Especially as a woman, I've gone to other places where I'm talked down to or made to feel stupid. Every location I've been to -- and especially the location on Main Street in Mishawaka, IN -- has been quick, helpful, clear, and affordable. Vance helped me on my last trip, and he was great to work with. I've yet to work with anyone here who isn't, though!

Colin and his crew do an amazing job, from scheduling to pick up they communicate extremely well, and they did an tremendous job bringing my Fiat Spiders paint job back to a better than new appearance. I had light hail damage on the hood and trunk lid, and a lot of etched water spots and bird poop stains, and they got it looking brand new again. I'm an extremely fussy car owner and this was the best detail job I've seen. Highly recommend if you really care for your car. Super passionate Car Guys! You can't go wrong!

The car guys did an amazing job on my vehicle it was so filthy and was not cleaned on the inside when I bought it from the dealer ship. Super friendly owner and staff. Plus a phenomenal job. My headlights orginally had some tint done by a previous owner and smudges due to accidentally spraying lubricant on one and attempting to DIY the other. They fixed it up insanely quickly and for an affordable price they look brand new! I'll definitely be back for further detailing.

We took my Ford Explorer here this week for a full interior detail as a birthday present to myself…and I am beyond happy (and shocked) with how good my car looks! It looks even better than when I bought it from the dealership! My car was awful inside - I’m a Human Mom to littles, a Golden Retriever Mom, a Horse Mom, a full time Realtor (so I live in my car lol) and it was embarrassingly dirty haha. Granger Auto Detail must employ magicians because there isn’t a speck of dust or dog hair anywhere! I will definitely be back again (and recommend them tenfold) 👏🏼

THEY MESSED UP MY CAR! > Bought the 13$ wash with rim wash, It did a TERRIBLE job left all sorts of residue and blatent bugs still on my car. I tried to ask for a bucket of water and soap cuz I could just touch it up and they have nothing. The machine Cracked my Tail piece for my Car. The rims look like someone who can’t see did them. This place is not worth your money and they don’t cover damage for cars over 5 years old? Way to Destroy my brand new car with 1 wash. Legit a wash place doesn’t have soap and a bucket what is this?

I went for a car wash and got racially discriminated and got a charge for trespassing , today Saturday 10/12/2024 in between 3:30 and 3:40 I was drying my truck with a dirty shirt I had from the gym since the establishment does not provide drying clothes or armor all to detail your purchase of a car wash for 49 dollars for the month I had just signed up without knowing they would do this to me or that they did not provide those amenities this is my first week here in Mishawaka I just moved here from Monterey Mexico for work as a engineer for a fortune 100 company. Now I’m worried about my worker visa is in jeopardy for getting this charge for trespassing . I left before the cops should up now I’m driving around town worried I might get pulled over and deported. I will follow up with corporate to ask for the video of the incident I had today . If anyone knows the owners number so I can talk to him personally I would really appreciate it . I added a picture of the spot I was trying to clean before I got told to leave .edited post I just checked and I didn’t get charged for the monthly subscription when I asked for it the only charged me a single wash I’m glad they didn’t .edited post follow up owner commented on how I was treated . I was only there less then five minutes trying to vacuum and detail the truck with the help of two others super quick It’s not possible that we passed the ten minute limit. That being said there was two other buckles doing the same one white man and a black man why does it so happen that the Mexican gets discriminated . Yes i recorded the incident so I can have proof in court just in case I have to fight to hold my legal status for work here in the United States 🇺🇸 I’m 100 percent positive I didn’t not disrespect any one I hope your cameras have audio so I can obtain it if this goes to court .

Got my car tinted a few days ago and was very pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. I was looking to get my front two windows and my windshield tinted. I submitted a little form to get a quote and soon after, Randy called me to inform me of a couple of options and to tell me about pricing. I scheduled an appointment to come in and one thing that was relieving is that Randy at no point tried to hard sell me or tried to hit me with the, "are you sure?". After paying, I received a free ride back to my apartment, got a call when it was ready, and was helped by someone else who was also incredibly helpful and friendly. The tint job was exactly what I asked, I was given a small set of instructions to follow to not mess up the job, and I'm very happy with the results. I'll absolutely be coming back for any interior/exterior work.

