On the inside of my car, I had dog pee, my own pee (don't ask), Orange Fanta and dirt spilled all over my floor and seats. Over the phone I asked Noel to shampoo the front and back seats (fabric) and to do the carpet. He did that, AND hose down my rubber mats, detailed in the buttons and the cup holders a little bit, and buffed out an old scrape on my fender with a little lacquer thinner. My car's interior smells and looks new. I was charged $50. Thank you again, Noel!!

I had my car detailed at H&K back in February 2019. I was not very happy with the service. When booking it over the phone, they told me it was going to be super clean and looking great. I feel like I paid $150 for a basic glorified car wash. I will not give them my business again and wouldn't recommend. There was still dirt all over the inside. The interior and seats are cream leather and all dirt is noticeable so it was surprise to see all the spots that were missed. When they came out to show me the car, there was dirt on the side of my leather seats that one of the cleaners casually wiped off with a very dirty towel he used to clean everything else. The tires were still all grimy and he tried to clean them all right in front of me after I asked him to. The mats were dirty so I ended up washing them myself at my house. The engine compartment did look clean and wiped down. ~ I really didn't care about that at all. Overall, not impressed.

My girlfriend and I both have the highest tier membership here. Today she went through and her mirror twisted off partially. She went to go tell one of the guys working there (not even rudely or asking them to pay for the damage) and he say “and?” She decided maybe it was better to speak with management but apparently nobody was there. And the employee continued to speak rudely to her. Guess it’s a lesson in how you’re treated if you notify the staff of anything malfunctioning. Who knows if it got looked into. She canceled her membership and I will be doing the same. 2 stars because all my other trips there over the past year were fine. Edit: apparently they reviewed the footage and saw nothing. Probably because they reviewed footage from 20 days prior. They said I added the review 20 days after the fact but I added it the same night it happened, while sitting in the same spot she told me about it. I’d like to know where they got their information from. If they want to know when it happened they can look at the day this review was originally posted.

I've been going to the Car Wash in Hammond Luke car wash since i got my car in 2021,So I decided to try out this one I got a FREE $20 wash just signing up with email & phone # and WOW I really clean my Car good shiny, and it smelled good going thru it n got the tire shine looks great! Free vacuumed and Clean place with Music playing while i take my time drying it. I think I'm going to take the 20min drive to go here now from now on.🖤🌊😎

I was recently looking for a detail shop that I could trust with one of my new cars. I spoke to the owner, Aaron and the service manager, Mike. I made an appointment to come in and see what services they offered. I was looking for ceramic tinting and ceramic coating. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kelly and Mike, they were eager to answer all the question I had about their services. Very friendly I went there upset because I bought some paint and the place did not put the top on right and the whole gallon wasted in the passenger side of my rental. Worth every penny! Sometimes when you get a good proper cleaning, your vehicle just runs better. It’s a noticeable feeling. And that is what’s happening right now. My truck feels SO much better now. This is far better than I ever could’ve done, especially in those tricky crevasses between the seats. These guys know how to detail! I will be back for sure!

Kinda pricey for a self serve car wash, especially since the equipment is kinda run down and questionably maintained. I gave 2 stars because they take cash AND card but be warned- I paid cash first then tapped my card to extend the time and it charged me for the time I payed for in cash too! It wasnt worth my time to fight and get the $3.50 back. Also, I had water spots all over my truck so either they were out of whatever they put in the machines for the "spot free rinse" or the equipment is faulty. Could just have very crappy water too so if you care about how your vehicle looks be prepared to dry it! Parking lot is filthy and cracked/pothole ridden.

Awesome car wash! Relatively easy to get to, clean, and spacious. Many bays allow for little or no waiting time for hand wash. They can brake large bills for you and the change machines give you quarters. Minimum deposit to start the wash is $2, I deposited $4 and had plenty of time. They also have several automatic washes but I didn’t get a chance to go through one of this just yet.

The best prices that I could find within a 60 miles radius. This man and his wife SERIOUSLY worked wonders on NOT ONLY my car, but my boss personal vehicle & the work van! My seats were so horrible I was embarrassed to even show them, but without hesitation they got to work and got it CLEANER than I thought they would. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They did an excellent job on my Chevy Traverse. The interior had many stains from 4 kids. All of them were removed. The exterior polish made my vehicle shine like new. Would definitely recommend them.

