Just fantastic! He did an amazing job on my Toyota RAV4 - totally spic and span, even with the year-long sheddings of a chunky pug inside. In fact I booked fur cleaning, but he didn't charge for that because apparently it wasn't to much -- thank you! On top of that he seems like a really nice guy. The only downside is the place was a little hard to find for a first time customer. Now I know where it is, though, I'll definitely be going back.

I’m very impressed with the work of this gentleman. I hate to pay the price of car detailing not ever knowing what it’s gonna turn out like. Honestly after having it done here, I honestly feel privileged with the quality and attention to detail he took. Our seats and floors had stains that he was able to get cleaned and literally every detail of dirt in all the crevices were cleaned. Every time I’ve ever took a car to be detailed it’s come out seemingly half done. Not here. He went as far as putting a care package, cup holder inserts and ozone the car without me ordering it. It’s truly makes me proud to see a small one man shop preforming such quality work! Thanks Man!

Absolutely phenomenal. I could talk all day about the actual detailing and the results but I want to focus on Gray himself. Yes, he does use very good products, and the results were beyond anything I was expecting. My car is now somehow in even better condition than when it left the lot with 8 miles on it. But I wanted to talk more about Gray himself. He is extremely friendly and professional. I was first very surprised by the fact that the phone is a direct line straight to the owner, and he answered the call and all texts himself. He was able to tell me what I would need, and even better, he told me what I *didn't* need. That was enough to convince me to try him out, and the experience did not disappoint. I was extremely pleased by how meticulous he is, and I've never been to another detailer who puts such effort, care, and attention to detail into whatever job he's doing. He was more than happy to explain each step of the process to me, and was even happy to give me recommendations and tips for daily maintenance of my car. I must state that I am very meticulous about keeping both the interior and exterior my car spotless, and I think Gray is the only person I have ever encountered who has managed to exceed even my standards. I will definitely be back, and he has my wholehearted recommendation. It doesn't matter if you drive a Honda, a BMW, or a Ferrari. If you love your car, I definitely recommend Gray Market Detailing. Ziebart at Lafayette, IN is a very customer friendly place. I recently went in because the remote start on my car got deprogrammed because of a car battery change. Even though I had not gotten the remote start system installed at Ziebart the lady at customer service was very helpful and got a service technician to pair the remote system. I was out of there in under 10 minutes! Great customer service with a smile! I highly recommend Ziebart for any after market car work.

CB Mobile Detail has traveled to my home a couple of times for my wife’s vehicle. I’m a detailer myself and have very high standards(I quit detailing as I have several businesses and time is no longer available for my hobby/passion.). I didn’t tell him any of this before arriving as , he told me he was new to detailing. I wanted to see how he did, with no expectations. Been here many times for a quick interior clean. Today 5/22/24 I took my car here, wasn’t dirty by any means just needed a good wipe down & vacuum. I was there a total of NINE minutes. As I was driving I noticed there was crumbs still left multiple places, visibly dirty areas of my leather seats. They took my trunk weater mat out, washed it & dried it but didnt take the one inside the car out and it was left visibly dirty. Very disappointed to say the least. These photos are AFTER getting it “cleaned” I would say it looks the same as I brought it minus an air freshener smell and the front mats vacuumed off.

Absolutely extorting drivers. Needed a simple rinse off of a virtually spotless trailer for a shipper, Charge of 85 for reefer + 35 for water disposal fee. Absolutely insane. Washout took less that 10 minutes. Do not come here unless you want your wallet pilfered.

AJ's detailing did a great job detailing my Infiniti QX80. When they were done, it was like new. Great customer service. They make sure you are comfortable if you are waiting there for your vehicle to be completed. They also do a great job of keeping you posted on the process. I ended up receiving double the service with them. As his wife does t-shirts and other things. I needed shirts done for the weekend and she did an amazing job getting the done by the Friday and I ordered them the Tuesday. Please see attached pictures for bothering services. Thank you for amazing service. FYI I got the truck detailed the Tuesday, the pictures were taken the Sunday after driving the vehicle the Saturday.

We're in town for a fiberglass camper rally and we wanted to wash our old girl up. We pick this place because it was the closest to the State Park Campground, and it has tall bays to accommodate our camper. Wow, this is awesome, 12 bucks! Wash all you want, free everything. Great place. I wish we had one back where we live.