In February 2024 I took delivery of my 21 Challenger Scat Pack. While it arrived looking good, it had really bad water spots that had eaten into the clear coat and swirls all over the body. I started the search for a detailer that could help me with these issues. Randy took time out of his personal schedule to come out to my house to inspect the car and give me his Recommendations. I decided to have Randy re-tint with ceramic tint, perform a 2 step paint correction, ceramic coat, and apply ppf to the front bumper, headlights, and side mirrors. He had the car for one week And kept the whole process a surprise outside of a picture of the car after the ppf install. He then put the car in the 2024 South Bend auto show to showcase his work at his booth. The first time I saw the car was at the auto show and I was absolutely blown away. The quality of his work is indescribable and pictures no matter how detailed do not do it justice. The car actually took past in class, which is a pure testament to his quality of work. The ceramic coating makes it so much easier to clean, and the shine is incredibly deep. Even when dusty it looks wet and has an incredible depth to the shine. If you need any type of detail work done on your vehicle I cannot recommend Randy and his crew highly enough! I cannot wait to see what he and his crew can do with my 67 Camaro in the spring!

I had an amazing experience in the line center at this drive and shine. Everybody up top were very friendly and did a great job communicating what was wrong with my vehicle. The bottom technician was extremely exceptional and did an amazing job communicating with the people upstairs. He even came upstairs to fill my tires once he was done underneath. Overall my experience was stellar and I would definitely recommend getting an oil change and any other service here at drive and shine. Great job to the team they have carefully hand crafted for putting the customers needs at the forefront. I would give everybody I interacted with a gold star if I could because I truly felt like I was being taken good care of.

Amazing customer service! Elizabeth was extremely kind and deeply interested in any ideas to better the already wonderful Drive & Shine Car Wash on South Bend Ave. The prices are competitive and offer more than other car washes in their monthly packages. I would highly recommend their Platinum or Titanium memberships. Something that could potentially improve the customer experience is to offer a car spray to freshen up the interior after vacuuming and detailing. 5 stars! Definitely check them out!

We discovered moisture had gotten into our Honda Odyssey minivan third row seats which were down. The tailgate must have not been closed all the way. When we lifted the seat there was surprising mold. The contacted Ziebart and spoke with John. It was very encouraging and informative. My son dropped the car off they did a timely awesome job. The car looks like new.

I decided my car needed a little love before we head into winter in Michiana. I saw Rocking Rays recommended on Next Door App and decided to try his service. We have a white golden retriever that rides in our black carpet interior car and not a hair was found when I got back in to drive away. I was amazed. Jamie and Malik gave me an outstanding service today. I felt a Lil out of place but after talking w them they made me feel right at home. Jamie even went out her way just to double check and make sure I had everything needed and even helped me figure out how to get the most for my money. I have to say I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service as well as the facility. The building is plenty big giving you more than enough room without been crowded. Another great Drive and shine Location staff very easy to get along with very helpful and thorough. They upgraded, the inside Vacuum area now includes the Airline and free Window cleaner nothing to do with this location, but Drive And shine really needs to make a multi vehicle membership I’m paying 30 bucks per car and I have three of them and in the heart of the summer I get the $50 package so I’m out $150

I'm real-life Eeyore, so after my car was detailed I expected to find SOMETHING to complain about.... I got nothing. Josh, aka the human magic eraser, not only was extremely kind, that man didn't leave a spot untouched inside my car. I didn't realize how disgusting it was until I climbed in and couldn't believe how immaculate he got it. I had toddler urine (just being real, we've all been there) on my backseat, mascara smudges on my ceiling, along with camping trip debris, sand, etc.... all gone. The car smells fantastic and it looks 100 times better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. The best part was, he came to me, took my car, and brought it back... Seriously, if you're wondering what sort of gift to buy for someone, you may want to get them a detail. I am SO glad I had this done!

