I brought my truck in because the previous owner was a smoker and I NEEDED THE SMELL GONE! These guys went above and BEYOND. Not only did they eliminate the smell with a deep shampoo, steam and clean, but they even washed and waxed the outside of my truck for me and I didn’t even need that done! Wow! I had my car detailed today and let me tell you, it looks incredible! First of all, my car was disgusting, never had a deep clean. But once I got into it today it looks and smells brand new. Berkshire Mobile Detailing showed up at my house to clean my car and sat out there working hard for hours. Every little piece of dirt is gone. The seats look incredible, the floor has not a crumb, the dust is out of the doors, and the smell is just like a brand new car! Although it looked so amazing, we need to talk about how amazing the price is! For this price the job is above and beyond. I had no clue what I was expecting when I walked out to my car, but my jaw was dropped. I am so extremely happy with the work done on my car today, and I will be reaching out to this incredible company anytime I need another deep clean! Highly recommend!!!

Shawn did an excellent job detailing the interior of my car for trade-in - it actually looks like I take care of my car 😊. Removed some pretty set-in stains, and no longer smells like I have a dog. Uses pet/eco-friendly cleaners. An expert detailing at a very affordable price!

Not a bad detailing job, but also not worth $190. They did not clean the windows. And they said they had to charge me extra for all the scratches on my car...the funny thing is there weren't many scratches on my car. He also gave me a hard time about paying with a credit card, he had a pretty bad attitude and tried to sell me stuff that I didn't need. I would be cautious when going here.

Kurt did a great job of getting swirl marks out of my cars finish. It looks great with the ceramic wax that was applied. He also did a great job applying a ceramic coat to my wife's WRX. On top of this he's an extremely nice guy and his prices are very reasonable!

I am so happy with the work he did - the car looks amazing. My car had a lot of small little scratches which he all buffed out and the ceramic coating really makes the car look shiny like new again. He also did a great job cleaning the inside and the rims. Highly recommend him if you want your car detailed or think about a ceramic coating. Jahdiel has an eye for detail and he also explains everything well - including the after care.

Jahdiel is a true professional that appreciates the results of his work. My car is 11 years old and never been buffed, and only washed for the last 4 years and garaged. We decided to buff the light scratches from towels and to get a deeper, even surface for the ceramic coating. I went with 3 year coverage because the car is only driven I'm nice weather. I asked him to clean the interior after he was doing the exterior, and he made the time. He even coated all the glass. My car has black decals that required taping off before polishing. I couldn't be happier with the results and very polite, informative dealing with Jadiel. Pricing is on par or below other shops, and you never know what results you'll get. I'll be taking my other car and sending friends and family that want their vehicles looking beautiful. Hard to find workers that truly care about and enjoy their craft. They recently upgraded the automated car wash. The brush one needs lots of adjustments! Don't know about the touchless one since I didn't use it. I am talking about the one on West Houstonic St. In Pittsfield. Problem may only be for pickup trucks. Overhead/roof brush and even soap/water/blowers stop at end of cab so it didn't clean the tonneau cover over the bed. Also, one side brush washed the front of the truck, but none did the rear of truck, hitch had been removed prior, so it wasn't that it sensed one there to not do rear. Due to all this, there was some soap sprayed on the tonneau cover, but it was never rinsed off or blown dry as should happen.

Staff apologized for the wash not getting some dirt off; offered to run the car through again. Second pass did a real number on the car finish, but location won't accept the word of the detail shop they recommended.

I do the Standard do-it-yourself car wash although they do have an automated system but it is not no touch and it is outrageously expensive. The do-it-yourself car wash is standard and also expensive but what can you do it's covid?

I prefer the manual stations over the automatic. I get my car cleaner and can take my time getting the million bugs off the front of it. My one complaint-and it's a big one- is that the machine would not accept a credit card. Likely because they have chips and it doesn't have a chip reader? I don't know. But it wouldn't get authorization on either card (one debit, one regular credit). The tools were all in working order, however, and my car got cleaned with the cash I had in my wallet. Thankfully just enough!

I got my driver's door and hood painted. Took 3 days but when I picked up the car it looked fantastic. The paint was matched perfectly and they cleaned the car inside and outside. The price was reasonable also. If you need collision repairs, you won't be disappointed with the work they do.
