I had my 11-year-old Ford Focus detailed at Marty’s, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! My car had seen better days, with crushed goldfish crackers, gummy bears squished into the seats, and drip stains on the headliner from a leaky sunroof. Dog hair. Messy. My car looks brand new! They even made the cloudy headlights look new. The guys there were not only professional but also super friendly. They made the whole experience a pleasure. Horrible management wouldn’t stand behind their work. Told me he “ain’t gonna” rewash for that. 30 year customer lost. After owner change…… I gave them a shot. New photos are what equipment did to fender flares. Owner initially made up for it, but has yet to follow through. Several attempts already made on my end. :(

Went through the car wash & came out with damage to my bumper. Spoke with Jimmy (the manager) & he said they will not cover any damages considering nothing malfunctioned inside the car wash even though I had NO DAMAGE PRIOR coming to this car wash. i’ll NEVER return

As the review before this suggests, there was a mechanical issue with a component of the wash, likely the tire wash/shine brush. It caused the paint on the front bumper of my car to strip off, just in front of the front wheels. Initially, I wasn’t sure if it was the wash or not, so I went through the process again the next day. Surprisingly, the wash repeated the same damage, albeit slightly higher this time. I reached out to them through email, made multiple phone calls, filed a claim, and even visited the wash to speak with a supervisor. However, I was consistently told that Jimmy would call me back the next day after each interaction. Finally, I called this morning after going over a week without a response. During the call, I spoke to Jimmy, who dismissed the paint stripping as a “malfunction of the wash” and claimed that it wasn’t unusual behavior. He even suggested that my front bumper had been repainted in the past due to “swirl marks” (which is a common occurrence with automatic car washes, especially on black cars like mine). As a former car detailer, I know what normal operation looks like and what doesn’t. While I was willing to accept swirl marks as a trade-off for convenience, I am not willing to accept significant chunks of paint being stripped off my car. Jimmy claimed to have reviewed the footage and found no damage in the wash. He also asserted that no equipment could have caused this type of damage. Fortunately, I have photographs that clearly show the damage that occurred at their car wash. I asked Jimmy over the phone if they or their insurance would cover this damage since it was verifiable from their car wash. However, he refused to consider it. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise caution when using this car wash. It seems that their only recourse is to sue if they damage your car.

Hinton Detail is worth every penny. Nic, and Nicole went above and beyond for me. I am by no means, knowledgeable when it comes to cars or anything to do with them. I was impressed, all the way around. They even worked on a Sunday afternoon, to ensure I would have my car on time and did not miss work. They both took the time to explain every single detail to me so that I knew what was going in the process, and why. I will admit I thought it was a tad pricey. After everything they did I understand now. The level of knowledge, skill, customer service, and actual kindness they brought to the table is worth it. **Edit** The response thus company gives is to call a number to "resolve" issue.this number is an automated line and does not connect to any real customer service line. I have emailed and called the corporate number 3 times as well with no response*** attempted to get my car washed today. paid $22. no water came out but the brushes swept over my car resulting in bad scratches and a still dirty car. I pulled over to speak with someone about it and the staff told me "good luck getting a refund". they said I could run my car through "as many times as my heart desired" but I wouldn't be getting a refund. I explained that I did not feel comfortable running my car through a clearly defective wash that has already created multiple (and visible) scratches. they handed me a card with an email to corporate and said "maybe this will work". If you value your car, paintjob or rims i 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCAM.

First take 5 car wash I'll give a low review to. I have an unlimited plan and use them all over the country and regularly use another locally. This one tore my factory power running board off. Thankfully miss Megan the regional manager was there and immediately made it clear it wasn't their fault, they don't cover running boards, she was surprisingly unpleasant to deal with and they did a lot of hiding in the office. They did have me fill out claim paperwork and refused to provide a copy or any contact information. I will say, the other poor young girl that must be the local leadership was trying hard and was very nice given the situation. Edit 11/13 - Some additional story. As expected they refuse any claim I have for damage because their sign says "no running boards". What really gets me is that I can't get a real person to contact me just to discuss this. They hide behind emails and won't reach out in person. I did ask them to cancel my membership (annual on 2 vehicles) and they went straight away to losing me as a regular customer vs actually calling to even talk to me. Don't believe the responses to the negative reviews, if you call that number it's difficult to get a person. I'm not sure if others have had better luck but all I wanted was to talk to a person and be treated like a human being.