Don't waste your money do not tip! They don't pre spray or scrub tires don't remove snow or ice with sprayer. Then the second scrubbers don't work. They add soap and wax at same time. And it does not rinse. They won't run it through 2 time. They send you to parent company for a quality wash. 2 miles away. Ĵusy go to drive and shine. But take a card They don't use cash.

Do not go here. Supposedly the owner sold out to Drive and Shine. They suck as well. The new car wash on McKinley That's the place.to.go FREE vacuum if you get your car washed there.

Considering this was my first experience with something like this and how some people warned the paint may not match when work like this is done, my expectations were set low on the results. But these guys literally broke well past those expectations and provided results that absolutely floored me. And this was done at a very affordable price too! I went to menards one day and someone put a nice dent and scratch on my back fender then a couple of days later someone pulled out in front of me so I put the trans am in the ditch to avoid getting hit. I decided there was a black cloud over the car and since the saying is the 3rd time is the charm I was going to put the car up until next spring. The car sat for 2 months and I just really wanted to take it for a drive. So I went to meijer to get groceries and pool chlorine. I put the back seat down to load all my items in. The drive was great so i thought the black cloud was gone. I really didnt drive it again for about a month. I went to get in the car and I could smell bleach really bad. I TOTALLY forgot to unload the pool chlorine. The weather had been so hot and muggy during that time, at some point the bottles cracked and started to leak. I started to sweep the carpet to try and start cleaning it up but the vaccum was ripping the carpet. I put my hand down the seat and I could feel the liquid. I decided to tell my husband I thought I needed a professional person to clean it. Whelp the 3rd time was the charm. Forgetting the chlorine I really screwed up my car. I was so upset and mad at myself. I am so thankful Ray asked 1 stop to work on my car. The car is 100% back to normal. New back seat and carpet, the chlorine smell is completely gone and the scratch and dent fixed. The car looks brand new again. I would recommend 1stop all day long. I am beyond greatful to the guys who made my car beautiful again. You would never guess the back seat was covered in chlorine.

Definitely recommend Luxe for your paint correction/ceramic coating needs. Jason ceramic coated my 2022 Toyota Corolla XSE last winter and the coating is still holding up great. Water still beads off every time I wash it and the paint still looks perfect. Jason does great work and has a great attention to detail. Edit for 2023: I've now had Jason ceramic coat my 2023 Toyota Corolla GR as well. Quality is perfect per my expectations and the shop did a great job of addressing my concerns about coating my carbon fiber roof.

We had automated car wash here , service was up to the level with friendly staff. Our car shined instantly after the wash . Only thing I felt they could improve is ,making the wash a bit longer. No scratch or damages were done . Go through their packages before selecting one you need . Definitely coming back .

We had a phenomenal experience with the team at Greg’s auto shop. We had a vehicle that went into the ditch, but was still drivable, but wanted to make sure it was still safe to drive. They got us right in to look at it and were very friendly and honest. They took very good care of us. They let us know what the cost would be for a further repair, but it wasn’t a safety issue and could wait. I truly appreciated their honesty. Definitely recommend! We also watched them work with other customers while we were waiting and they seemed very knowledgeable and very trustworthy.

Soapy Sam’s is affordable and does a great job getting my car clean. My most favorite part of the experience is the vacuum is free! Yep, Free! I would go broke vacuuming my car because I spend about 30 minutes with the vacuum. But here, I don’t have to worry about that because it costs nothing. I highly recommend Soapy Sam’s :)

Car was still horribly dirty after. Reached out and they responded to insult me. Yes my car was in neutral and as if I can't see a giant green go sign and know when to exit a carwash. Paid $22 For a wash yesterday including my tires which came out dirtier then before I went in. Once again emailed and no response and they don't answer the phone either. Note to add this is my second experience that looks this bad they never even responded the first time. I decided to be a glutton for punishment and give them a second chance since they had "claimed" an upgrade to their equipment. Not at all. He also failed to mention they had an employee power washing the parking lot which made it impossible to even get out and look at your car upon exiting.
