I am not sure what type of product/buffing technique they use but it has ruined the vinyl coverings on my car. As seen in the images. The car did look amazing when I picked it up, but this is not worth it for me and I will not be recommending them to my friends.

The photos don't do it justice. Tommy is an absolute pro...can't say enough good things about him and his work. He quickly fit me in for an interior detailing when I was in a pinch. Extremely consultative and took the time to do a detailed intake inspection and explanation of his approach to resolving the issues I was having. At pickup, Tommy walked me through exactly what he did why his methodology is so effective. I don't think my car has ever been so clean, even when it was brand new. Super professional and did a gorgeous time! I hired viper for a deluxe interior detail and they did not disappoint, my car is spotless I now take my shoes off getting in! They do the whole job right in your driveway and all they needed was a hose and my keys. I have a deep dark oil stain from a tire on the leather of my backseat. While I knew they wouldn’t be able to remove it I will say it’s lighter. Will def refer and have them back again (but hopefully I can keep it clean after their hard work for a bit!!!).

I really appreciate that this self-serve, no touch car wash has an attendant. The pressure is good for removing bird poo and grease from your car. The vacuums work well too. There’s also a vending machine with cleaning supplies. They take credit cards.

This place is horribly maintained with the equipment falling apart and breaking. The rinser and the dryer are located on the same side of the wall and often tangle up each other..good luck trying to dry off the other side of your car when your trying to untangle it for the 4 out of the 5 minutes you have from the system. The floors are dirty and don’t drain properly so it’s based on luck if the previous user did a good job cleaning up. Cash only exchange for their currency. They have a credit card reader but who knows how long it’s been down. Edit: Don’t be upset that this is a real review and that someone finally gave in and left a real review. I’ve been using this using this for a year and half but yet you have an attendant 9-5 that fails to do basic maintenance checks of the equipment offered at this site? I’ll do you a favor and tell you that these problems occur on stalls 1, 3 and 4. As for the faded out credit card swiper. Really? It’s faded out of all the buttons but still works? And still expect people to attempt to use it? Nobody walks toward that dispenser. Everyone carries cash to intentionally avoid it. Thanks for the advice I will look for another location.

Hey, I've been a member here for nine months. And I'm an uber driver. The cleanliness of my car is more important to me than anything else. I come here and I can clean my car with the care I want every day without anyone interfering with me. You know in other washes, they usually kick you out after 15 minutes. But the staff here is very nice and understanding. If we continue to respect their work, they will always respect us. I am very happy to be here, they don't need to do anything more to improve themselves, the facility already offers all the facilities. My gratitude to the staff again sunuyorum🙏🏻

I have a 2005 Explorer Sport Trac and plan on keeping it for a while. I got some body work done but needed to have it ceramic coated. I brought it to The Detail Shop and Manny worked his magic on it. It looks better than brand new. The wheels needed a refresh and he was able to get that done as well. I needed the truck for a trip I was making and he was able to get it done very quickly. I will always remain a customer.

Manny told to me "your car will look like new." He was not lying! They did a great job. I did think it was a bit expensive - BUT you get what you pay for and you get value for money. I will definitely come back. If your car interior is a wreck, go here and get it looking new again.

Vinny and the lords detailing team did not disappoint! My vehicle had been garaged for a few months (had developed mold) and it returned looking like a brand new (with the mold issue completely resolved). Vinny took the time to explain why the issue most likely occurred and how to maintain going forward. The communication, timeliness of service and results were excellent. I will post a picture of the text I just sent my friend to share my review of how my car looks (incredible). Steve is responsive, kind, communicative. Picks up or calls or texts you right back. Straight forward. Honest. He was able to take my car same day which was really helpful. I was close enough for a long walk, but today was bitterly cold and Steve had time to drive me to my hotel and pick me up. He's a genuinely nice person who does an exceptional job. This was my first time using Arlington Detail. I got the standard package. I had a scrape on my front bumper which has been there for a couple years, one body shop offered to fix it for me and charge thousands of dollars to take the car apart, which is what I thought was required so I'd just been living with it looking bad. Steve buffed it out and I can't tell it was ever there. I'm a very detail oriented and picky person and rarely write reviews.

