This was the first detail I have ever gotten, as such I was a bit nervous, but Marcel was incredible to work with and I am very happy I decided to get this work done through him. After just purchasing a new Tesla, the soft paint was already covered in scratches and looked quite rough. So, I called Marcel and discussed the situation, after I sent a few pictures of the car to him and had him look it over, we agreed to do an interior detail, exterior detail, paint correction and ceramic coat. The quoted price he gave over the phone was the price I paid, his pricing was very reasonable, and I can't express how happy I am with the results! It looks like a brand-new car! The pictures just don't do it justice. The surface is slick like glass with a permanent beautiful wet shine, water simply beads off of it and makes maintaining the paint very easy. Marcel was extremely helpful during the whole process, he recommended products for me to use to clean the car, maintain the ceramic coat, and sent me links to products he personally uses to clean, dry, wash and keep the car looking good as new! Not only does Marcel care about your car and getting you the most for your money, but he cares about YOU as a customer, he treats you like a friend. We regularly talked, checked in on the car to see if the ceramic coat cured correctly, checked if it was in good shape and if there were any issues he fixed them immediately right in front of me! All I can say is, I am extremely satisfied I got my car cleaned up and detailed by him, I know we will keep in contact, and we'll really make this ceramic coat last and looking new for several years! You get more than what you pay for, and I will be getting more of my cars (and my relatives' cars) done by him in the future! Highly recommended!

First let me say this place is great. The automatic car wash is excellent best in the area in my opinion. They actually wash your car before it goes through and that makes all the difference in the world from what I can see. They now offer touchless automatic as well as brushes. And they finish off with a free dry with their towels. I was so impressed with the way the owner runs his business and also gives back to the community so I decided to try the $150 exterior detail and not sure how much they did since it was a rainy day. I'm talking monsoon rain on 2023 Marathon Monday. So it was difficult to see the work when I picked up the car since it was raining out. But the exterior was beading up. The one thing I def. noticed was my rims brake dust was still on the rims. I could remove it with a finger. Also Somebody traced "clean me" with their finger last year on the hood and it still was visible after the $150 exterior package. That was very surprising to me since I was told they use orbital type tools and claybar as well. My clear coat is coming off on the roof and on the hood. I was hoping this service would restore some of its shine or get rid of some of the white haze but it didn't. Maybe I was looking for miracles but I was a little disappointed since when I booked the appt. I asked the kid if it would improve it. They said it would. What is strange is that the interior was cleaned up. Some stains on my leather was gone. That's not usually part of the package. So my sense is that on a rainy day they focus more on the interior than the exterior. The only other explanation is that they did $150 interior job instead of the exterior job. I would really like to know because if they can get my exterior clear coat looking better I'd pay another $150.

Poor job on my vehicle. Paid for the best wash and it was still very dirty. Tried to go back through again and they wouldn't let me. Attendant gave me attitude and started to pick apart my car instead. Not worth going to even for the cheap price wash. Poor customer service and quality of wash.

The Spray Soap was Broken do I had to use the "Pre-Soak Soap" and it came out Extremely Slow! The Water to wash off the car worked most Excellently! However: for the money I had to put into the machine to keep it going I'd rather prefer to have gone to that "Splash Car Wash" and gone threw it Professionally!! Plus I would of had my car "Towel Dried" at the end of it all! So I give this here "Self car wash" a 1 star! ☆

I stopped by without an appointment to ask for advice on removing rubber marks on the right rear quarter panel. Was expecting to purchase cleaning and compounding supplies. The owner came out inspected the marks, removed them, buffed and waxed the panel and refused to take any money for the service. Great car wash. The manual wash side is always fully supplied unlike the one on Central Street that was out of soap the last two times I went there. I just wish they didn’t have a maximum charge for those times when the jeep is really muddy. I then have to pay $5 to finish rinsing. But with how clean and bright everything is, it is my go to car wash even though there’s a manual car wash closer to my house. Prices are reasonable and the property is always clean and everything is in good working condition and as I mentioned always stocked with all of the soaps they offer

My wife and I had our cars inspected at this location several times and it is very convenient (parking lot on the side). The waiting area is nice, there are some comfortable chairs and a tv. The employees have always been pleasant and I appreciate that so I keep coming back.