Cleaned my car really well for cheap, the products and high-pressure rinse helped my car a lot and the vacuums did quite a bit for the sand in my chairs. Whenever I paid twice they offered a refund and were very kind on the phone.

I always loved going to crew car wash off of State road 26. They opened this one by our house and I was really excited. It was okay at first. I took my truck through about 5 times, give or take one wash. Then all of a sudden it was an issue. My truck was “too wide”. I asked why trucks wider than me were able to go through and not me. I also told them I have already been through there several times. Basically, the manager talked to me like I don’t know anything about vehicles. I just let it go. However, I noticed that trucks bigger than mine, with wider tires than mine, are still allowed through and they are using the unlimited club lane. I guess spending money for that is the only way you can get your truck washed. My truck is stock height and maybe the tires are a hair past the fenders. Stock rim size and a tire size that is just one up. My second issue now is my wife’s car. The first scratch happened last year. This was on the hood. I should have just came back another time, but I chanced it. In front of me, they allowed a Tahoe that was covered in mud and debris from roof to the tires. The debris from that got stuck in the brushes and probably caused the scratch. Yesterday, we went through about 8:30 on the way home. I wake up the next morning and find these scratches on my wife’s car.these were definitely not there before and recently done. They are also too randomly placed to not be a car wash scratches. Customers definitely need to inspect your vehicle before and after washes at this location! 30 dollar wash just cost us hundreds in damage!

This was my first time at this Crew Carwash location. It’s easy to find. The staff members were friendly and the wash did a good job. I liked that the vacuum bay that I used had a hose on both sides, although one of them didn’t have good suction. It was a good experience overall.

Came for a car wash and came out with a missing running board end cap. Completely disappeared in the wash. My theory is one of their side spinning brushes caught in my vehicle’s running board trim, and the force was enough to yank off the end cap. Sure manager initially assured me they would make it right, and even gave a signed statement. However, customer service is now backpedaling, and completely denying responsibility. Their fallback claim that their equipment is “state-of-the-art” and will not damage vehicles. Must be completely living under a rock because countless dissatisfied reviews online. They’re also telling me “You’re the only one who complained that day”. Equally absurd—vehicle size, shape, equipment cleanliness, and brush motion are all variables that make this logic meaningless. Besides the wash itself is terrible. Very noticeable hard water spots and streaks. Noticed a few new clear coat streaks after the wash as well. If you care about your vehicle, avoid this place at all costs.

I purchased the Gold Wash, on the automatic side. What a joke. Barely any soap. Truck is still dirty. I will not be back. Also, the flashing strobe from a previous review, is probably the red stop light. It was rather annoying.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to to this carwash to try their services out before getting a membership. I checked over my car after the wash, as I always do with any wash, and found paint damage. There was no formal claim form to fill out, responses were untimely, and I received their own footage showing there was no prior damage. Ryan, their regional manager claims there is damage prior to the wash when there is not. Apparently, he doesn't have contact information for anyone higher than himself either. I will happily attach their own footage showing there was no prior damage and then provide what their wash did to my car that they refuse to replace. From my experience, choose Crew. The first four photos are prior to using their wash. The little black smudge is not the area of damage. The area that was damaged was on the front fender where the 2 different plastic pieces connect. See the last photo for the damage after using their services. I won’t be surprised if I do not get any response because I’m sure they know their wash caused the damage.

I went through the car wash twice on the same day because it came out so filthy after the first time. The attached pictures are after the second time through the car wash. It is the only time during the month of December that I went through the car wash. I requested a full refund for December and they refused to give me a refund. They offered a discounted rate for January but who wants to pay for a car wash that doesn't clean your car? They will not even partially refund the monthly fee.

Went for an ultimate wash for back to school and they were extremely nice. We came back a second time after realizing the back hadn’t been washed all the way and they let us go through again! Unfortunately, my cars shifter was being weird and wouldn’t get me get into neutral and the shifter locked so they rushed into action and stopped the washing to help me restart the car and put it into neutral. Overall kind of chaotic but they handled it professionally and quickly! 5/5!!

