I had heard good things and seen some bikes that All Pro had done and was pretty impressed with what people had to say, and the bikes that I saw. So I decided I would go with them… And I could not be any happier!!! These guys are top-notch A1 specialists at what they do. Jaden and Armando Jr., the two young men I spoke to were 100% professional, friendly, upfront and very detailed about what they would do for me and gave me a great deal. From start to finish, I felt like family with these guys. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I just got my c300 detailed by Tony. This guy is an OG. Attention to detail is superb, carpets smell wonderful, mats are shiny not slippery. The interior all the way around looks brand new. Hi I am a vip member and I love the Peabody location. I am a disabled veteran and today I was try to put some seat covers on my seats before I got a car wash. I was having difficulty installing them and out of nowhere Tony came over and started helping me put them on. Without Tony I would've never been able to put those seat covers on. Every time I come in there Tony is always outgoing and he is always working whether its sweeping the parking lot. Just like he was doing when I was having a hard time putting my seat covers on because of my disability. I just want you to know how much I appreciate coming to the Peabody location when employees like Tony goes out of his way to help me , which he did not have to do. It's people like Tony who make me want to come to just this location and I already tell people about this location and the vip membership, but I will tell everyone that I know how Tony went out of his way, also above and beyond to help a disabled veteran and I do not think he even knows I am a disabled veteran. It just seems like Tony is that kind of person, he has such a great personality, we talked and had a few laughs while he helped me install them. He made my day ! Called to ask some questions about monthly membership service but there was no answer. I drove to the location, pulled up to the service area the agent at the gate was engaged in a conversation with the driver in another vehicle who didn’t seem to be there for service. This agent rudely asked me to proceed to the next lane which had no agent for payment for non members. I had questions before proceeding but he looked at me and rudely said “are you good bro?” Excellent customer service. He answered all my questions. Definitely not coming back here.

Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I’ve been washing here for the last 6 years. Free vacuum, then 8 dollars was 20 minutes self wash. Now $1.25 a minute so 10 bucks is 8 minutes insane price jump.

The prices for the self-wash bays are newly ridiculous. In addition to that, the machines take too much time to fully swap between soaps, etc. and it eats up your time. I don't think I'll be washing my car there any longer.

Jerry was absolutely amazing! This was the best experience I could've asked for. He came to my house, was on time, super friendly and just did an outstanding job. My car was full of dog hair, dirt, grime, etc. from 2 kids and 2 dogs and he made it look better than when I brought it home from the dealership after buying it! All of this at an extremely affordable price which was better than any other place I explored before finding him. When I say I was AMAZED at the before and after I’m not joking. Gerry is a magician. My van transports thousands of pounds of food every week and gets very dirty! Gerry takes it in stride, digs in and makes his magic. I HIGHLY recommend him and am so glad I met him. He also detailed my son’s truck that is used for landscaping. I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s car rental services on Turo. When I arrived at the pickup location via Uber from the airport, Toni, the host, canceled my reservation. Despite providing all requested documents promptly in our chat, he said they needed to be submitted elsewhere in the Turo’s app. When I asked for his guidance since I had never done that before, he refused abruptly and canceled the reservation harshly. He also claimed he was watching me from a distance, which felt unsettling and unhelpful, as he could have come to assist me in person. Stranded at the pickup location, my first time in Boston, I had no choice but to take another Uber and return to the airport to find another rental. To make matters worse, he only issued a partial refund despite the cancellation and never replied to my refund follow up request.

Once again, Dan's Auto Body has knocked it out of the park! I am a repeat customer due to their amazing work and communication they provided my first time dropping my car off. Everyone that knows me, knows I don't let anybody touch or work on my car other than myself mostly, so the fact I brought it to Dan's not once, but twice, speaks for itself! Great Owner! Takes pride in his vehicles that he owns, which are rare vehicles in themselves. He is a car enthusiast, which is why I brought my 2001 Trans Am Ws6( my baby) to him. Looked better when it was finished than it before the scrape. It was a very minor incident that no parts had to be changed. Damaged was on the drivers side of the front bumper which is made of fiber glass so it can be manipulated to brought back to original condition. Great paint blending job, and if not knowing where the scrape occured, I doubt anyone could find it. I would highly recommend this body shop.

