I can’t say enough about how amazing this car wash is. I bought a work van February of 2021 and I haven’t had it cleaned or detailed since the dealership did it. That being said, I called last week to set up an appointment for a full detail on my van. The guy Jeff that runs the place was extremely easy to talk to and extremely personable. O explained what was going on with the van and he was happy to take care of it. Fast forward to today, I went to pick up the van and I couldn’t believe my eyes. That van had a factory reset. It’s good as new, all thanks to Jeff and staff at Premier Auto Salon. Attached are a couple before and after photos.

I wanted my car detailed before our daughter is born next month and premier auto salon did absolutely incredible. The cleanest my car has ever been. The nice gentleman in the office noticed I had a marine sticker on my car and once clarified my husband is in the military he even offered us a discount. Wonderful people who did amazing work.

Our landscaping trucks desperately needed a good cleaning after a tough winter of work. Called Baxter's up and was met with a quick response outlining pricing, options, and scheduling. His van came out a couple of days later right to our shop and left the interior and exterior of our trucks looking brand new. Felt bad putting them back to work after a beautiful detailing. 10/10 would recommend to any business or person.

I am not a member here but use the car wash fairly frequently. I have been happy with every wash I have had there. Two days ago on Tuesday October 29, 2023 I had a car wash early afternoon as it was my day off. I work in the service industry and then I went shopping for the rest of the day and was busy. It rained overnight I had gotten wax in the wash and paid $21 for it. This is The wash I usually get and I am always very satisfied with it. I didn’t drive the car the next day at all until late afternoon It was then that I noticed there were water spots all over the car and I could not see outside of the back windshield. I do understand I had the wash Tuesday, but I was not able to get back there until today Thursday (Halloween) after work I work in the mornings all morning. I was hoping I would get an apology for my car, clearly being washed with filthy water and get another wash. When I pulled up, the guy asked me if I was a member which I am not then I politely asked if I could have a rewash Because the car I’ve been washed two days ago, I was completely honest about that and said there were water spots which you can clearly see, he radioed someone and when the guy came out, he was already shaking his head no and the guy said he didn’t promise me anything and the guy told me he would not rewash the car. I will never come back here and I will tell anyone who will listen to not go there. They were extremely rude, and I can’t believe they would lose a customer who could potentially purchase a membership there because I just moved to barnstable full time now my car is still dirty and I have to pay for another wash at another place. I work very hard and I work in customer service that was unacceptable.

So you commented to see what you could do to make this a 5 star review. I got my car washed and left with it still dirty paid for the highest package to make sure i left with a clean vehicle. Wanted to get it detailed but the people were extremely rude.

After they did such a good job on my F150 I brought in my 2005 Mercedes 350SLK to be detailed. The headlights were completely fogged out and you couldn't see most of the inside lamps. Now look at them, they look new. I did the 4 year ceramic package and they took a 20 year old car that showed its age and brought it back to looking like new. Thanks for another great job Kyle! I had a great experience with DJ. He detailed an older car 2005 4 Runner and basically turned it brand new. Fresh He worked out the stains in the carpets. The car is shiny. DJ was kind and fast to respond to my request. Thank you. I will pass your name along.

Honestly, the place looks kind of sketchy from the outside. Especially since their sign is down. (I drove by the place twice) Because of this, I'm giving them a 4/5. However, they made my car look brand new. I had the whole car detailed for a price that was way cheaper than what my dealership wanted. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

The owner of this SHADY fly-by-night OPERATION is A DEADBEAT who owes tens of thousands of dollars in back rent, taxes and bills! Be very careful if entrusting your vehicle to their care. They most likely have no inaurance and will simply disappear into the night.

We had just bought a new vehicle and the ex-owner was a smoker. The suede headliner was holding the smell and the woodwork was covered in nicotine. They used an ionizing machine and detailed the interior/exterior and this vehicle is now looking like an Escalade should. Great communication make these guys my Go-To for detailing work. This place is totally screwed up from the booking process and a below average wax and clean job . My windshield was still dirty and streaked. When I dropped it off at the detail location 95 airport rd, I was told I had to go back to the dealership on 132 check in there and then they would shuttle my car back to airport road .It's backwards and no one ever told me this . Total chaos .... Never again

I have several friends and associates that have taken their vehicles there to be cleaned and conditioned at Angels Touch in Hyannnis. Everyone of them were thrilled with the results and would return in the future. They all expressed the same words in describing what they liked about their experience. They all loved the scent. They said it was a clean, fresh scent that was not overwhelming. They loved how soft and clean the interior felt to the touch and on the skin. They all were amazed that the stains on the carpeting and/or upholstery were completely gone. Even the engine was clean.

Wow, is all I can say.I drive a 14 year old Range Rover. Last time it was detailed was 8 or 9 years ago. As my daily driver it took a beating, I've retired and decided to clean her up. First, they come to you. Second, Ewerton was right on time, professional and polite. And when all was said and done, the vehicle looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. Crisp, clean, polished, I never thought it could look as good as it does. I can't recommend this place more, I'm setting up for every six months for both my vehicles. Keep up the amazing work, I will pass the word as much as I can.

I got hit in the Hyundai , but I got to bring it in to Angel's touch for repair. I've always heard great things about them, and I have to say... it's all true! These guys are the best! I am so thankful that we found this place!! Im 9 months pregnant, new to the area and my car was is MAJOR need of some TLC. I have an 145lb dog that's a shed monster, and we recently came back from a cross country trip. Every nook and cranny had dog hair. With a new born on the way I was having some major anxiety with putting our little on in the back of the car. When I got the car back it was like a whole new car, and honestly looking better than when I bought it. It was a giant weight off my shoulders! Their prices are very resonable and worth the ammount of attention to detail they put in it! The owner was so easy to talk to and very nice, he found time in his busy schedule to be able to accomodate my short timeline before i give birth! He would call with any concerns and recommend what they can do to make it look even better! My husband and I are very satisfied with their quality of work and their profesionalism.