I really wanted to like this company because it was local and I had seen it there for a while. Never heard of anyone going there and now I understand why. I paid $200 for an exterior detail and when I went and picked the vehicle up not a single door was opened. Not a door jamb was wiped down and there was a definitive line of what was waxed on the rear bumper and what wasnt when the rear hatch was open. Definitely won't be a returning customer and I would compare the detail to what you get from a 10-minute Porter wash at a dealership. The owner claimed he's out of town and didn't get to go over the vehicle before he left. Once he gets back in town he said he'll take a look at it. I ended up going back to the shop knowing this and talked to his employees who all said that he told them not to open up the doors or do the engine bay even though that was part of our agreement. We'll see what comes with that but I shouldn't even have to go out of my way to have it looked at again after paying that price. I'll update here if anything changes.

Had a screw in my tire. Tire loosing air...Very friendly staff didn't try to make me buy a used or new tire. Patched it, $20.00 plus tip. Was there probably 15 mins if that long. Please do business with them. They did not try to take advantage of me cause I'm a woman. I will always do business with them. Did I mention It was on Sunday. Thank you so much!

While the workers were friendly, I showed up to pick my car up and had a few issues with water spots on my interior windows still they took care of them right away but what I couldn't see so much in the daylight I seen on my way to work the next morning I had TERRIBLE smudge and wipe marks on my interior windshield. I chose not to put my floor mats in that's day but the next afternoon I noticed a musty smell in the car, as I'm seeking the source I come across my floor mats in the back of my car that are quite damp still but nothing was ever said to me. Truthfully I would spend the 50 dollars extra to go to a different detailing business. Not impressed at all with the job that was done, especially for the price that I paid

Came here to wash my MIL's car. Basic wash was $5 and the fancy wash is $12. Machine you pay takes card or cash. A worker hangs out by machine in case you have issues or need help. Washer does a good job of cleaning. There is also a bank of vacuums located outside for customers. Can be used by any customer free of charge. Been here a few times, been pleased each time.

Sam is a professional young man with a great work ethic. He was so willing to work with my schedule in order to get my van cleaned up. I have 3 kids and they all play sports. Took my car in for detailing, the person I purchased the car from was a smoker and in my own attempts I had not been able to remove the odor and staining. But they were able to clean it and remove the odor. It looks and smells like a brand new car, even though it's 5 years old. The outside wax that he did was awesome and you could tell they knew what they were doing. Not a detail was missed. Very happy with their work at a good price.

I come to this car wash frequently since I have membership. Well after today's experience not any more. So everytime I came they used the power spray hose to hose off the front , sides , and back of the car. Every single time as the part of car wash! unless it was broken. Today at evening hours was busy time with a lot of cars ,the employe was young blk man . He directed the cars with the phone in front of his face . When I ask him why he is not spraying off the car with the hose he replies:"That's not my job unless I get a tip".😮With this kind of employees with the very rude attitude , I dont know how long they want to stay in business. Iam definitely contacting the management to let them know how disrespectful this employe was and switching my membership somewhere else. I wonder if anybody from this company reads any reviews and if they even care for their customers. Seems like a lot of bad reviews are piling up :(

There seems to never be receipt paper at the pumps. The tire shine at the car wash hasn't been working for a long time but now the car wash isn't working at all. I'm probably not going to drive out of my way to come here anymore.

Brought two different cars here, first car tore my back bumper off and when I reported it the said nothing they can do for me since my car was rusted and old when it was a brand new car. Second time my wife car was scratched up with deep scratches and her car was new as well once again they said nothing they can do if you go here have a lawyer ready because they damage your vehicle and don't want to have nothing about it

This place is something else. When you go to drive your car in the carwash tunnel they have 20 different random things printed out and taped to the wall that they arent responsible for as far as vehicle damage is related. So imagine my suprise when I notice the plastic on my center console melted and bubbled with cork stuck to it where I set the cherry scented air fresheners they hand you. I didnt see anything about the airfresheners on the signs. I went back and said something to the manager. They told me there's a sign, it's just in the tunnel when you're inside. So a 3 cent air freshener is probably gonna cost me a few hundred dollars to fix now.

My car was damaged going through this car wash ! It ripped of my Rav4 tire cover ! I felt rushed through ! They knew my tire cover was ripped off because there were two guys inside just rushing me through! They said nothing until I got home and realised my spare car cover was gone .. it costs $200- $358! They rush you through!
