My car looks and smells better than the day I picked it up from the Dealership! This car is a second home to a busy mom with a Two Year-Old. It is the primary car used for kayaking and beach trips. It's had countless loads for the garden and barn too. I've never been able to clean it to my liking on my own. It looks absolutely Brand New! Not only did John detail the inside and outside, but he also did the Engine!!! It absolutely Looks Brand New!!! Excellent value for the amount of work completed. I just picked my car up from Total Recon. My 33-year-old Miata looks like a brand new car inside and out! It’s shiny like a new paint job! Picasso does an amazing job. This is the second time I’ve taken this car in, and I have a Thunderbird that I’ve also taken to him. He does an excellent job and I wouldn’t suggest going anywhere else. My wife and I are blown away with the service we just experienced! Our cars exterior was filthy! I didn’t really read the packages and just said I’ll do the $20 package. When they told us to get out the car and pay down the hallway I was super confused! But then I heard the vacuums fire up behind us I thought they misheard me and was about to give me a more expensive wash! But it was surprisingly part of the package! We waited at the end of the hall and when our car was coming out a crew of 3-4 guys started hand drying our car and cleaning our windows inside and out! Our mouths were on the floor! NO WATER SPOTS!!!! As we left, we noticed they also dusted and polished our interior! Our car is showroom ready! Friendly staff, and absolutely incredible service! I never want to go back to another car wash ever again! I’m canceling my car wash subscription tomorrow! I will drive the 45 minutes once a week to clean our cars!

Don't ask the owner about his tinted windshield!! He flipped out on me when I did.. I just thought it looked cool.. didn't need to get yelled at for it. Edit: it is whom ever has all four tinted windows and has a key to go in the building after hours,so I'm assuming he was management. Must have been an employee with a key to the building, whatever the case he still verbally assaulted me when I asked about his window tint. That's the main point I'm trying to get across here not the fact whether or not he was management or not.

Justin did a fantastic job on my car. He did a two step paint correction, and ceramic coating. He also detailed the inside fully. It came out spectacular. His prices was 1/4 of where I usually take my cars, but with no exception to quality. I would highly recommend Juston/Diamond for your detail needs, no matter how fussy you are. (I’m pretty fussy). He can handle it all, with a smile.

Justin did an amazing job on my 2020 Mercedes! It looked like it had just come out of the showroom!! Very very reasonably priced, and Justin is super easy to work with. He gave me a loaner car so that I wasn’t stranded without transportation while he worked on my car. He even changed out my remote car starter battery because it was low!! Highly highly recommend.!!! I definitely will be going back!

I have 3 dogs that shed and I spend a lot of time outdoors which had made my car very dirty. So I went to Clean Queen Car Wash to get my car detailed for the first time since buying it (3 years ago) and now it looks brand new! I have got to tell you the job Shawn and his crew does on any vehicle is second to none, we send all of our cars to Squeaky Clean and they come back show room perfect and we have sent Shawn some challenges to clean, If you are looking for your vehicle to be detailed then this is the only place to have it done, you will not be disappointed in the care, the workmanship, the attention that will go into the finish product, you will think you just bought a new vehicle, try squeaky clean one time and you wont go anywhere else.....it wont even break the bank because the prices are reasonable

Scott did a phenomenal job putting a ceramic coating on my GMC Terrain. I can’t say enough great things about how this came out!!! I dropped my car off in the evening and it was ready the next day. Extremely quick turn around time. Scott took his time going over the car, asked me if I knew of any imperfections that should be corrected and answered all my questions I had before working on my car. When I came to pick up the car, Scott went into detail of what was done and pointed out some dents and scratches that he discovered and had fixed for me. My tires were also shinned, an added bonus. I will be coming back to see Scott in a few months for an inside detailing. He will be my go-to-guy for anything my car needs moving forward. I highly recommend!!!!

Car wash is great, and I do appreciate some of the workers who do work hard at there jobs making sure each customers gets a clean car wash. But however there are some employees from both locations (West Springfield &Springfield) that are constantly on there phones and they hardly pay attention to customers that come through the car wash. Especially when I go through the starting point of getting my car sprayed down by the employee. Some of the employees don’t put much effort in spraying down each cars that come through. But other than that. I have nothing bad to say about the wash itself. It’s very good. So thank you. And sorry for the 3 stars. It’s only because of some employees that I mentioned about being on there phones and not putting much effort in spraying there cars or paying attention to them

The work that was done on my 2024 BMW X3M 40i was excellent. The film was done to a standard that I would expect and I am going to work with the guys to make any minor adjustments. Need some minor adjustments on the rear diffuser and possibly the console. But the overall work was phenomenal. Love the detailing on the outside. It looks like a brand new, new car if you know what I mean. The inside came out wonderful as well. The only suggestion would be to avoid overspray and be wary of untreated areas. Overall excellent service! I'm a customer!