My experience with Southern Indiana dent repair occurred around August - September 2022, my car was brought into VOELZ body shop in Columbus Indiana. My car had gone through the hail storm we got a month or so prior. The quote was for 4700 and some change. I don’t know how much of what happened was VOELZ fault or southern Indiana dent repairs fault. When I went to pick up the car. It was covered in little black spots that felt like some kind of puddy. It had what looked to be pencil marks all over it. Some pencil markings were black, while others were blue. There were obvious places where something had been suctioned to the car,(my guess is some kind of light). In some places it looked like they had just ran water on the car to try to get the blue pencil off, but it was just ran all over the paint. I was told by the owner of VOELZ that the car came in exactly like this and that was the way it is. I personally didn’t feel like I was being unreasonable.I understand that they have to mark a car up to identify dents. I just wanted the car at least to be washed off. VOELZ contacted Southern Indiana dent repair, as I was told, the owner came out and washed and buffed the car. I didn’t think it was necessary to buff the car because i had already done a paint correction on the car at home. After I was contacted and told I “was done a favor by have the extra work performed”, I picked up the car, frustrated, and brought it home. I was sad to see, once I got home, there a couple holes drilled in the car. One in the hood and one in the quarter panel. Not plugged, every hole that was used for access was scratched and deformed. I was tired of the back and forth at this point and just put the vehicle on the back burner, it stressed me out to look at the car knowing that all this work and it still isn’t right. I don’t think I will ever do business with either place again. I would be very wary of doing business. And make sure you do more than just glance at the work performed.

Not sure what's happened to this place. It used to be clean waves and was well maintained, not anymore. No towels and many vacuum stations do not work. They used to always have two people to prewash your car. Now, they have one person who seems annoyed at having to even lift the brush. Guess it's time to look at another place to become a member. I guess the owner just doesn't care about quality or customer experience. Well the owners cared enough to reply. Too bad they don't care enough to actually fix things. Tried to go through today whole thing is shut down and the still have broken hoses etc.

He offered me a great car wash deal and Keagan sprayed and washed my rubber Matt's. The car wash was very clean. I come here often and is my favorite. I drive from Clarksville and pass up 4 other car washes just to use Whistle Express.

I was immediately disappointed when I realized the car in front of me got special attention. She got a really nice spray down over the entire front of the vehicle at least. I thought this is nice, some attention- thinking I’d get the same service. The young lady sprayed my car only on the driver side of the front of the car and the windshield for a total of about 10 seconds before my vehicle started moving forward. I paid for the top package, receipt and date shown. There wasn’t a single car behind me. The tire shine must be low, because I have spotted tires. The back of my car is still very dirty. Overall, I’d be happy if I paid 15 dollars. The car needed washing. I’ll do it myself next time when I don’t have the baby in the car.

This place is awesome. I bought a used acura from here and this was hands down the best experience I've had. Mr. Carter was friendly and kept the car until the next day to address concerns I had. The car was ready the next day and he was super helpful with explaining the process for registering the car for my home state. All off the mechanics were friendly and even topped of some fluids before I drove off the lot. If you're looking to buy a quality car or get work done I'd recommend this place from my experience!

