Brian just had my '06 Toyota 4Runner and it looks and smells fantastic. Three years of dogs and neglecting to cover my interior consistently created quite the mess - and smell. One session with Salem Auto Salon and not only does my truck smell and look better, but seems to have new life now. I hired Sandlot Detailing to clean the interior of my car and Kyle did a fantastic job. My car was super dirty, including stained beige upholstery. Now the interior looks brand new! Been going for long time, never had any major issues. Car wash cleans pretty well. One issue I have with touch free wash is the dryers. Doesnt dry well even if u go through very slow. Would've been better if they moved around the car or there were more dryers. Also, I would like to see a monthly payment option for the touch free wash. Whether separate or included in current option would be good.

I never ever write reviews. So consider this your sign to STOP reading them and just book with AJs right now. You won’t regret it. I can’t begin to explain how PHENOMENAL our mini van looks after AJ finished his magic today. I only wish I had taken “before” pictures. We are parents of three kids (7, 4, and 2), and we have a 100-pound dog, and a cat. And this van has been on dozens of beach trips, muddy puddle jumping trips, vet visits, and endless road trip meals which means yogurt spills, honey dribbles, fresh fries in every crevice, you name it. It was disgusting. Not to mention normal wear and tear and the leather and control panels starting to look worn and dull. And let me tell you, we just picked up our van and it looks just as good - if not better - than the day we bought it. We were shocked. Additionally, AJ was quick to answer, accommodating of my schedule, kind and upbeat, easy going and understanding. When we picked it up, we also met his coworker who made us smile and was a total pro. I’ll never use anyone but AJs from here on out.

I just got my c300 detailed by Tony. This guy is an OG. Attention to detail is superb, carpets smell wonderful, mats are shiny not slippery. The interior all the way around looks brand new. I went to their New Salem location and I find it absolutely wonderful! From start to finish they took care of my car in such fine detail that I couldn't even find a spot of lint to complain about. These guys are great! This was my first experience getting XPEL PPF but it will not be my last! I drove my new Eray from the dealership directly to Automotive Elegance. Winter weather was rolling in, but made it there while the roads were still clear. Kevin Patel walked me through the entire process. Chris did an excellent job helping remove scratches i had on my car. most significantly were on the hood of my car from trying to remove tree sap and now my car looks beautiful. the scratches are no longer an eye sore and is looking fabulous all buffed out. the interior detail work was amazing and a great surprise! best of all the communication from start to finish was excellent and the quality was delivered in unbelievable timing, dropped off and picked up the same day! thank you for fixing my car ! I went there today, and my tires looked the same as before I went to the car wash. I always had a good experience here, but today I didn't get out to dry my car, so I didn't notice until I got home. I'm not sure if I can come there and have my car rewashed at no charge. Please let me know. I never leave reviews like this. Ps. The man who greeted me was very nice, though.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I’ve been washing here for the last 6 years. Free vacuum, then 8 dollars was 20 minutes self wash. Now $1.25 a minute so 10 bucks is 8 minutes insane price jump.

The prices for the self-wash bays are newly ridiculous. In addition to that, the machines take too much time to fully swap between soaps, etc. and it eats up your time. I don't think I'll be washing my car there any longer.

I had an amazing experience with Mario. He takes his craft seriously and aims to please customers. My car was damaged in an accident (hood positioning, front bumper, driver side fender, headlights, wiring, plastics) so there was a great deal of work to be done to get the car back on the road. Mario came to my location, gave me advice about part recommendations, and ultimately was a great professional throughout the process. He is very intentional and pays attention to detail to provide the best possible experience. I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s car rental services on Turo. When I arrived at the pickup location via Uber from the airport, Toni, the host, canceled my reservation. Despite providing all requested documents promptly in our chat, he said they needed to be submitted elsewhere in the Turo’s app. When I asked for his guidance since I had never done that before, he refused abruptly and canceled the reservation harshly. He also claimed he was watching me from a distance, which felt unsettling and unhelpful, as he could have come to assist me in person. Stranded at the pickup location, my first time in Boston, I had no choice but to take another Uber and return to the airport to find another rental. To make matters worse, he only issued a partial refund despite the cancellation and never replied to my refund follow up request.

Hi I am a vip member and I love the Peabody location. I am a disabled veteran and today I was try to put some seat covers on my seats before I got a car wash. I was having difficulty installing them and out of nowhere Tony came over and started helping me put them on. Without Tony I would've never been able to put those seat covers on. Every time I come in there Tony is always outgoing and he is always working whether its sweeping the parking lot. Just like he was doing when I was having a hard time putting my seat covers on because of my disability. I just want you to know how much I appreciate coming to the Peabody location when employees like Tony goes out of his way to help me , which he did not have to do. It's people like Tony who make me want to come to just this location and I already tell people about this location and the vip membership, but I will tell everyone that I know how Tony went out of his way, also above and beyond to help a disabled veteran and I do not think he even knows I am a disabled veteran. It just seems like Tony is that kind of person, he has such a great personality, we talked and had a few laughs while he helped me install them. He made my day ! Thank you Tony, that means the world to me and that is something I will never forget . Semper Fi 🇺🇸 (The seat cover will look like it's supposed to once I sit on it a few times)

Called to ask some questions about monthly membership service but there was no answer. I drove to the location, pulled up to the service area the agent at the gate was engaged in a conversation with the driver in another vehicle who didn’t seem to be there for service. This agent rudely asked me to proceed to the next lane which had no agent for payment for non members. I had questions before proceeding but he looked at me and rudely said “are you good bro?” Excellent customer service. He answered all my questions. Definitely not coming back here.

I thought I ruined my car paint by trying to take out scratches with Meguiar's Quik Scratch product. Not only it did not work, but it also left white marks and swirls on my almost brand new car. I brought them my Cadillac Escalade for cleaning. When I picked up the vehicle my Fastlane transponder was missing. I then brought them my Mako center console boat for wrapping. After less than 30 days in the water, the wrap fell off the boat. They refuse to guarantee the wrap. When the wrap fell off it revealed that they sanded all the paint off the boat before attaching the wrap. Shady place! I just sued them. Go to a reputable place.
