Levi is a miracle worker! Had a long scuff/scrape on driver’s side of my 2016 Sonata and it had only been washed twice in the past 5 years as you can see in first two pictures. The last are after Levi worked his magic. It’s a car I’m proud of again. I purchased my car July 2021, it's a 2014 Chevy Sonic Ltz Turbo. I've had a lot of mechanical work done in the 3 years since purchasing it. Except getting her motor cleaned, as you can see from the picture my cars engine looks brand new, I keep raising the hood to look at her. I’ve been to several self car wash’s around Lawrence and this is by far the best. Pre soak actually sprays consistently and the pressures always good. Several others around Lawrence have inconsistent pressure and pre soak comes out in spurts. You actually feel like you get your moneys worth out of a wash here. Highly recommend.

My first manual car wash. Got there during a Saturday afternoon. All the bays were empty, and clean. I have a new-car with ceramic coating, and hence used my own ph-neutral high-suds foam spray by Chemical guys. Went there for just the DI-water, which worked well. They accept credit-cards at each of the bays. Once you start, the clock keeps running until you are done, and the credit-card is charged accordingly. I haven’t been to another manual car-wash, and so can’t comment about comparisons. One less star, as it doesn’t allow use of personal buckets.

We wash has always done an excellent job on car washes so I brought my truck in for their underbody rust protection treatment. They went above and beyond in cleaning up the surface rust that was beginning, and the film they applied to the underbody looks great. It looks just like when I bought it. I’m including some before and after photos of the frame rails. I highly recommend them.

Took advantage of a chilly but sunny day to take the ol' car for a bath. Ben and his industrious colleagues rolled out the red carpet and made this a great experience. They quickly unstuck a clogged vacuum and even washed our mats for us. Clean, tidy, top notch car wash with friendly and professional staff!

Last week I had the best car wash ever. Our family had just returned from a National Parks road trip to South Dakota and needless to say, our Highlander was very much in need of cleaning, inside and out. Turns out, in talking with Ben, he's from there too, and he gave us great customer service and even said I could drive through as many times as I needed until I was satisfied with getting all the road trip "stuff" off our car. We did go through multiple times to get off the last of the baked on bugs, and wow does our car shine! Then we vacuumed out the whole interior and it looks great. Ben even walked over after we were finishing up the vacuuming to check in and make sure we were satisfied. What customer service! We will be back!

Ashton was amazing to work with and did an absolutely phenomenal job. I’m a first time mom and when a mouse got INSIDE my vehicle I absolutely spiraled about diseases they carry and couldn’t drive my child until my car had been disinfected(the mouse had already been trapped and removed). Ashton heard my concerns and my tight time schedule and was absolutely able to meet my needs. I will never recommend anyone else. He also adds little details that I think are great at the end of his job like leaving cards and an air freshener with the business information on it. His work is superb, the prices are AMAZING(I know because I called and look at the websites of a ton of places). Ashton himself is a great person who was always polite, professional, and respectful. Book your detail with him ASAP! This car might be cleaner than when I bought it off the lot!

A little pricier than I originally thought, but the end product was just WOW. Worth every penny. Better than the day I bought it, just like Ashton guaranteed. He spent 5 hours working on my car at my home to get all the ridiculous amounts of dog hair out, and he did an extraordinary job. He was prompt and on time, he met me right after I got off work. My 07 looks like new and smells pleasant too, like to the point where I don't want anyone but me in it. The price was reasonable as well. I'll most definitely go back.

This place is horrible. They dont know what there doing so its basically a carwash they offering. The lack of professionalism is so apparent from the owner and the employees steal things out your car hoping you dont recognize it. I would never recommend this place to anyone if you value your vehicle . If I could rate them negative...I would.

James did an incredible job on my car. Got full tint, no extras, and he killed it. It’s been less than 24 hours and the tint is already almost fully sealed and spotless. I could totally believe the lifetime warranty. He was super easy to work with, timely, true to his projections on completion time, and did fantastic work. I will be coming back in August for windshield tint and ceramic coating because of how well he did the tint. Def recommend his work for anyone interested in any products from Cecil’s Auto Solutions!

These kids do not pay attention. It's bad enough they have made the car wash business into a monopoly and charge you what ever they want. The girl asked me to pull up and just as I did the guy infront of me begin to talk to her lowering his window. She then told me to put in neutral and my wheels were caught going up and down. She didn't realize she had the sign on the side of "neutral." I'd never had thus problem down the street at mccordsville. I will never come here and go there. All the scratches and nicks, will they pay for damages. I down it. One star is really a minus star.