Great car wash for me. Friendly staff who seem to enjoy their jobs. I would use the Unlimited program but I have 2 cars and only one driver. The wash coupons make better sense for me. They are good on either car, depending on which one I drive and get covered in bugs!

No complaints at all. $10 for all you want wash and vac (per vehicle, per visit, of course) Got right in on a prime day and time in the middle of winter (48 °F at 5:30pm on a weekday) Attendant was on-site and greeted me upon arrival and answered all my questions. Wash bay had soap, cleaners, wax, etc on all wash options that I tried. I didn't use the foaming brush. Sprayer had plenty of pressure for the high pressure options in the wash bay. I didn't use the vacuum's although it is included on the $10 unlimited self serve deal. I don't know how well the vacuum's work but I would expect they a at least decent to good based on my wash experience. Over-all great deal for the quality and effectiveness of the wash bays.

Rest assured that if they change your oil, they will take care of issues related to the oil. I took my truck to them about a month ago for an oil change. The truck developed an oil leak yesterday, so I went to them to ask if they could check ir for me. They replaced my oil pan plug, and topped off my synthetic oil. And they did that at no charge. That's old time service you seldom experience anymore. Thank you, Oil Changers.

I really wish they would put their huge “car wash closed for maintenance” signs in the lane of the carwash right next to the road so people don’t pull into the lot wanting a wash just to get stuck in the awkward layout of their lot trying to get out. It’s one way and pothole galore so it’s an absolutely fantastic time getting out of here. If the signs were visible from the road it might help people like me from even pulling in, because with how they have it you must pull almost all the way up to the wash to even see that it is closed. Kind of annoying.

I've always hand washed my car. However it's rather time consuming and I won't use a brush car wash. One day I thought what the heck I'll try this touch less wash. Paid $11. I was impressed by how well it cleaned the car. I've never seen any other touch less do so well. Time of this post I've used it 3 times and will continue to use it.

Asking for an honest mechanic these days ain’t easy. Jose and his crew are that and more. I stumbled upon Automotive Solutions when I was looking for a second opinion. I bought my 2015 Subaru Legacy new in 2014. I’ve driven it for 10 years and lots of issues from the start but all in all it’s been a good car to me. I was on an 8 hour trip, and two hours in, my car started having problems. Everywhere else in Lafayette said it would take 3 days at least to look at it, but automotive solutions said that they could look at my car that day to tell me if it was safe to drive and see if they could even fix it that day. Everyone was nice and helpful, and my car was fixed in just a few hours. It seemed like a great community with many satisfied customers, and my experience was also amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Ivan did an amazing job. He guided me through the whole process after I had a rear ended accident. The before and after of the car looks so satisfying. Ivan quoted me a price and then the had to do some extra work as they started to dig in the job, yet he charged me the same price which he quoted at first. Reasonable price with great quality delivered. They do what they say at this store.

What a nightmare it has been. I took my wrx in to have some light front end damage repaired. The work seemed to take forever. When i was told my car was finished i arrived to notice the work was terrible ( dust particles under/in the paint, and sanding swirl marks all over the hood under the paint) and requested the issues to be fixed. After a couple days i went to pick up the car and it had maybe 5 less flaws then before. 👏 I needed my car so i took it that day. About to months later and the paint on the bumper was flaking off here and there, so i took it back in to have that fixed. I highly doubt they repainted the whole bumper so ill be expecting flaking paint again in the next couple months, not to mention there are sanding marks under the paint all over my hood still. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

** Avoid at all cost ** My car had a collision on the front right bumper. The bumper rail got impacted and slightly bent + radiator leaked (so it had to be replaced). I towed my car here for a repair according to a recommendation of the police officer. After 14 days, I got the car back but they did really poor job at repairing (especially aligning the frame; see pictures). They could pull just a little further to make all parts aligned, but chose to deliver me anyways. The impact I got is minor as you can see from the picture of frame under hood. Complained about the misalignment and all they did was putting glue & trying to make side and front bumper stick together. The glue lasted but only for a couple of days. Went back again to and was told to pay more for a repair. I obviously declined their offer.

The guys working are young, but don't let that fool you because they know their stuff. They had me laughing, they explained in full detail of the services I needed and they even changed my wiper blades I'd previously bought but hadn't put on yet.
