Impressed from the very first phone call. Team is very laid back and did a great job answering all of my questions for my first time having window tint done. Just picked up my Fiesta yesterday and super happy with the results so far. Facility is well kept and you can tell they care about doing quality work. Had my new Camaro only a few days and SOMEONE (TBD) backed across the right front leaving some obvious scratches. Was lucky that car already had a clear plastic covering on the bumper areas. My Baby was able to remove the old plastic, touch up the minor paint scratches and reapply new plastic. Joshua and Sal did a great job and were good to work with. 😎

SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! It takes a lot for me to make the time to take everything out of my car. I received a gift card towards detailing and decided to use it a few weeks ago. Was the effort to get everything out fun or easy? Totally not. Was it worth the effort? Absolutely yes. Would I do this again? Without hesitation YES! I am sorry that I do not have before pictures. Lemme just say I do a ton of driving and have never had my SUV detailed in the 9 years I have had it. But when I picked it up at the shop, I was amazed at the work they did. Check out the pics! Looks like brand new! They vacuumed everything. They removed stains from the seat. They actually cleaned every nook and cranny I looked at. I am so impressed with their care and treatment with my car. These guys are professionals who totally take pride in their work. Are they the cheapest? Maybe not. Are they worth the money? Yes yes yes in a heartbeat! And they care tremendously not about my car, but about me as well. Try them out for yourself! You will not be disappointed. End of word vomit. Mic drop.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Ziebart Greenwood location. I paid $440 for an interior detail and exterior detail service. I was not satisfied with the quality of the detail. They didn't vacuum behind the rear seat, the windshield is smeared on the inside, the inside of the wheels and wheel wells are filthy, miscellaneous smears on the outside where it looks like a dirty rag was used to wipe it down, the WeatherTech floor mats are very dirty, and there are bugs on the bumper and the hood. I want to be clear that I specifically asked the woman that checked me in yesterday morning if they had the proper tools and cleaner to clean WeatherTech floor mats properly, and I was assured that they had everything they needed and the floor mats look horrible. When I use the cleaner at home, they get completely clean and are clean and black when finished. My husband and I went inside to talk to staff and were directed to a dark-haired young man who came out and looked at the truck and told us "we don't clean wheel wells, or the inside of the wheel, and the detailer probably didn't know to vacuum behind the seat. What you're paying for with the exterior detail is actually 'paint protection', not so much the cleaning". My husband remembered that he knew a man that works there, Chris, so he went inside and asked him to come out and look at the truck and we were told basically the same thing. He offered to have the vacuuming touched up on the interior. He told me that if I wanted the kind of detail quality that I was expecting, I'd have to pay a detail shop at least $1200. I told him that I felt the wheels and exterior could've been cleaned better at the drive through car wash and I could've done a better interior detail in my driveway. I began pointing out the bugs that were still on the front of the car and I looked up and saw the woman who had checked us in that morning (I don't remember her name but she was slim, taller than me and has medium-long dark hair) barreling toward my truck, almost angrily. Which was jarring, but I started pointing out the bugs to her and she immediately had the worst attitude. She told me that every bug I was seeing was chipped paint (you can see in the photos that this is not true, they are definitely bugs). I gave up at that point. I told them I was leaving because I felt that the attitude of that woman was not reasonable at all and completely unnecessary. Why would a company advertise an "exterior detail" and then tell the customer "the exterior detail is more 'paint protection' than a cleaning service"? In a nutshell, this was a poor quality detail and horrible customer service.

Jerry and Sarah are both great! Have taken multiple cars I’ve had here over the years to get lights sealed and paint treated and each experience was awesome. The cars come out beautiful. They accommodate you quickly and are very flexible. Way to go guys! Just had my 3rd or 4th car down today there! Unfortunately Jerry was on vacation but Rageanne was awesome! My new 330’s tinted windows turned out really slick! You guys always do a wonderful job!

Where to start? We have 2 memberships and pay over $60 a month for each. For starters, Kopetsky needs family plans because their prices are outrageous, especially for the quality of wash you get, which has gotten worse since they installed the power washing system at the end of the wash tunnel. Power washers belong at the beginning of the tunnel, not the end. Now, there is excessive amounts of water being poured over your car at the end of the wash tunnel, which pretty much renders the dryers useless. I used to be able to dry my car off after a wash with one towel and now, since the power washers were added to the end of the wash tunnel, my car comes out of the carwash so wet that it takes two or three towels to dry my car. They need more or better dryers, especially at the prices they charge. The dryer mounted from the ceiling at the very end of the tunnel hasn't worked for as long as I've been going to this location, so why have it? The side mounted Buffing spinners at the end of the drying tunnel bounce off my brand new car very hard, which is also very concering. Do better, Kopetsky!

I had an excellent experience at Squeaky Detail. This was my first time ever receiving a detail. I asked that they focus on the interior of my car while also providing a simple exterior clean as well. I was blown away by the professionalism the team provided. They made sure every aspect of my car was spotless. I previously was experiencing a smell in my car which they were able to take care of completely.