I recently had my 2005 lotus Elise detailed by Ramon. He did a fantastic job. I specifically asked for a deep clean since I believed the car had not been detailed since 2005. Roman went above and beyond by spending additional time to clean all the small areas that only someone with extreme attention to detail with notice. He takes a conservative approach to polishing which I prefer for older or high end vehicles. If you explain what you’re looking for, he can deliver. Overall, I highly recommend his service. Had my car detailed. It was okay. They took longer than quoted and when I called they said it was “much worse than they expected” but at no point did I set expectations? I don’t have kids but had recently been to the wildlife sanctuary so my car needed the detail badly. Mostly heavy duty vacuuming though. They were unable to get any of the light stains out that I’ve accumulated over the years, left a weird pink fuzz everywhere, and used something on the front floor matts and peddles that made everything extremely slippery. My foot slipped off the break several times on the way home and now I’m terrified to drive it until my husband can get whatever they used off. Lots of small missed things as well. I’m overall happy with the vacuum job but $200 is a lot to spend on vacuuming.

I have a Ford F150, Ford Explorer, and a Cadillac Deville that I’ve been trying to find a place to get them washed. I like them so much I signed up for the monthly wash club. I have a 2010 Focus, did not remove stains and still a lot of dirt …including a before and after. Is this normal? Thanks Thank you for reaching out to fix this. I still think about this detail that cost $235 but didn't remove stains, didn't clean the cup holders or gear shift, the trunk and door jams were still dirty... I bought the car used and for $235 I expected it to look new to me. I hate to leave such a bad review for an obviously small business, but I still think about this every day and don't know how to delete my whole review. Maybe this will help someone else that's on a budget like me. There's one guy that I talked to who was nice and I don't want to hurt their passion, but this company ripped me off so bad. They probably have customers with clean cars to begin with and a simple maintenance clean and wax is all they ever need but this is not the place for older cars with years of build up and getting charged $235 for my little car... I'm still so disappointed that I paid so much and for such a terrible job. The before and after are hardly different. They did reach out right away and try to fix the issue but I'm not the kind of person to trust a business that left my car like that and still charged me the highest any detail would ever cost. I expected my car to look brand new but I still looks the same and I still look at the stains every time I take my floor mats out to vacuum. I'm saving up for a new car now so I'll get over this eventually but I couldn't leave a 5 star review just for them having reached out and being polite. They did a bad job and I'm still hurt over it.

I picked up a new to me car from the dealership and knew it needed some TLC. The whole experience of dealing with Lindsey and Lindsey Auto Detailing was fantastic. They did a walkthrough of the vehicle with me and recommended services that would suite my vehicle without pushing any expensive service on me. They were super friendly and easy to work with. They sent pictures and videos throughout the processes and kept me up to date. When they were detailing the car they pointed out some flaws I had already known about. They didn't try to upsell me or make broken promises about trying to fix it. They simply informed me of it and gave me options. They got the car back to me in the time they promised and in better than expected shape. I highly recommend this place. You don't need an expensive sports car to be treated right, they treated me like a highly valued costumer and I brought them a 7 year old Ford.

This review is very delayed, but I got my car cleaned a few months back after my dog got car sick. I was a little embarrassed at the state of my car even though I tried my best to pre-clean the worst of it. They did such a great job and made my car look better than when I bought it! No judgement from them whatsoever and extremely affordable compared to the other shops around that charge minimums which give tiny car owners the short end of the stick. Will use them again in the future whenever needed and have already recommended them a couple of times to others who are thinking of getting a professional detail.

About two weeks ago, I had my car detailed primarily for a liquid spill (Sweet Tea) in my front passenger floorboard that smelled awful. The bad smell increased by the day & I was really worried it would mold/mildew if not addressed. This odor really stressed me out considering I hadn’t even owned my car for a full year yet. So, I tried cleaning on my own but knew I needed professional tools & unfortunately had limited time to dedicate to the needed clean since I had to work. So the night before I received my car detail, I found On the Spot mobile online & booked an appointment & called about my concerns the next morning. I love how they come to you but I didn’t know how big their vehicle was or how much room they needed for the car detailing & was concerned they may block parking at my apartment. However, they were able to do everything within two parking spots with no issue. (See pic) I was so happy to get booked so soon & the detailer, Ben was so nice & patient with my concerns & paid extra special attention to the Sweet Tea spill & i was very happy with the immediate results. Despite the improvement, Initially after the detailing I thought I could still smell an order but Ben suggested to wait for it to dry & call him, if needed for a Re-do. He recommended I roll all windows down & allow the carpet to air dry but assured he’d be back for a Re-do & offered as many re-do’s as needed, if I was not satisfied. I really appreciated his helpfulness and we were actually going to have him re-do the carpet, for good measure & were scheduled a few days out. However, through the weekend, I actually forgot about the spill & didn’t smell any odor once the floor was completely dry. This was such a relief considering my car being so new. So, I’m very happy with the whole process, their business model & the official outcome. I have already recommended On the spot mobile to my family & would definitely book them again!

