Amazing service! Manny's crew came out within less then 24 hours notice the day before the fourth of July in 100 degree weather brought the mobile van to my job with it own water supply and electricity. I sat in the comfort of my office while he scrubed away got the full service with engine bay cleaning my car light interior was terrible stained now it looked brand new! The attention to detail was unbelievable it wasnt like other detailers that are in a rush to get the the next car. Going to have him do my parents cars next! Between the extreme shampoo and the steam cleaning it BROUGHT MY 10 YEAR OLD CAMRY BACK TO LIFE!

I just had to share my experience with Mega Auto Spa because it was fantastic! I recently booked them for a mobile detailing, and honestly, I’m blown away. First off, the team was super friendly and professional. They showed up right on time, which is always a plus in my book. They walked me through what they were going to do, which I appreciated. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my car look its best. And wow, the detailing! My car looks brand new—seriously, I can’t believe how good it turned out. They took their time on everything, from the shiny exterior to the spotless interior. I had some stubborn stains in the upholstery that I thought would never come out, but they tackled them like pros! The best part? They did all of this right in my driveway. It saved me so much time and hassle—no waiting around at a shop! Plus, the pricing was reasonable for the level of service I received. I can’t recommend Mega Auto Spa enough. Jriel AutoDetailing left my car as if I drove it off the dealer looking brand newwwww. Great service and timely! My favorite aspect is I booked an appointment online and all their info is online. I rarely write bad reviews but they did a really terrible job. I chose this place after reading the good reviews but I so wish I hadn’t. It just basically looked like I vacuumed the car myself and wiped off the dust with a dry cloth. The first thing that came across to me was the fact that there was still literal dirt and a coin underneath the drivers seat in plain sight. The dashboard was dull, when I complained about this I was told that adding any shine or conditioner would crack the dashboard so I let it go. When I got home I realized there was dirt in the cup holder, enough for me to clean up by wiping my fingers on it. Then there were a couple greasy handprints left around the leather and console. Lastly, there was food still in the interior of the door handles. I tried to complain to the manager who seemed understanding and asked me to bring the car back to him at a specific time, but when I did he wasn’t there. Left my number to call back 2 days ago and still haven’t heard back.

Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have their car detailed. They came to my house, brought all equipment, was prompt and finished in the time he said. I was there 3 months ago, when I went to pay they told me the machine to take the pay was broken, so I need to take money out of the ATM and pay a fee, dim today I went out 3 months after I went there with my best friend to clean our two cars, in the woman with the smile in her face told me again the machine is broken, this is a really shady business I would never go back there again because honesty for me is really important and these people have zero. In top of this they char me $20 more last year just for doing the same job. I made an appointment for 9am I was there at 8:47am. I was told to come at that time. I wait over an hour. Only a nice gentlemen was trying to contact the workers. They where far away in the highway. What type of customer service it’s this.I run a business too and it’s very important to comunícate with your customers not to lie to them. I got recommend to this place thinking that was good but I see is not. Very disappointed.

I brought my new 2024 Kia K5 GT to Pro Auto Detailing to have a ceramic coating applied to protect my investment. Will is a consummate professional and clearly communicated the available options and pricing. Additionally, he was willing to hold my car for two weeks while I was out of the country on vacation at no additional charge. He also arranged to have my car tinted which my mechanic had to double check to confirm it was legal for MA inspection (it read 37%) and said was the best tint job he has ever seen. When I returned, Will was able to meet me on a Sunday although he had to interrupt his personal plans and even offered to hold the car longer since I was leaving for another trip the following week. He also hand washed the car before I picked it up and applied protectant to the wheels. The Modesta BC-X coating on the car is stunning and I couldn't be happier. The work didn't come cheap but I feel it was a great value for the level of quality and service offered. Do not hesitate to give Will your business if you need detailing for your car and want the absolute best!!

These guys are the BESTTTT.. having a dealership, I dealt with almost all detail shops around, and no one comes even close to these guys. The speed these guys got in cleaning my cars amazes me. I want to shout from the rooftops about the amazing job Jody from Emerge Mobile Detailing did on my car! I had the horrible misfortune of having someone vomit all over the back seat of my car. I tried my best to clean it but after multiple attempts over several days, I could still smell it. Not to be too gross (let’s face it, it’s a gross story) but there was vomit stuck in all the tiny holes in the leather and I thought those would be there forever because even with my attempts with a tooth brush, the holes were all full. Jody came right to my house and I’m not sure what kind of sorcery he performed on my car but not only does my car smell good, it looks brand new! There isn’t a single crumb or smudge in it! And the best part is that he got every little, tiny hole clean! I am so grateful and I couldn’t possibly recommend Emerge Mobile Detailing enough.