I purchased an Ultimate wash on Sunday night, after driving from North Carolina. I had a heavy layer of dirt and grime from the hurricane and could barely see out of the windows. The car was cleaned well, but when I got to the hotel, there was still deeply ingrained grime on the hood. I returned to Mike's on Monday morning and explained my situation. Joycelan completely understood and she and Samantha physically mopped the hood before running the car through. It shined! Joycelan ran over to me before I drove away to make sure I was satisfied. It was beautiful and so are those two employees! I hope their supervisor sees how wonderful Samantha and Joycelan are to their customers. They mopped away the grime of the hurricane and also made me understand there are good people in the world!

I had a great experience. I drive a medical commercial bus / RV and got it washed/ exterior clean. He made it look great and it looked great at our event this past week. If anyone out there has a commercial type vehicle, and wants to get a better wash than at a truck wash (blue beacon), Dr Detail/ Tyrone is the go to imo.

Just want to give a huge shoutout to US Detail. They went over and beyond and I couldn’t be happier. I bought a 2012 ram 2500 that need some work so with that being said I sent it to us detail. They did a full paint correct and detail. Couldn’t have turned out any better. They were priced better than other shops and on top of that were super easy to get in contact with. Indianapolis Auto Spa is absolutely the best. They made my 2012 E350 look better than it did when it was brand new. I would totally recommend this business to anyone in need of bringing their car back to life. They perfectly replaced my rear window tint. They successfully removed old tint on my taillights that was pealing off and polished them back to their original shine and brightness. And the best of it was Indianapolis Auto Spa put a 3 year ceramic coat on the car that looks spectacular. They do great work at Indianapolis Auto Spa.

Without leaving a very long story on the review board, I didn't appreciate the quality of work that was done on my car, nor did I appreciate the attitude I received from Terry (the "overseer" of the workers at the front (blue uniform) and John the manager! I went there to get some drops of paint off my car from accidently being splashed by a construction company I drove past in Manhattan. The guy in the back, who directs the cars into the wash, did not take the time to pull my car aside and try to take out the paint first. I felt kind of rushed. I felt that my car should have gotten special attention BEFORE going through the wash. But all the guy kept saying was "Yes, we'll wash. If its still not out, then talk to the manager, ok?" Fine! Then I expect for the paint to come out, but it didn't. When the car finally got to the front, Terry so-called helped me by getting his workers to wipe it off but they didn't do a good job. I had to get his attention again but by that time, he got a bit irritable with me, which I didn't appreciate! I understand that he has other cars to work on but mine needed more attention given the circumstance! If that's the case, there should another overseer?...Anyway, I asked to speak with John and get help from him. I did appreciate the time that he took to make sure the paint was off and gave me advice on how to maintain the exterior but all that should have been done BEFORE going through the wash. And when I told John about Terry, all he did was defend him without any empathy to my situation. I had to waste my time and my money being there and didn't care for the attitudes that came with it!

I came in on Sunday I was happy to find a hand car wash near by, but as I was waiting for my car I sat down and saw a cockroach on the shelf. I told the girl working. She came over and had to dispose of it. Then as I was leaving to pay again another cockroach this time by the register on top of the gum. I felt sorry for the girl behind the counter as she stated she was new. Hopefully she is being compensated. I don’t know if I’ll be back as it was gross to see. Please do better

He arrived exactly at the time i made the appointment. He came with everything he needed and after helping him position my car for the best location to clean. He quickly got to work and did not stop working for 4 straight hours. Regarding the service everything was as good as i have ever seen from other providers, the car looked like new and he even tried to fix up a couple of minor damage locations without me asking. Also his prices are very competitive and i don't think you will find a better service in this area, maybe a few that are equal but he did the best anyone could have done considering the car is 7 years old and has 50000 miles from all snow areas.

As a car enthusiast I have expectations with my car and don’t like taking it to just any old shop. I have taken all my cars to one place and one place only for window tint! (Not including other services like ppf or sticker decals, etc) High professionalism, does the job in a timely manner and takes pride in the work. I’ve been called and told hey this took a little longer than normal but I wanted to fix some imperfections in the tint first. 10/10 would recommend. Fair price for how good the quality is.
