Not going to bother sharing my experience here as I can already tell I’m going to get some petty blame game response. Just don’t go here. Pictures say enough. My car was sandy from a beach day but not dirty. I dropped off my car at 9:15am and he said “maybe 3 maybe 4 hours. I will call you” after 4 hours I tried to call and no response. So I showed up at 1:20pm and waited another 40 minutes for them to be ready (I have a tiny mazda 3 hatchback). Figured it would at least be worth the wait. Instead I teared up on my way home out of frustration with my experience here (in which I could go into a LOT more detail but after reading some of their review responses it doesn’t seem worth my energy). Lesson learned. Scrub a dubs express details are better than this.

This is what my car looked like 2 weeks before the cleaning and he said he cannot clean it because it’s too dirty and asked me to pay extra money. Showed me a already cleaned car saying that this is how it should look like before cleaning. If the car is already clean then what’s the need for cleaning?

This company went so far above and beyond what was expected. They detailed my absolutely disgusting work vehicle to a level that I've never seen before. When here immediately upon arriving home after a trip to New York. Front of my new car was full of bug juice/guts. Unfortunately the car wash couldn't take care of it after the cashier assured me it would. I paid for the diamond (highest) option. They even let me go through twice but still plenty of bug guts all over the front of my car. I think the most disappointing is when this car wash was under the previous brand they used to use a power washer to get the bugs off the front of the car. That seems to not be a thing anymore. Owner responds with "Please send us an email to see how we can improve." -- seeing as I stated this already in my review this is even more disheartening. Downgrading to 1 star.

They are pretty professional, including the front desk ladies and the mechanics. It's stunning to see a shop that has dedicatedly worked in this field for 50ish years! The shop is lovely and everything is well organized. They are really helpful in contacting the Maffre insurance appraisal and total loss department. The price for service is great, and the labor is detailed and clean. Though it's sad to see my car is totaled at the end, I am still glad it's this group of people handled the last journey of her. I’ve been a customer of the Marlborough ScrubaDub for several years now. Jeff the manager is always great to me, along with his team. Everyone is always very professional and takes quality care of their customers. The only critique I have for this location is the dryers, especially on the passenger side of the vehicle never gets rid of the water. Maybe an upgrade is needed for that!

I recently came in here for a car wash twice over the past few months or so. This place is very clean and very well run. The self serve area is stocked with plenty of vacuuming areas and the self serve car wash bays are very clean. The power wash hoses provide plenty of pressure to clean off your vehicle and there is lots and lots of soap. The drive through car wash is well staffed with a lot of young college guys that are very, very polite, professional, courteous, respectful and they all have a great attitude at all times. They also do an awesome job of "pre washing" your vehicle. They are good about getting the lower half of your vehicle as well as the front lower grill areas. The wash itself is done by a state of the art drive through car wash that does an excellent job of washing your entire vehicle. The "simonize" wax is truly remarkable as it makes your car look as though it was professionally hand waxed. The tires are treated with a special tire shine wash that makes your tires look like "mirrors". The only issue I have with this Scrub A Dub is that the dryers do not do a great job of completely drying off your vehicle. The dryers do a good job, but, there is a fair amount of room for improvement in that area. Perhaps ownership should invest in some dryers that have more power to dry off all of the vehicle, especially the front and rear bumper/fender areas. Every Scrub A Dub car wash I have ever been to has the same problem. Nevertheless, the Scrub A Dub car was in Marlborough, Massachusetts is an excellent car wash to take your vehicle to and I highly recommend it.