I wish there were more stars to give. The guys did such an incredible job detailing my and my fiancés trucks. Neither of them had been cleaned in so long. I can only be honest when I say we got in them to drive home from work (because they did come and detail them right at our place of work) we felt like we were driving off a lot with brand new trucks!!! Don't look any further for someone to clean and detail your vehicle and go to Letourneau Auto Detailing. I have been going to Paul for almost 20 years and I have never been disappointed. Recently, a mechanic made a mess of the inside of my vehicle and, in some spots, on the outside. There was some sort of clay like substance embedded in my rugs, on the doors, driver's side and passenger side, where he pushed the door open with his foot, the door jams, as well as grease on my steering wheel and shift. There were also greasy fingerprints near the trunk on the outside. I called Paul and he immediately took my car in. When I picked it up, it was once again meticulously spotless, with no signs of this mess. He pays attention to detail and makes sure that every nook and cranny is cleaned spotlessly every single time. Paul's shop is also spotless, which says a lot. Add to this, he is an amazingly nice person to work with. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!

These guys are great! This was my first experience getting XPEL PPF but it will not be my last! I drove my new Eray from the dealership directly to Automotive Elegance. Winter weather was rolling in, but made it there while the roads were still clear. Kevin Patel walked me through the entire process. He provided a thorough explanation and helped me find the right package. Kevin even talked me out of some costly bad decisions. Dante did an AMAZING job with the interior detail for my VW Jetta. My interior was in rough shape after having the car for 9 years and Dante made it look brand new. Got my truck detailed by Dante. It looks amazing. The interior looks better than when I bought it. I wish I had some before pictures to show how much of a difference there is. Levi is a miracle worker! Had a long scuff/scrape on driver’s side of my 2016 Sonata and it had only been washed twice in the past 5 years as you can see in first two pictures. The last are after Levi worked his magic. It’s a car I’m proud of again. The laundry staff had a bad attitude. I used two machines today and found that one of the machines was broken. When I reported it to the staff, she came over and loudly said that it was not broken. I tried to communicate with her, but she didn't listen and kept saying that the machine's time had changed. Maybe they don’t want to communicate with me because I look Asian. After washing the clothes, I took them out half dry and half wet. I paid again and went to another machine to wash them again.

Contacted Leonardo that I was picking up a new vehicle in a couple of days and wanted a ceramic coating. He was able to get me in the morning after I picked up my car and did a great job. The paint looked like a mirror. I was so impressed I had him do ceramic on my parents new car a few weeks later. Customer service was top notch and price was more reasonable than the big names that spend tons on marketing and pass the price on to the customer.

I have been coming here for years. They charge about $7 for a basic wash. It uses brushes and has a power dryer at the end. I have brought soft-top convertibles through, and they were fine, though the dryer really pushes down on the top. You can add a bunch of fancy options for up to $20 or so, but I never do that.

These guys are thieves they stole my electric tire pump from my car after I paid $150 for detailing. They also did not put the air cabin filter in when it was clearly sitting on the front seat. The owner took it upon himself to try and put the filter in when I brought it back and he didn’t know what he was doing he basically tore my glove compartment apart and forced the filter inside and now my glove compartment doesn’t close properly anymore.

"Felo Motors" is one of the most shady and un-professional auto dealerships i have ever dealt with. they sold me a car with no brakes and rusted rotors and gave me the run around saying nothing is wrong with it. month into driving it... winter comes and; the battery fails. top it all off; they still haven't gotten me a TITLE. been waiting for months now. asked for a refund and they seemed to be all about it... now they are ignoring my phone calls... any one out there that can help me get justice against these crooks.

Update December 2024: I only pay cash here now. Most employees are awesome, even when place is very busy. Original review: One employee refuses to let me pay with Debit. I ask , she nods I'm confirmation then presses credit on the machine. I've begged, pleased, told her I need the cheaper price as debit is the cash price, and I've explained it is for work, which often it is. Every other Haffners just puts the card reader in the slot for me to enter my code. This one employee refuses. I have even offered to tell her my code so she could enter it, just to use DEBIT, she refused. One day a few months ago after I refused to give her my card, she did give me the machine, but I can't do this every time, she might just refuse to serve me. I decided never to get gas here again, but it was the closest open gas station last night, so I had to use it. She again just smiled and nodded while talking on her phone and pressed credit right in front of me. I'm SO FED UP. If I weren't about to run out of gas after coming from the doctor I would never had stopped here. Otherwise, this is a busy gas station that is fine. PLEASE fix this issue!!!! It is not a language issue, I speak 2 languages this employee speaks. Every Haffners, even the other employees at this gas station do debit and let me enter in my code (in fact let me insert my card into the reader and confirm the amount and choose debit and enter my passcode.)

Way complicated to get to a pump. Place is small and the people don't follow instructions, instead of following the arrow (in & out) they park anyway they want making it a mess. I don't recommend it.