Purchased their top package at $280 and would have expected the result to be somewhat premium, or at least fully complete. The car is covered in spots and bug stains, interior work was okish though still not fully clean, wheels look nice. Wouldn't return however and regret tipping the staff.

Roger is amazing!!!! This was the second time I booked the Deluxe Premium interior and exterior detailing for my Toyota Sienna with him (considered an XL SUV at $350). Worth every penny!!!! Roger is easy to coordinate with, is an utmost professional, very thorough and he's nice and cordial too. He's timely and works with your schedule. You can tell that he really cares about the work he does and about your vehicle and treats it with respect and care. In addition to the exterior wash, he even shined my headlights which were pretty old and yellow and they looked like new!!! It was as if I had new headlights put in, very impressive. This was a major improvement since the last time I went to Roger. He let me know he's always constantly trying to improve his processes and what he can do for his clients to make them happy, and it shows!!! For the interior, Roger and his team do the following: Vacuum & shampoo/steam carpet, floor mats & upholstery, clean & condition leather/vinyl, detail dashboard, detail door trims, clean headliner, clean door jambs & clean windows. Honestly, it felt like a new car!!!! I'm always super pleased each time I get my van back from Roger. It feels so great and clean that I stay buzzing for weeks. Take your vehicle to Roger if you need a detail!! He's the best in the business :)

Get what you pay for I suppose. I got the mini detail since my car was not overly dirty but could still use a bit of TLC all over. I was really hoping to get the windows cleaned, they had hazed up and it's a chore I don't enjoy. Additionally I have varying success with removing streaks so I figured take it to some place that would theoretically deal with it better than I would. The photo attached shows one of the side windows. While the front window was better and was improved from its initial state the side windows were left in an underwhelming state and the rear window wasn't touched at all. I know this because I tested cleaning the rear window in one particular spot and was still able to clearly see the outline of that spot against the rest of the window that I had not yet cleaned. For someone with a generally cluttered or messy car I could see it being a good option. I did notice an improvement in the interior upholstery and trim. I would not go here again given the choice but it's better than nothing.

Brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry to get a full interior detailing by them. They did an excellent job. I just bought it and it was extremely dirty. I was very surprised it turned out as good as it did. I was very impressed and will be taking my vehicle to Riverside in the future. At the end of the day, trusting someone to take care of your vehicle can be a big commitment. The staff here were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to make sure my car came back looking incredible. Details: I opted for their exterior detail and clay bar services which were very competitively priced. They went so far as to lightly vacuum the interior which was unexpected and appreciated. The included picture was a result of their hard work applied to a vehicle that doesn't enjoy covered parking and hasn't been properly washed or waxed in over a year.

I found JF Detailing online and they showed up at my work and spent 4 hours deep cleaning my truck which needed a good cleaning. I had it detailed to sell it to my brother and when it was done I literally didn't want to sell it!? It was a 2002 Sport Trac and he made it look brand new! They really worked very hard in detailing the interior and the exterior and I was very pleased with the work and the time spent on the vehicle. if you want a real car detailing done, John and his team really do a great job! I'm only going to use them in the future as he has all the right tools for the job and shows up in a van with everything he needs. John was pleasant to work with and I highly recommend them. At first I thought it was a little pricey to get it detailed but when you see the amount of work two people did over 4 hours and results, you will understand why. Bravo John and Team!

Bradford auto wax made my 10 year old beach going, hiker lover, dog owner Jeep Wrangler look like new. This place is awesome! My car was super smelly and had a ton of dog hair (never got it detailed before so it was pretty bad) and after they were done it really looked like a brand new car! I was completely shocked. When I got the car back I literally just sat in it for 5 minutes because I couldn’t believe my eyes with how clean everything was and how good the car smelled. My trunk was never so clean. Very reasonably priced too! Will always come back
