I’m very happy with my Glow experience. Someone threw up in my car and even though we tried to clean it ourselves, we couldn’t. I found Glow by opening a Yelp! project for an interior detail job. Juan contacted me immediately and I was able to get same-day service Alejandro , the detailed, was on time and very friendly. I thought I ruined my car paint by trying to take out scratches with Meguiar's Quik Scratch product. Not only it did not work, but it also left white marks and swirls on my almost brand new car. Luckily I found Hector at Luxury Car Spa and he fixed it all up and even removed some of the scratches. Definitely will be bringing my car here from now on!

I brought them my Cadillac Escalade for cleaning. When I picked up the vehicle my Fastlane transponder was missing. I then brought them my Mako center console boat for wrapping. After less than 30 days in the water, the wrap fell off the boat. They refuse to guarantee the wrap. When the wrap fell off it revealed that they sanded all the paint off the boat before attaching the wrap. Shady place! I just sued them. Go to a reputable place.

Dan was great to work with. Very flexible with his schedule and good at communicating. He’s very upfront with his prices and work scope. Both the interior and exterior detail he put in to my 15 year old truck were incredible. The leather inside looked like new and the paint hasn’t looked this good in years. Just had all 3 of my vehicles detailed by Dan at Diamond Quality Detailing . Let me start off by saying WOW!! Dan really takes pride in taking care of his customers & their vehicles. He offers pick up & drop off for a small normal fee . His prices can NOT be beat for the work he produces , he offers all sorts of detailing packages but most are priced off the condition of the vehicle which I think is normal. He takes the time to explain what services he will be performing on your car and definitely delivers on what he says! Also i was very pleased when Dan told me there was certain things he could not do and did not lie to just get my business . The photos don't do it justice. Tommy is an absolute pro...can't say enough good things about him and his work. He quickly fit me in for an interior detailing when I was in a pinch. Extremely consultative and took the time to do a detailed intake inspection and explanation of his approach to resolving the issues I was having. At pickup, Tommy walked me through exactly what he did why his methodology is so effective. I don't think my car has ever been so clean, even when it was brand new. Vinny and the lords detailing team did not disappoint! My vehicle had been garaged for a few months (had developed mold) and it returned looking like a brand new (with the mold issue completely resolved). Vinny took the time to explain why the issue most likely occurred and how to maintain going forward. The communication, timeliness of service and results were excellent. Will surely be returning with our other vehicle for a detail!

They were able to fit me in same day, were very communicative about when my car would be ready, and my car looks brand new! Location is a little hard to find - just keep driving around the back of the limo place till you see a white tent. I will be back the next time my car needs a detail!

Great washes and the staff is very nice. Billy and the team have been extremely friendly and I look forward to seeing them every few days when I get my wash. This is by far the best car wash I’ve been too. You can tell that the owner put a lot of thought and made this car wash one of a kind. I hate car washes because of the brushes they use inside but this one it’s rubber which in my opinion is SO much better and it doesn’t damage your car. Everyone who works here is also really nice and helpful when asking questions.

Pretty happy with my wash! I did a Touchless Works Wash and it blasted off the salt very well with a thorough water spray and dryer pattern. I wish the machine and door dripped less water on the car as you exited and there were dryers as you exited, but otherwise the car is cleaner than what most of the washes in the area would do thanks to its new equipment. If I was in the area more often and the Works Plan was around $50, I'd consider doing a Fast Pass with them. I personally feel their prices are higher than average but on the flip side, their equipment is better maintained than the average.

I have a 2005 Explorer Sport Trac and plan on keeping it for a while. I got some body work done but needed to have it ceramic coated. I brought it to The Detail Shop and Manny worked his magic on it. It looks better than brand new. The wheels needed a refresh and he was able to get that done as well. I needed the truck for a trip I was making and he was able to get it done very quickly. I will always remain a customer.

Gabe at East Coast Car Company did an amazing job on both of my cars! There was a lot of sand embedded in the carpets and in the cracks in the door sills and he got all of it out. The interior on both cars looked brand new!! Gabe was also very professional throughout the service he provided. He brought all of his own equipment and cleaned up after he finished. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I went to their New Salem location and I find it absolutely wonderful! From start to finish they took care of my car in such fine detail that I couldn't even find a spot of lint to complain about. I brought the car and they immediately jumped on it and had it already within 1 hour for me which was super convenient since I was crunched on time. Super professional and did a gorgeous time! I hired viper for a deluxe interior detail and they did not disappoint, my car is spotless I now take my shoes off getting in! They do the whole job right in your driveway and all they needed was a hose and my keys. I have a deep dark oil stain from a tire on the leather of my backseat. While I knew they wouldn’t be able to remove it I will say it’s lighter. Will def refer and have them back again (but hopefully I can keep it clean after their hard work for a bit!!!).

I stopped by on a Tuesday to arrange a "surprise"detail for my wife's car who was traveling and coming back that Saturday. We agreed on a price and agreed the job will be done Friday, I dropped of the car Thursday afternoon. Having not received a phone call during all day Friday, I started calling at 4pm at no avail. When I checked their website for their hours, I realized they will close at 5pm, so I rushed to go pick up the car, when I arrive, the shop was closed and the car had not even been touched. Luckily an employee that had not leave yet was able to hand me the keys, I don't have an extra set of keys, so the car would've stayed the whole weekend if it wasn't for this employee. Anyway, lack of professionalism, bad contact information and bad customer service, and I am not even able to tell about their detailing quality. Not recommended.

Came here for a repair, and I had to get towed back to this shop TWICE for the same repair. I only went back because legally, they have to do it for free. The repair was extremely safety sensitive (ball-joint), and I am lucky I didn't kill anyone or myself on the road.