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Toy Wash Motorsports after being a loyal customer for 7 years. As someone who owns seven vehicles and has trusted this business for years, I never expected to be treated this way. I brought in my 2019 Chevrolet Corvette to replace a cracked rim on the inner side—damage that was not even visible unless inspected closely. My original rims were in perfect condition aside from this one issue, as I meticulously clean and maintain my car. Despite this, I was quickly convinced to purchase an entirely new set of rims, which I agreed to, trusting their expertise. Unfortunately, the new rims they installed had the wrong offset, causing them to rub against the sidewall. This issue could have been avoided had they properly accounted for the specific model and year I provided. Worse, when I checked my original rims, I discovered they had been completely destroyed during the process. When I brought this up, it was clear the damage was caused by their handling, but they denied responsibility outright and refused to take any accountability. This level of negligence and denial from a business I have supported for years is unacceptable. To future customers, especially those with high-end vehicles, please be aware. While I had trusted them for years, this experience showed a lack of care, professionalism, and willingness to make things right when mistakes were made. I hope Toy Wash Motorsports takes this feedback seriously to prevent others from experiencing similar frustration and loss.

I drive a 2008 Mercedes-Benz C300 4-MATIC (Luxury Edition), shortly after purchasing my vehicle I decided to get some after market work done that the dealership could not provide for me. While searching for a shop to provide me with the services I was looking for I could not help but notice the lack of cleanliness and professional setting, that I became accustomed to through my experiences with multiple dealerships, was far and few in between. That is until I came across Toy Motorsports, their experience with high end automobiles warranted me paying them a visit. At the time they were a fairly new company, yet it was clear they already excelled in the areas I found that other shops were lacking. Upon visiting their facilities in Marlborough, I was met by friendly faces as well as a warm and welcoming environment. Being a new company they did not offer all of the services I was looking for to customize my vehicle, yet were more than happy to bring in a 3rd party to work out of their shop to assure I would drive away in a car that was customized to my exact specifications. It has been over 4 years since I first went to Toy Motorsports and I have watched them grow into the reputable, top notch, shop they are today. Over the years I have brought numerous vehicles to them, as well as recommended them to both friends and family whenever the opportunity arose. Therefore I can comfortably recommend that you pay them a visit to experience everything that they have to offer for yourself.

Do not use this company. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and tried booking the appointment. When I use the link from Groupon as well as the link on their website I couldn’t finish the process. Also I have a 2024 vehicle and I could only select up to 2019 for service. I tried calling them as well as emailing and got no response. I contacted Groupon and they contacted the company and they refused the refund. I don’t even feel comfortable getting an oil change from them now so I’m out the $55.

Everything from the ease of booking a reservation to the service at the appointment was handled so well. Booking online was a breeze and the company follows up with an appointment reminder. When I dropped my car off I was greeted promptly and professionally. I was told how long the car would take and asked for a contact number. The car was finished in slightly less time than quoted and knowing that I would be at the movies they text me to let me know it was finished. The first impression was a genuine and friendly greeting by the manager. The place is clean and smells good. The courtesy coffee was great. It took more than three hours for exterior and interior detail cleaning, but it was worth the wait. My car was transformed to a spotless and whistle clean condition. My car didn't look this good when I drove it off the lot! Douglas Auto Detail was able to get me in for a car cleaning quickly and my car looks amazing! I had some really bad scratches from a narrow road at the Cape with low brush branches. I didn't think they were going to be able to get them out, but they did. My headlights were also buffed out and they are so much brighter now. When I dropped the car off there was dog fur everywhere and now you wouldn't be able to tell that a dog has ever been in my vehicle. Stellar job! My thanks to Douglas and his crew!

Been bringing all my vehicles here for gas and washes for over 15yrs. After today I’m done. The inconsistency in the auto wash has gotten terrible. Today the chemicals were reduced, the conveyor belt speed was so fast that my car came out barely dry. Place has become a rip-off.

