hours. When my wife and I went to picked it up his quote was and I quote "you are paying for protection not perfection" . We did refuse to let him do it over, because this is a $52K car and not a test piece. He did refund the money without an argument and offered to take the film off but never said it was a company policy, and there was no way we were letting him put one more finger on this car. Why would he have a company policy that requires removal of the film if he has not had to do that in the past? Bottom line if you read his reviews almost all speak of the ceramic coating and not wraps. The pictures speak for themselves he let it leave his shop in this conditions and fully refunded my money because he knew it was a poor job. LOOK AT THE PICTURES!

Probably one of the worst car washes in the area. Doesn't matter what wash you purchase, my vehicles always polished and waxed. I go there because it's a little bit dirty and it comes out a little less dirty but leaves a film all over the entire vehicle.

The change machine give me a penny and not a quarter then ate one of my dollars and the foam sprayer was leaking so it didn't really foam the vehicle at all. I like the option that are dry it but I would have probably spent $20 just trying to air-dry it. It didn't really blow a lot of pressure because the handheld piece was broken

This place is awesome! My car was super smelly and had a ton of dog hair (never got it detailed before so it was pretty bad) and after they were done it really looked like a brand new car! I was completely shocked. When I got the car back I literally just sat in it for 5 minutes because I couldn’t believe my eyes with how clean everything was and how good the car smelled. My trunk was never so clean. Very reasonably priced too! Will always come back

Tyler did an amazing job detailing the exterior of my BMW X7 M5Oi! I went to get a fresh polish and wax for the fall and winter and he knocked it out of the park!! He's also just great to deal with as a business owner. Personable and he communicates well. That was key for me since that can be pretty hard to come by nowadays. We made an appointment to have my wife's new car detailed here a few weeks ago. They work was okay (still streaks and some of the door panels were not dusted/cleaned out. What's more concerning is now we are noticing scratches in the digital display panel from what was clearly a dirty towel with sand or other grit in it. You can see it when the sun shines on the panel and it is now pretty noticeable. Up until bringing it to LJs, we had only used a Swiffer duster to remove dust from the display. Would not recommend their service for a newer car or a car that has been very well maintained.

Purchased the Top Notch Bundle for my FK8 Type R. For what they make the bundle out to be, and the "100% satisfaction guaranteed" that they proclaim, I was rather disappointed. Initially before ponding the car off back to me, they asked if they could post the car on social media which I was perfectly fine with. Upon doing so, I peeked out the window to see that they were still doing more touch ups to the vehicle to make it stand out more for their SM. This made me think that they weren't ready with the car or didnt do as best of a job as they could've before initially giving it back to me, and it showed mostly on the wheels. They spent more time making the wheels on the left side look better for they're camera angle and when I checked the right side it was a little more sloppier. They also did not touch the glovebox at all and I even took everything out at first so they could clean it easier. I assume they didn't want to go through it to deal with any troubles but had they at least asked instead of not touching it at all would've made me feel in better hands. Posted a few pictures below of the glovebox and wheels. They really didn't that bad of a job inside and outside on all other aspects, but it wasn't as much of a WOW factor as compared to the last time I got it detailed elsewhere.

Used to be my favorite place until today. Employees cleaned the interior of the car in front of me so I sat there for 10-15 minutes waiting. My car has a ceramic finish and is not supposed to have any wax. Their new pricing only includes it. Odd hours now To bad the car was does a great job

Went to use the self service option today. Found two quarters on top of the machine! “All right!” I said to myself thinking I was already winning before even starting. But little did I know... The foam brush didn’t work, so I had to spray it with the soap from the wand then scrub with the brush (adding more quarters due to the lengthy process). Finally, went to rinse it off using the wand and only soap continued to come out; same thing no matter what setting it was on. Decided to talk to the employee in the shop to tell him what was going on and ask if the other self service was working properly so I could rinse my car off, but he was quick to want to go back inside to sit on the couch and only give me more time to continue using the soap rinse. A nice gesture but didn’t resolve the issue I kept trying to tell him about. Decided to just leave and come home to use the hose and rinse it off. Not worth the trouble. Save yourself the trouble as well.

Extremely satisfied. Tom takes pride in his work and it shows. I had my black ram 1500 detailed and it came out looking brand new. I feel mixed about this car wash. It's on a busy highway with one entrance/exit. More staff available than last owner. It seems the wash is shorter than last one. There are plenty of vacuum spaces and offer change machines. They have both do it yourself beds and mechanized. What I have trouble with is no timing at the drying section as you drive your car thru it at the end. Be careful pulling out onto rte.44, it has always been a fast highway.

Definitely 5 star service. The phone was answered promptly and politely. We were able to get an appointment in the same day. The place was clean and welcoming. The staff were nice and knowledgeable. Brought my wife’s RS6 in for some severe paint damage to hood and other areas from someone else’s attempt at buffing. I thought it would need to be painted. After talking over with Dave we decided on full paint correction with wet sanding and final ceramic coating. I cannot recommend this place enough. For the discussed price I had anticipated just the exterior paint correction. They went above and beyond. Full interior detail with shampooing carpets. Trunk and engine bay as well. Car looks new and it’s twenty years old and has 165k on it.

MD Detailing is Incredible!!! My husband and kids booked a full detailing inside and out for Mother’s Day. Now my car, I’m embarrassed to say was a product of two kids, road trips, sports etc..it was a mess. There was a bad stain where the car seat was and splatter on my ceiling and they were able to get both out. I was truly impressed I have a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe and it looks brand new.
