We now on our way back home to Tennessee but will be coming back once a year to follow up with our 10 year warranty. The service writers(especially Ron) were amazing. Awesome customer service, very fast and efficient with the service of the rhino lining. I brought the truck in a day early and they got straight to work that same day. I absolutely love the rhino lining of the bed and underneath!! I'd recommend ziebart muncie to anyone.

I have a membership so I come obnoxiously sometimes. Every single time I come, every single person is extremely friendly, they thank me, they go out of their way. And of course my car is always clean and pretty after a wash! There's been just a couple times that a couple of vaccums weren't sucking very well but that's the only thing I could complain about but I just moved to the next vaccums that worked. No biggie.

They do a really great job of cleaning your car inside and out and when you go in the morning you get it for half price! I Highly Recommend The Clancy's Carwash on Tillotson Ave. All the employees that work there are very courteous and kind and they take the time to answer any questions you may have. Their detail shop is very good anytime I take a trip I always bring my car back over there and they get it spotless inside and out!! They are a 10 out of 10!!!!!

Muncie Ford dealer wanted to charge me $1500 for fuel injectors. I found it suspicious so took it to Adam. Glad I did. Turns out there was a bad wire to one of the injectors. Saved $1200 by taking it to Adam. If you are reading this take your car there already. Super honest and super fast. Highly recommend

They did a great job on providing information and on performing installation. When there was a miscommunication on my part they worked with me and made it right. If u want high quality products and top-notch service, this is your place! Bass knob looks like it was installed by manufacturer. Installed vibration suppression throughout the trunk and side panels and even behind the liscence plate. Really thurough and effective. Super clean installation and the custom box fits perfect in the trunk. Will definetly come back.

well I paid 15 dollars to get cussed at by the owner for apparently the auto wash is closed but it wasn't blocked off and it clearly took my money and then it never even sprayed nothing on my car and now I got 2 dents for my trouble thanks to mountains of ice on the equipment and I call the number to get cussed at cause I guess im supposed to be psychic and know that it's closed even though it took my money and said drive forward! and I been going to clancy"s for 30 years and until now I recommended it to anyone wanting a good wash but I guess that's over too smdh it's hard to see the dents with this orange paint but trust me there there!!

One of the worst cat washes. You can tell it’s not maintained properly and needs service badly. Half the vacuums are taped and lose suction so you don’t get a good cleaning & the shamoooers are mostly broken, bays are closed and not repaired, & just take your money but the machines don’t work and when you call they’re never available… avoid this car wash
