I went to their New Salem location and I find it absolutely wonderful! From start to finish they took care of my car in such fine detail that I couldn't even find a spot of lint to complain about. I brought the car and they immediately jumped on it and had it already within 1 hour for me which was super convenient since I was crunched on time. I have a 2023 CVO Road glide and wanted to make sure I got it ceramic coated. I had heard good things and seen some bikes that All Pro had done and was pretty impressed with what people had to say, and the bikes that I saw. So I decided I would go with them… And I could not be any happier!!! These guys are top-notch A1 specialists at what they do. Jaden and Armando Jr., the two young men I spoke to were 100% professional, friendly, upfront and very detailed about what they would do for me and gave me a great deal. Great washes and the staff is very nice. Billy and the team have been extremely friendly and I look forward to seeing them every few days when I get my wash. I thought I ruined my car paint by trying to take out scratches with Meguiar's Quik Scratch product. Not only it did not work, but it also left white marks and swirls on my almost brand new car. Luckily I found Hector at Luxury Car Spa and he fixed it all up and even removed some of the scratches. Definitely will be bringing my car here from now on!

I brought them my Cadillac Escalade for cleaning. When I picked up the vehicle my Fastlane transponder was missing. I then brought them my Mako center console boat for wrapping. After less than 30 days in the water, the wrap fell off the boat. They refuse to guarantee the wrap. When the wrap fell off it revealed that they sanded all the paint off the boat before attaching the wrap. Shady place! I just sued them. Go to a reputable place.

This place is amazing! Went there wash my car and left it looking amazing..we have a little error that i was charged 88 dollars instead of 8 dollars for a car wash. I spoke with the owner and he was very nice and told me to come in when i can and he will give me cash. Went in next day and boom no questions asked he gave me the money back.

Super busy place. Can't beat the vacuum price. Could use JUS a little more suction on the hose. Car wash is a good price as well. The cheap wash is 10 bucks. Then there are a couple higher levels. The car wash gets very busy as well but they keep the line moving. Getting backed up on Boston street can be tough tho.....I keep driving if I see the line onlto Boston street. Good , affordable, mostly clean, neighborhood car wash.

After my umpteenth coffee spill I decided to bring my 12 year old (gross, stinky) Corolla in for a first-time detailing. Brian did an awesome job. Brian just had my '06 Toyota 4Runner and it looks and smells fantastic. Three years of dogs and neglecting to cover my interior consistently created quite the mess - and smell. One session with Salem Auto Salon and not only does my truck smell and look better, but seems to have new life now. I just got my c300 detailed by Tony. This guy is an OG. Attention to detail is superb, carpets smell wonderful, mats are shiny not slippery. The interior all the way around looks brand new. The exterior? Imagine foggy swim googles. Now? Like a polished wine glass. Truly a professional. Even the old headlights with scratches and water damage are sparkling. Absolute class act. If you want great service for a cheap price this is the place! I did that self service car wash and used the brush which scratched my whole truck. Super Kleen got rid of every scratch and did an amazing job! Also i had run over a tube of silicone on the road and it was all over the passenger side of my truck. Nothing would take this silicone or whatever it was off my truck. Eric beasted and got it off without a scratch. The paint is so smooth and glossy it looks better than when i got it brand new! I will be recommending Super Kleen to everyone i know! Thanks again!

If your looking for a great auto detailing company this buisness does an excellent job ,I brought my suv to Eric at Super Kleen to have my car detailed and to have a few scratches taken out. The car came out looking ten years newer,he got all the scratches out from parking in the grocery store parking lot.I definitely recommend giving them a call to have your car detailed ,you will be happy you did.

I was a little nervous at first about the touch-less wash not cleaning my car well enough and was shocked to see the results! The ones complaining here saying it left their car dirty just did not do it correctly, likely sped through the initial power wash at the entrance, or cheaped out on the wash option. My car was filthy on the exterior and by the end of shining like new. Paid 17 dollars, 5 minutes and all done. Only good, quick touchless car wash in the north shore. And to top it all off, it’s 24 hours ✋🏽

Great spot for a quick, affordable and good car wash. I don't care too much about how the outside of my car looks so I always opt for the cheapest, and even that option gives it a great wash. Even when there's a line, it moves rather quickly. Highly recommend.

Vinny and the lords detailing team did not disappoint! My vehicle had been garaged for a few months (had developed mold) and it returned looking like a brand new (with the mold issue completely resolved). Nico did an amazing job on my car that he detailed. Someone egged my car and it stained my exterior paint. I took it to another detailer who attempted to fix it and said he was unable to correct it. I called Nico months later who got the egg stain out without an issue. You can't tell it was ever there. He was also able to get some scratches out of my car. My car looked and smelled brand new! I didn't want to drive it after the detail because I didn't want to mess it up. Best part is, he came to me! I got to stay home and do what I had to do while my car was being worked on. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. I’ve been washing here for the last 6 years. Free vacuum, then 8 dollars was 20 minutes self wash. Now $1.25 a minute so 10 bucks is 8 minutes insane price jump.

The prices for the self-wash bays are newly ridiculous. In addition to that, the machines take too much time to fully swap between soaps, etc. and it eats up your time. I don't think I'll be washing my car there any longer.

Brian and Holly did a ceramic coating job on my 2002 Harley Davidson Fatboy and it came out unbelievable. I have a lot of chrome on that bike and they didn’t miss a spot. I had a very frustrating experience with this company’s car rental services on Turo. When I arrived at the pickup location via Uber from the airport, Toni, the host, canceled my reservation. Despite providing all requested documents promptly in our chat, he said they needed to be submitted elsewhere in the Turo’s app. When I asked for his guidance since I had never done that before, he refused abruptly and canceled the reservation harshly. He also claimed he was watching me from a distance, which felt unsettling and unhelpful, as he could have come to assist me in person. Stranded at the pickup location, my first time in Boston, I had no choice but to take another Uber and return to the airport to find another rental. To make matters worse, he only issued a partial refund despite the cancellation and never replied to my refund follow up request.

Been going for long time, never had any major issues. Car wash cleans pretty well. One issue I have with touch free wash is the dryers. Doesnt dry well even if u go through very slow. Would've been better if they moved around the car or there were more dryers. Also, I would like to see a monthly payment option for the touch free wash. Whether separate or included in current option would be good.