Best car wash around, and have been coming to for several years. Very clean, plenty of room, vacuums with card swiping option and several car wash options. I recently had an issue with the automatic car wash not finishing the cycle and didn’t dry my car. Normally I never complain about anything and probably would have paid again and gone through again, but I had to go to work. I called and left a message to let them know they should check it, and they immediately responded and sent me two free car wash codes to use for two free washes, so I figured they deserved a good review for making sure they make their customers happy.

If you want great service for a cheap price this is the place! I did that self service car wash and used the brush which scratched my whole truck. Super Kleen got rid of every scratch and did an amazing job! Also i had run over a tube of silicone on the road and it was all over the passenger side of my truck. Nothing would take this silicone or whatever it was off my truck. Eric beasted and got it off without a scratch. The paint is so smooth and glossy it looks better than when i got it brand new! I will be recommending Super Kleen to everyone i know! Thanks again!

I can’t begin to explain how PHENOMENAL our mini van looks after AJ finished his magic today. I only wish I had taken “before” pictures. We are parents of three kids (7, 4, and 2), and we have a 100-pound dog, and a cat. And this van has been on dozens of beach trips, muddy puddle jumping trips, vet visits, and endless road trip meals which means yogurt spills, honey dribbles, fresh fries in every crevice, you name it. It was disgusting. Not to mention normal wear and tear and the leather and control panels starting to look worn and dull. And let me tell you, we just picked up our van and it looks just as good - if not better - than the day we bought it. We were shocked. Additionally, AJ was quick to answer, accommodating of my schedule, kind and upbeat, easy going and understanding. When we picked it up, we also met his coworker who made us smile and was a total pro. I’ll never use anyone but AJs from here on out.

My car looked better than it did on the day I bought it with 22 miles on it. I thought I'd hear from them around 3 or 3:30 that my car was ready. Got the call at 2:30 so their 6-hour window was right on time. Used a loaner car which was a great option on a chilly day. Absolutely worth the investment in keeping your car clean, lots of different packages on the "menu" from a simple exterior clean to a deep clean. I'll go back in the spring for an exterior after the winter slush and salt...

First time ever paying for my car to get detailed so I was quite excited to see how good a job they'd do. I paid for their lowest package at $150. They expertly quashed all my high expectations. I made a point to let them know that I was most worried about the interior of my windshields and making sure those are nice and clean. If anything they're streakier than they were before. The exterior is clean...ish. They didn't manage to get off all the bird poop and berry stains; I unfortunately park underneath a tree overhanging my driveway. It barely feels, or looks, like they waxed it, with rain barely beading off like it should on a properly waxed car. I was planning to pay for one of their higher priced packages once I've gotten some needed repairs done, but due to the poor job they did, I think I'll be looking elsewhere.

Been going for long time, never had any major issues. Car wash cleans pretty well. One issue I have with touch free wash is the dryers. Doesnt dry well even if u go through very slow. Would've been better if they moved around the car or there were more dryers. Also, I would like to see a monthly payment option for the touch free wash. Whether separate or included in current option would be good.

I brought my 2019 WRX to RDM Autostyling to have them install a full air suspension kit and the experience was amazing! The guys truly know what they are doing, and perform any service request with their utmost attention to detail and professionalism. Their work is performed with the customer in mind, in an effort to achieve their satisfaction at all times. With my air ride install, RDM went above and beyond on so many levels. From inserting the air lines inside the vehicle to avoid any issues in the winter, to completely retrofitting my trunk to hide all of the components and ensure I had full trunk capacity, to even the small aspects of utilizing Velcro wraps to make sure all of the wires are clean and company I was blown away with the result. The scheduling was quick and easy, initial consultation to determine what I wanted was informative and helpful, and the process of the install was much faster than I expected. Overall, RDM knocked it out of the park and I left a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend having them do any automotive related work so you can experience what I did and have your vision become a reality in a way you won’t have to go anywhere else.
