2018 - For me service is as important as quality. Having previously had my car detailed in Indy and been less than impressed, I wanted to try a local company. In my opinion, this area offers limited auto detailing options. So I did some research and decided to go to Top of The Line. First impressions do matter and when I email a company I expect a response within 24 hours. If I do not get one then I move on and don't look back. It's usually a good measure of how much they value their online customers. It took less than 24 hours to receive a reply and I dropped by car off the next day for an exterior detail and headlight restoration. When I picked up my car I was impressed with both the detailing and restoration. Jason, was very accommodating and responded very quickly to my questions. 2020 - I'm baaaack! I wanted to try their services at their new location. I got the ceramic wax and I must say, it is the best wax treatment I have ever seen. Service, well that's a different story; it's EXCEPTIONAL!! Even better than the first time. They offered to let me drop off my car and take me to work and pick me up when it was done. That is the perfect solution for someone who has to work all day. Everyone is very friendly, including the owner, Zach, and they all seem genuinely appreciative of my business and that is something missing in most businesses today. I really cannot say enough good things about my whole experience. I will be returning in the fall! 2021 - Another visit, another great experience. This is the 3rd different car I have trusted with Top Of The Line and I wouldn't go anywhere else! 2022 - yep, back again. Same great experience. Cannot recommend Top Of The Line enough. Great service and detailing! 2022v2 - Brought in a Stinger this time which had some mysterious road grime that had defied all my attempts to remove it. They were able to remove it and apply an amazing ceramic wax. Best place in town, bar NONE! 2024 - Another year, another trip to Top Of The Line! This time I upgraded to a 1 year ceramic wax and it looks fantastic. Great service, great price, great product!

I may be biased, but I have a beautiful 2007 Ram 3500 that's been garage-kept with only 110,000 miles on it. It's a great truck and I love it to death. I knew it needed clay barred and waxed, and I don't have time. Doc's took care of it wonderfully. It looks about as good as you could possibly get it unless it was brand new off the showroom floor. The price was very reasonable and I'll be taking my business vehicles there four times a year to get taken care of 👍🏼

Went for a $22.00 mega wash this morning and car came out filthy! Would have been better off just using my hose at home it would have done a better job. I’ve always heard good stuff about this place and the first time I try it definitely not impressed

They Definitely did a poor quality job on my car. I was a inside detail only. I have a brand new car. They was mainly sanding dust in it and some a little bit of dirt. Its still dusty and the dirt is still there. For $150 detail. You think it would be spot less. Those are only a few pictures.

Interior in front and back seat were detailed accurately. The windows were not touched and neither was the trunk. Reached out and asked if those were included. Never got a response. Not the best experience.

A couple things could be improved. I travel on the highway and the bugs don't get cleaned good. The dryers could be better, my car is NEVER nearly dry. I LOVE the vacuums being free with your wash. That's a nice perk❤️

I ran my car through crew car Wash it ripped my Valve stem off and then grinded my back rim About $1200 worth of damage. Filed a claim and was told it was my fault for my valve stem cover Even though their own policy doesn't even say anything about valve stem covers, It gives a vague definition of aftermarket parts. If you love your car, don't take it here or a $15 car wash can turn into $1200 in damage. -0 Stars both thumbs down.

Friendly attendant, but very hard water. Never had worse water spots. The card readers should just charge for the time you use instead, of shutting off and charging a flat rate each time. The warning buzzer is insufficient at best. That stinks of a scam to me. Imagine all of the gallons of hard water wasted here.

We use the self service more often, and it is better than your average self service place. They even have a dryer you can use, where most self service bays don't. The laser and pro touch washes are okay for alternatives to full service car washes. We mainly started using this car wash after crew car wash started to damage our truck trim.

Dropped the vehicle off on a Monday at 4. Was told the vehicle would be started soon,he was almost done with current customer.told me pick up would be next day🙄 24 hrs is really long for a detail but..Tuesday came,was told Wednesday.text Wednesday inquired abt status no answer.called later Wednesday abt 8pm at this point we need the vehicle bck done or not! He answers, sd give him 30 min… picked up at 930pm. Basically vehicle is clean/smells great. Unprofessional.so many other places that can detail for $200 and won’t take 3 working days🤷🏽‍♀️

I never understood paying for a good detailing, but after having it done I immediately returned with my wife's car. He does a great, thorough job. Our vehicles look and feel new. You'll appreciate a clean vehicle more, treat it better, and components will last longer.

Over the last 15 years I've brought mine and my wife's vehicles here, even after moving out of town. I've been that happy with the work. His prices are fair, and his work is outstanding. Many other people I know who have aftermarket tint put on deal with bubbles int he tint eventually. 6 vehicles later we've not had one. How they have anything other then 5 stars I can't understand.

Stopped by after breakfast to try this place out. The best thing about it was the cool looking way it washes but was disappointed at the outcome. Front window didn’t get clean. You can still see the outline from the wipers that was there before I got there. Same thing with tires. Soap was still dripping from the mirrors after the wash down. I didn’t expect perfection from the brushless system but I did expect better than this for $16.

Paid for the 16$ wash. Everything was all good until the spot free wash. Spot free wash barely came out, the heaters came on for 40 seconds. I didn't get my hood like I wanted to so I backed up 30 seconds left, the dryer stopped. I wish I would have known rather I back up or not if I could get the jeep dried thoroughly. EDIT: I forgot to mention the wash did a good job. Thank you from the owner for making it right!

Car had road dust on rear end and around the lower half. Wash was finished and 90% of the dirt was still on the car. Emailed the owner, he said he would give me a refund. It's been a week still no refund. Emailed him again, no response. $13 wasted.

Lost my money to the vacuums. No suction whatsoever. Update- owner contact me and wanted to fix the issue that was no fault of his own, to be honest. Would give Customer service 10 stars if i could. Definitely be back. Ty josh

Highly recommend for a fast, quick, oil change. They top off all fluids, check tire pressure and make sure your wipers are good. They went above and beyond. Super friendly staff.

Went here for my oil changes from the time I started driving until I had to change to a leased car (part of lease policy that I go to another shop). I loved knowing I could go in with little confidence about cars and not have to worry about being swindled. All of the employees were always professional, gave thorough explanations, and I love what they’ve done with the car wash now.

What a phenomenal job! Bryce was able to turn a 15 year old Jeep Patriot into a brand new looking one as if I had just driven it off the car lot. I was ready to go show this thing off at some car shows! The only wash this car received prior to this was when it rained. Also, it's never been detailed up until now. I kept telling my 16 year old daughter I was going to give it to her when she got her license, and she would just scoff at me. Now she won't stop bugging me and can't wait to start driving it. It's hard to find a good touch less car wash especially when your new to the area. This is a good one. It has a long dry time of 90seconds. The only thing that could make it better is it having a membership. I didn't see one for it.

Owner is pleasant, however when my son and I went for quote, we were told that it would be about 3 days before we could get the design we wanted put on my son's car, here it is 1 1/2 months later and still no word of when we can get this done so I think we're going else where.
