EXCELLENT experience from the time Cody & Austin picked up my 1965 Buick Skylark Gran Sport. Brian Hunt the owner did an excellent job throughout the week keeping me apprised of how their work was progressing on my Buick. They performed paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF paint protection to protect from stone damage at the front grill/headlamp areas, & the rear quarter panels behind the rear tires. Brian also coordinated the new custom mixed color pinstripes, professionally applied by the master pinstripe king, Mike Ralston. I am blessed that Mike custom striped my car. The paint on my Buick is acrylic lacquer, that is 40 years young. I specifically chose Brian & his excellent team because of their high tech equipment, and their multifaceted expertise. Had a minivan detailed here and I'm very happy with the service. I've never seen it so clean! I dropped it off the day before and picked it up the next day. They only thing to note is they only take cash, and I did not notice a ATM in the establishment. There may have been one, but it's more a convivence thing anyway. The Speedway across the street has a 53rd ATM if needed. Just keep that in mind when you pick up. As for services they did, they did a very thorough job. I know there are a few spots in the T&C that are a pain and they were all cleaned. As a dad of 2, I'm sure I'll be back! Try them out!

I had my ford expedition detailed here. Upon picking it up there was a large scratch in my paint from a polishing wheel. Ed told me I had done it myself, which I did not. He kept repeating that I had done it myself. My power mirrors were also broken when I picked the car up and no longer fold in and out which I did not find until the next day. The car was clean, but it was not worth what I now have to fix. If you take your car here I would recommend a video of your car before you drop it off. Very dissatisfied. I will never go back here.

I couldn’t be happier with the results of the two-stage paint correction and ceramic coating. My BMW’s clear coat was in really rough shape. After Cayne and his team were finished, I couldn’t believe how much more color came through. Top-notch shop, very professional and honest with their time and service. The only place I’ll have my vehicles cleaned. Full details are on spot. Everything is cleaned and fresh when I pick up. Hand car washes are affordable. They vacuum and wipe down the interior of the vehicle as well as a hand wash and dry. If you haven’t tried Scotty’s you’re missing out in a fresh clean ride! Great honest people.

This place is exceptional and beyond amazing. I took my wife’s “kid hauler” with cloth seats (Sienna minivan) in for the full service. I hardly recognized it when it was done. They even took the time to clean the engine. The stained seats looked like new. They literally took the interior apart to clean all the crevasses. The exterior, they buffed out all the tree sap and stickiness. I will be back with my other vehicles without a doubt!

Very well organized. Does a good job I have Lexus and does not scratch it. Also I live in the country so I have a lot of dust and bugs cuz I drive very far all the time and it gets all the dirt and grime off my vehicle. And I love the fact that I'm always greeted with a smile.

I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews, but I feel that this one is well deserved. I have been to this location twice and both times my car has been dirty after paying for the $16 triple wash. Along with my car still being dirty, the older gentleman that was working screamed at me and aggressively pounded on the neutral sign with both hands when the tire belt lurched my car forward (and I was already in neutral). Unfortunately, won’t spend my money here again. Pictures are from the wash I paid for today and were taken 10 minutes after the wash.

Employees are wonderful! No complaint there. Bar code scanner for the membership never works so you have to wait on an employee to come and let you in. Half of the vacuums do not work and the half that are working there are only 1/4 that actually have nozzles on them. The curiosity towels for detailing are ALWAYS only half dry. Guessing this is why the membership is so reasonable….

This place has gone down hill over the last year. Can't tell you how many times I've gone there and they would be out of soap and/or pre soak soap. It used to be my go to car wash for years, not anymore. I have to drive further to one that works properly where I'm not wasting my money on just water

Absolutely terrible experience. Went in with a dirty car, left with severely scratched rims on one side despite being in line with the wheel bay. Not to mention had to come home and scrub the rims myself. 100% do not recommend, will never go there again. Also the credit card reader took 4 tries before it worked. Terrible experience.

Rip off and con artist!!! Irresponsible. Broke my rear view mirror and tried to blame it on the heat. Left inside of vehicle disheveled with tint material everywhere. He tried to make me pay for the rear view mirror repair that he broke. Also the customer in line before me complained about them leaving off her head rests. To add, this guy is extremely argumentative. I hope I never have to go back and get repair work.

Wife just had surgery and I thought it was a good time to get the car detailed. I called to schedule a detail and a guy answers, says he has to talk to his sister about scheduling and will call me back. Okay, but if your a dental place you should be able to schedule me when I call. He calls back, says Tue. At 9am. Doesn't take down my name, nothing. I show up at 9am, place all padlocked up. I wait for 15 minutes, no one shows up. Not a way to do business, as my time is valuable. Stay away from this sketchy place.

Shows up, does good work and is done in a reasonable time. Had them replace my back door that had some frame issues. Called two contractors before who were either taking a long while to get back or never showed up. Employees from S&R were here the next day.

Doesn't look like much first, but, really does a good job. As far as the wash goes, they sprayed the rims with the pressure washer, but still, there was quite a bit of break dust that's left on the rim. Other than that, the staff was nice. They didn't fold my mirrors in though. Cheaper than other places around, so not too bad.

The attendant spraying first is great and it cleans like any other but it's worn down already. Vacuums have no suction, trash everywhere and inside washing pads are worn or I'd rate higher.

It had been a while since I was at this car wash but I was shocked at how high the prices had gotten. I chose the third wash (not the cheapest) and when I went it in it went through the first two or three cycles but stopped before rinse and blow dry. The arrow indicated that I was done and the equipment went back to the start position. Of course, there are no attendents so no one to talk to. I had to go home and rinse and dry off my car as the suds were all over the glasses and the car was streaked. Next time I will go through the extra few miles to Mike's Crew. Would not recommend!

Not a bad car was. Price is reasonable. Does just as good if not better than the ones on 3rd street. Quick and easy to get into. Cleans up nicely without have to still wipe it all down.

Terrible. Machine takes my $20, gives me no change or receipt, then trys to send me through. There's no way to cancel and get money back. Hit the change return and it spits out a nickel, a quarter, 2-$1 coins, and a Canadian coin. Then to top off the experience, the "Don" car wash didn't even take the dirt off. No one there to help, no one answers the phone. Don't waste your time.

I would highly recommend anyone needing a car wash to not go here. There is nobody to help if you have issues. I took my car through the soft touch side and it didn’t clean my car. It was a waste of $18. Just go to crew car wash. At least if you don’t get your car cleaned the first time you can be helped and go through again.

Wonderful local owned business. Had a full detail done on my suv. The guys were all kind and professional. Great price for the service. I did have some issues with the job but I believe it was a fluke incident with miscommunication during a shift change. The owner understood my concerns and made it right. Will use them again and again, highly recommend them! Thanks for great service. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

Brandon is great! I had just bought a QX80 with white leather interior. One of the kids got red red stains in the carpet while on vacation and they got it right out! The quality is superb and so convenient as they came to my work and did it while it sat in the parking lot. They did such a great job I had them come clean my carpets and couches at home. Just updating my review to say I’m still happy and trust MaxEffort Detailing 2 years later. They are like a fine wine getting better and better each time!!