I ordered a rare and expensive vehicle and it took over seven months for it to be delivered. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, it was covered with salt and sand, I assume from the train ride it took from Toledo to Massachusetts (in the winter). Someone at the dealership or an outside company improperly cleaned the vehicle and literally scratched up 100% of the finish. The scratches were deep, two spots had paint missing and the vehicle’s finish was an absolute mess! Unfortunately, this vehicle cannot be ordered any longer so I really didn’t want to force the dealership to take it back. I couldn’t believe this happened and I did not want to own the vehicle in this condition. I spoke with Nathan at Perfectus Auto Detailing about my situation and he was confident he could correct the issues. Nathan cleaned the vehicle and provided me with a detailed video and photos of all the damage to the finish. The next evening, I received a video of the vehicle after a full day’s worth of paint correction and it looked perfect! The next day I picked up the vehicle and still cannot believe how good it looks! The scratches are gone and there are no signs they were ever there! I’ve been in the automotive industry for over 40 years and have seen just about everything with regards to paint correction, I honestly didn’t think the vehicle would ever be right, especially on a dark color. Not only did Nathan make it right, he completely exceeded my expectations and made the finish close to perfect. Auto Manicures I inherited a red 2015 Ford F150 XLT pickup with 60,000 miles. The truck has been used for the last 10 months pulling a 27’ camper trailer across much of the southwest. The previous owner (my dad) was not much of a “cleaner”. He took great care of the engine, mechanicals and stayed up to date on all service items but when it came to keeping the truck washed, waxed and clean both inside and out, well, he was not very attentive. After driving across country and returning home, the outside was in good shape but dirty. The interior surfaces were coated with a sticky brown desert dust. Knowing this vehicle was to become my main or primary ride, and that my wife doesn’t take easily to riding in vehicles she might describe as filthy, I knew I had to get it professionally cleaned. I found Auto Manicures after doing a search for detailing locations near me. With outstanding reviews, all of which looked to be authentic, I stopped by to see the facility in nearby Maynard MA. They were closing for the day, but Bryan and his daughter invited me in, showed me the shop and answered my questions regarding available services. I wanted both the interior and exterior cleaned. Due to the time of year and how incredibly busy they are (because of the great work and reputation) Bryan was only booking exterior, pre-winter detailing services. I took the soonest appointment available, - about 3.5 weeks out. I took the truck in the day before and was told I would be called mid afternoon the following day. The call came the next day, as pledged and told me the truck was ready to be picked up. WOW! When I went in to the shop, I knew I was looking at my truck but I would never have believed that they could take a 5 year old vehicle with that many miles on it and make it look like it was showroom-new! Truthfully! Bryan and his daughter were happy to explain the services they provided, in great detail (no pun intended). I had opted for the special glass / Windshield treatment program they offer as well as the engine bay cleaning. From the chrome on the grille, to the running boards, wheel wells, tires, and every metal surface - not a detail was overlooked. This vehicle shined! The glass looked so clear, it too looked as if it had just come off the assembly line. Bryan apologetically explained that the wheels were really smudged and that when he was finished cleaning, he just did not like the way it made the truck look. He said he had done an additional coating of the wheels, at no charge to me, so that the truck would look its best. The wheels were now spotless and gleamed as if new. That one fact alone, if no others, told me this is a business that takes true pride in their work. They did more than I had asked, so that they could deliver the best service possible. I was a first time client so there was no underlying benefit or frequent buyer reward being given here. Even though they did not have time to do the full interior, they still gave it a quick wipe down, vacuumed the floors, washed all the trays and cup holders and made the inside noticeably better than when I took it in. I am already scheduling to take it back for their normal interior detailing just as soon as they have the time available. At one time in my past, I worked for a high end and exclusive Limousine Service and even managed a staff of automotive detailers. I would often inspect the work to ensure it was up to our company standards. I can say, as somewhat of an expert, the services provided by Auto Manicures is exceptional and outstanding in every sense. You will not be disappointed if you decide to do business with Bryan and his daughter.

Chris is great to work with and does an amazing job! I got a full interior/exterior detail and ceramic coat. To start, he was patient enough to let me bring the car in for evaluation right before closing time. When a freak downpour caught me driving back from his shop to my garage—interrupting the ceramic curing process—Chris was nice enough to reapply the product for me and guarantee that my car was perfect!