Karen was great to deal with, so nice and helpful. Brandon did an amazing job, the car looks like glass! I couldn't be happier with the results. Went in for a detail of my new vehicle and decided to get the ceramic coating (3 year). My car looks new. I did not even know the paint was a shimmer-black until they cleaned and coated it! The engine was covered in dirt and they took care of that too! The inside needed a deep clean and they did a phenomenal job. Amazing service. I cannot recommend enough. I had nothing but great experiences before the new ownership took place. I had been bringing the same vehicle for the past 5 yrs. I had been a loyal customer bringing both my vehicles there to be cleaned. One day one of the rollers got a hold of one of my windshield wipers and broke it internally. I was told to take it and have an estimate to fix it. I took it to a Ford dealership and they wanted 500.00 which covered parts and labor. Me knowing that it was too much, I decided to explore other options. I informed Ms. Rhonda that I was going to purchase it online and take it somewhere to have it fixed. I seen the owner one day when I was getting my truck cleaned and he brought out a tool box like he was going to fix it himself or I was lying. After he realized he couldn’t fix it, he proceeded to tell me that he wanted to pay for it and how much did I want because it had been going on for too long. I informed him that I wanted to get it fixed first and I would let him know. I finally found a part without the wiper motor for roughly 58.00 dollars plus shipping. Labor was 125.00 and hour since I didn’t buy the part directly from them and it took 2 hours to fix. I go back to get my truck wash Saturday and spoke to Ms. Rhonda and she said the owner told her we had agreed that I would take 100.00 in FREE car washes which was not true. Ms. Rhonda tried to have me sign a document stating I accepted the free car washes and I declined. He made a statement to Ms. Rhonda that he could not believe the roller did that damage. Messed up thing is the same day the rollers snatch the front grill off a gentleman’s brand new Dodge Ram truck valued at roughly 90,000 dollars. Saturday, I brought the part that was replaced to the car wash for him to acknowledge that fact that I was not lying. Today I go back to talk to him because it did not set well with me that he assumed I was lying and the fact that he told her we made a verbal agreement and we didn’t. Ms. Rhonda informed me that “He” stated that he has bent over backwards for me and nothing was going to be done. Since the new ownership, business has declined, prices have went up, and the own avoids taking accountability for anything that may happen. I informed Ms. Rhonda that I will take my business elsewhere and everyone that I have encouraged to go to this establishment go somewhere where their cars will be appreciated more

Last time I went I had a good experience. Not so much, this time. I chose the most expensive package and it was a little extra since I drive an suv. Around $30 which was fine. I also tipped $5 because last time they did a good job. So I figured they would this time too. Unfortunately, they did not. Everyone was nice which is why I gave a 2 star instead of 1. When my vehicle was done I went to drive off and realized it didn’t look like anything had bn wiped down or vacuumed. I told a gentleman that it was still dirty. And I showed him. He was very polite and they took it back through to vacuum it. When it was done he said some things just weren’t coming up. My vehicle was still dirty but he was nice and I wasn’t going to hold them up. I appreciate that they tried to help. But I paid to have it cleaned so I wouldn’t have to. Now I’m wiping my seats and cup holders off while I sit in the parking lot at my son’s school. Lol. The staff is great which is why I hate writing this review. But the service wasn’t there. The photos I attached are after the second vacuuming. Under no circumstances was I expecting a detailed car. I just expected everything posted on the sign. And I did not get that.
