Josh is professional, detailed, and very Meticulous. Josh worked on my wife’s car and my work truck. He worked on the scratches on my wife’s car it looked better and shinier than it did when we first bought it. I had my truck detail at a dealership then had Josh do it the next year. I’ve never gotten a car detailed, but I needed to because a gallon of water leaked in my trunk which cause a nasty odor and mold along with a backseat with slime and drinks spilled. After doing research, I contacted Uncle Mike because of his rave reviews. He called me less than an hour later and set up for my car to be detailed that Monday. I got to meet the boss Toby, who is absolutely adorable! I told him how I’ve been interested in detailing, but never had the proper tools. He said he would teach me if I was willing to learn. He took the time to teach me about products and how to use them properly. He did such a fantastic job on my car, the CLEANEST it’s ever been! I’m so happy with the end result. One of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Thank you Uncle Mike, you have a customer for life!

Not good They broke the post that the oil filter sits on. Did not let me know. Now we have to fix it so the oil drains properly. I may have been okay if they let me know when it happened. People make mistakes. But the fact that they did not fest up really makes for bad business. Don’t go there they are shady.

Tyler did an amazing job detailing the exterior of my BMW X7 M5Oi! I went to get a fresh polish and wax for the fall and winter and he knocked it out of the park!! He's also just great to deal with as a business owner. Personable and he communicates well. That was key for me since that can be pretty hard to come by nowadays. I'll definitely be back in the spring for a full detail and I suggest you give him a call for all of your auto detailing needs! One of the best in the business!

He went above and beyond to make sure every inch was spotless, even spending extra time to get out some tough milk stains that we thought were impossible to remove. Just had the ultimate done and had go back to work n when got to work went thru the car n this Is the job they did. Had them vacuum n look still looks like wasn't done. The driver side clearly the passenger side not so much then the trunk when asked them to do it as they weren't going to n just skip the trunk looks like they didn't even move the area where spare tire would be when I made sure car was empty including spare tire.

This place is awesome! For just $22, I got a full car wash, vacuum, and even had my front mats power-washed. I’m not usually a fan of putting my car on the tracks, but they handle it for you—quick and easy.

EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH RESULTS i’ve had my car for about two years now, I drive around my little brother and a dog often so my car was not in great shape prior to this. The outside of my car is extremely shiny. There was a chemical smell in my car that is gone. stains on my seats are also gone. He even cleaned the engine and it basically looks like no one‘s ever driven it. I even had peeling black leather on my steering wheel that had revealed a beige color underneath, he had colored that beige to be black, so it is not noticeable that my leather was peeling in the first place. Lastly, all the items I had in my car were stored neatly in my trunk. I cannot suggest this place enough my car looks brand new!

We made an appointment to have my wife's new car detailed here a few weeks ago. They work was okay (still streaks and some of the door panels were not dusted/cleaned out. What's more concerning is now we are noticing scratches in the digital display panel from what was clearly a dirty towel with sand or other grit in it. You can see it when the sun shines on the panel and it is now pretty noticeable. Up until bringing it to LJs, we had only used a Swiffer duster to remove dust from the display. Would not recommend their service for a newer car or a car that has been very well maintained.