Auto Manicures I inherited a red 2015 Ford F150 XLT pickup with 60,000 miles. The truck has been used for the last 10 months pulling a 27’ camper trailer across much of the southwest. The previous owner (my dad) was not much of a “cleaner”. He took great care of the engine, mechanicals and stayed up to date on all service items but when it came to keeping the truck washed, waxed and clean both inside and out, well, he was not very attentive. After driving across country and returning home, the outside was in good shape but dirty. The interior surfaces were coated with a sticky brown desert dust. Knowing this vehicle was to become my main or primary ride, and that my wife doesn’t take easily to riding in vehicles she might describe as filthy, I knew I had to get it professionally cleaned. I found Auto Manicures after doing a search for detailing locations near me. With outstanding reviews, all of which looked to be authentic, I stopped by to see the facility in nearby Maynard MA. They were closing for the day, but Bryan and his daughter invited me in, showed me the shop and answered my questions regarding available services. I wanted both the interior and exterior cleaned. Due to the time of year and how incredibly busy they are (because of the great work and reputation) Bryan was only booking exterior, pre-winter detailing services. I took the soonest appointment available, - about 3.5 weeks out. I took the truck in the day before and was told I would be called mid afternoon the following day. The call came the next day, as pledged and told me the truck was ready to be picked up. WOW! When I went in to the shop, I knew I was looking at my truck but I would never have believed that they could take a 5 year old vehicle with that many miles on it and make it look like it was showroom-new! Truthfully! Bryan and his daughter were happy to explain the services they provided, in great detail (no pun intended). I had opted for the special glass / Windshield treatment program they offer as well as the engine bay cleaning. From the chrome on the grille, to the running boards, wheel wells, tires, and every metal surface - not a detail was overlooked. This vehicle shined! The glass looked so clear, it too looked as if it had just come off the assembly line. Bryan apologetically explained that the wheels were really smudged and that when he was finished cleaning, he just did not like the way it made the truck look. He said he had done an additional coating of the wheels, at no charge to me, so that the truck would look its best. The wheels were now spotless and gleamed as if new. That one fact alone, if no others, told me this is a business that takes true pride in their work. They did more than I had asked, so that they could deliver the best service possible. I was a first time client so there was no underlying benefit or frequent buyer reward being given here. Even though they did not have time to do the full interior, they still gave it a quick wipe down, vacuumed the floors, washed all the trays and cup holders and made the inside noticeably better than when I took it in. I am already scheduling to take it back for their normal interior detailing just as soon as they have the time available. At one time in my past, I worked for a high end and exclusive Limousine Service and even managed a staff of automotive detailers. I would often inspect the work to ensure it was up to our company standards. I can say, as somewhat of an expert, the services provided by Auto Manicures is exceptional and outstanding in every sense. You will not be disappointed if you decide to do business with Bryan and his daughter.

Wow, these people FAR exceeded my expectations. I'll admit I was unsure about it being worth a "mobile" detailing service, but I'm so glad I got them! I had two cars, and they worked non-stopped for almost 4.5 hours straight without a break to get them done. From the tires to the wax, to the interior knobs and seat washing, they literally left no detail untouched. I would highly recommend them to anyone, super nice, efficient, and quality work.

Chris does amazing work! My SUV which had been covered in old tree sap looked brand new when Chris was finished with it. He even managed to buff out all the tiny scratches. I highly recommend We Care Car Care!

Alexandre and the guys are fantastic, best detail shop i ever dealt with. We use our Rav 4 all the time on trips with our 2 year old son, and my wife drives him in that same car everyday, needless to say its not the easiest detail and the guys at Modelo delivered my car back to me spotless. I had a great experience with Ivan at Better Tinting. This was my first time tinting a vehicle and Ivan was very professional and friendly explaining the different tints he had available at his shop. The process was very easy and quick. I dropped off my car the night before and he was done with it before noon the next day. His shop is very secure and has cameras with a drop box which helped with the ease of dropping off the car at my convenience. The car came out beautiful as you can see on the picture. I would highly recommend Ivan to anyone looking for the best tinting job.

Ivan is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and does a great job at a very competitive price. I’ve had a VW sportwagen and recently VW jetta tinted and both looked great and never had any issues. Would definitely recommend, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Highly recommend getting your car detailed with Alex Jimenez (the owner/ detailer), hes extremely professional and makes you feel like family. I always take my car to Fresh N Clean Automotive Detailing and they always amaze me with their attention to detail and amazing service. The products they use are strong enough to take out stains, make your paint pop and shine, and don't leave a harsh after smell which is great since I have young kids.