Had OCD detail a neglected 2003 Harley Davidson wide glide with A-LOT of neglected chrome. Bike was sitting for 3 years in a garage. Guys there took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted done. I was more concerned with quality over speed. Job still was done within a couple weeks. Given updates and was called before any additional work was done when possibly exceeding or getting very close to the agreed upon price with an explanation as to why. Very professional and the finished product exceeded my expectations. I have had some horrible experiences with detail shops in the past. Absolutely no issues at OCD. Very pleased with the entire experience. Will be using them again!! Already scheduled my truck.

I canceled my monthly Platinum pass for my Mercedes because there is ALWAYS something wrong with the car wash equipment, the website, billing issues, etc. Although the staff is always pleasant and friendly, nothing ever runs smoothly. It's quite surprising to me that an organization as large and reputable as Balise can not figure out solutions to these minor issues. It's not SpaceX (aka; rocket science), it's a car wash. Get your act together Balise. 🤨

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service at Alex's AutoShine. After contacting multiple shops, I was disappointed to find that none were available or even willing to accommodate my requests. However, my luck changed when I reached out to Alex. He not only picked up the phone promptly but also assured me that he could indeed help me out. Although he initially offered to schedule my appointment for the next day, I explained that I was only in the area for the day and wouldn't be able to return. Without hesitation, he said, "No problem, come now." I was pleasantly surprised by his availability and genuine willingness to assist me on short notice. I don’t even want to leave one star with how awful this service was. I wish I could leave negative. I had an appointment at 10am and no one was there nor answered my numerous phone calls. They open at 9 am on Mondays, and I was there at 10am which was the time of my appointment, I knocked on the door repeatedly no answer. I called numerous times no answer. Then he answered finally hours later and “detailed my car”. I could have self vacuumed it better myself. Absolutely awful he didn’t even try. Things I easily wiped away myself were left, and he wanted to charge 250$??? For just an interior detail ridiculous. Do not come here save your money.

Excellent, Excellent service!!! I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Josh. This was the second time I met him (two different locations both in chicopee). He went above and beyond to help me out. My car looked like my wife drove it through the jungle and there were no survivors. She actually parked under a tree and every bird in the state had their way with it. I don't know what was stained on it but it was reddish in color and dried up. I don't ever do reviews but Josh you deserve five more stars. Thanks again for your help!

Well I went early morning to get my wife car wash, attendant was nice. My wife car came out great no problems. I went later on and there was no one there. I waited and then I left. Came back later there was someone there, wash my truck, a few spots were miss but no big deal.

Added two more pictures to show what it looks like now...Andrew and his team were great. Answered all questions and was very informative. The car came out great and very happy customer here. I was able to have the windows tinted as well during this time. In my opinion a great choice for ceramic coatings and all your detailing needs.

Doesn't clean the car as shown in the pictures. I purchased the special, which gave me 3 free washes at the $16 level. And each time I went thru wash, it gave me the regular ($14). I texted them, but to avail!

It's gets your vehicle pretty clean. but will not remove bird dropping or anything like that. You will have to pretreat it. Also they will not let rewash you car if it doesn't clean it. I asked and they said it not mentioned too clean like that. If you ask me for $19.00 it SHOULD CLEAN YOUR CAR, NOT JUST RINSE IT!!

Horrendous, made the mistake of not using the self serve side and paid for the “premium package”. Truck came out dirtier than when I started. Tried to call customer service. One number was no longer in service and the after hours number had a full voicemail. Use the $22 it costs for the wash to buy a bucket, soap and a brush and do it yourself instead.

I can only speak for the do-it-yourself bays. This car wash is great for getting winter salt off the hard to reach bits of your car. During the winter, I go here twice a month to rinse off the frame on my truck. The facility is in good shape and well taken care of. The machines generally function as they should, nothing broken. I had an issue one time in 4 years going here, the owner made it right the same day. Run by good people, definitely would feel comfortable with them detailing my vehicle, when it needs it.
