I was recently looking for a detail shop that I could trust with one of my new cars. I spoke to the owner, Aaron and the service manager, Mike. I made an appointment to come in and see what services they offered. I was looking for ceramic tinting and ceramic coating. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kelly and Mike, they were eager to answer all the question I had about their services. Mike took me on a tour of their facility, and right away I noticed how clean and well organized they are here. I opted for the full detail package. The results were nothing short of stunning! My car looked amazing! Their attention to detail was impressive. My car was meticulously cleaned and polished by their technician, Jim. Jim was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about his work. Kelly kept me updated with texts and photos throughout the whole process. My ceramic tints are exceptional. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my whole experience at Attention 2 Detail. The combination of exceptional customer service and impressive results has earned them a loyal customer. I Remember Why this is My favorite car wash. I stopped at Tsunami with My Mother today to wash Her Car. The Manager on Duty is the 💣. He is Extremely Professional, Takes Pride in His job🤙 I've Spoken with Him before as He was more than Helpful & insisted I wash My Mother's New Vehicle at the time due to a Previous situation that He Immediately & Happily Solved. I saw Him interact with His employees. They seemed to really Dig His Vibe. Any worker can Appreciate a Boss Who Shows You Respect. While the workers were friendly, I showed up to pick my car up and had a few issues with water spots on my interior windows still they took care of them right away but what I couldn't see so much in the daylight I seen on my way to work the next morning I had TERRIBLE smudge and wipe marks on my interior windshield. I chose not to put my floor mats in that's day but the next afternoon I noticed a musty smell in the car, as I'm seeking the source I come across my floor mats in the back of my car that are quite damp still but nothing was ever said to me. Truthfully I would spend the 50 dollars extra to go to a different detailing business. Not impressed at all with the job that was done, especially for the price that I paid

I will not be returning. The machine didn't take my debit card so I payed 20 dollars cash and in the process of waiting for my change the wash had timed out.So not only did I loose my money but I didn't get my wash either. The next day I call and spoke with someone he said I can come in and get my wash and change I made sure I got there before the time he said he leaves and he was gone before I got there so then I called back the next day now no answer smh.

Incredibly friendly helpful staff. Every worker made us feel like we were the only customers. It was very busy today too. No wait, fair prices, honesty, and integrity. This is my 2nd time getting my truck detailed here, and they bring it "back to life" everytime! I try my best to keep it vacuumed and wiped down, but with kids, stains & shoes marks are bound to happen. My truck has the "new car" look to it every time it's detailed here. The nicest touch is that they offer to drive you home to wait, instead of waiting at the shop while it was cleaned. I will continue to be a repeat customer here! 🧼🚘🧼🚘

I got my fiancé car detailed for our anniversary and was amazed at the service until we checked the car and noticed they broke his interior light and passenger side mirror refused to play the tapes back and management never returned any calls. The car looked great but damage pissed me off because it was minor and they denied everything.

Came here to wash my MIL's car. Basic wash was $5 and the fancy wash is $12. Machine you pay takes card or cash. A worker hangs out by machine in case you have issues or need help. Washer does a good job of cleaning. There is also a bank of vacuums located outside for customers. Can be used by any customer free of charge. Been here a few times, been pleased each time.

On the inside of my car, I had dog pee, my own pee (don't ask), Orange Fanta and dirt spilled all over my floor and seats. Over the phone I asked Noel to shampoo the front and back seats (fabric) and to do the carpet. He did that, AND hose down my rubber mats, detailed in the buttons and the cup holders a little bit, and buffed out an old scrape on my fender with a little lacquer thinner. My car's interior smells and looks new. I was charged $50. Thank you again, Noel!!

I had my car detailed at H&K back in February 2019. I was not very happy with the service. When booking it over the phone, they told me it was going to be super clean and looking great. I feel like I paid $150 for a basic glorified car wash. I will not give them my business again and wouldn't recommend. There was still dirt all over the inside. The interior and seats are cream leather and all dirt is noticeable so it was surprise to see all the spots that were missed. When they came out to show me the car, there was dirt on the side of my leather seats that one of the cleaners casually wiped off with a very dirty towel he used to clean everything else. The tires were still all grimy and he tried to clean them all right in front of me after I asked him to. The mats were dirty so I ended up washing them myself at my house. The engine compartment did look clean and wiped down. ~ I really didn't care about that at all. Overall, not impressed.

I took my 2019 Jeep Cherokee to this establishment for a professional detail, and I absolutely was not disappointed. My car looks better than when I had first bought it from the dealership. First time there. Our regular touchless car wash was down, so we decided to use the $5 off coupon for Crews Ultimate car wash. We were a little nervous... I think it took less than 3 minutes to go through. Cost us with coupon $17. Which I think is a little high. My husband checked the car over. He was impressed that the car wash got the break dust off wheels and also did a good job of cleaning the whole car. We will go there again, but not regularly.

Jesse was super sweet but I’m disappointed in the price like… $11 for basic when that’s basically the ultimate at my usual place. And like no free vacuums?!?! Like whaaaaa. My vehicle was damaged here 7/28/2024, the staff watched a light fall on the roof of my vehicle and had me fill out an incident report and admitting the car wash was at fault. I was told at that time, there would be a resolution in 2-3 days. As of 8-20-2024 the car wash has not contacted me, the manager will not respond to my emails, and each time I call the phone number I am told I need to wait for the “higher ups” to call me. It seems they do not care to take responsibility for the damaged caused by their facility. EDIT: After being given two different email addresses, two different phone numbers to call, and even an approval for the damage claim from the car wash, they have continued to no respond to calls or emails and there is still no sign of them repairing my damaged vehicle. It has now been 1 month since my vehicle was damaged.

Do not go here. If you don’t listen and proceed to go then just get the basic wash because that’s all they will do is a basic job. I spent $25 bucks here for an ultimate wash and still found myself having to vacuum and clean the inside of my car afterwards. Then they tell you everything that requires them to work is considered detailing which requires an appointment and cost 100 even if it’s included in the package you purchased such as vacuuming good and simply wiping the dash board. This place went down so much. I haven’t been in years and was reminded why I stop going. If you want a good wash that’s actually worth the money go to Portage Car Wash.

I had my brand new car messed up bad by another detailer and made a post online looking for a good detailer to fix. I’ve known Ben for years and he reached out to help. Not only did he absolutely make me fall in love with my car again he made it look nicer than it did when I purchased it! Ben was very thorough and explained everything to put me at ease. Ben went the extra mile to basically restore my Toyota Camry to looking as if it just came off the showroom floor. Van Drunen did a great job making my interior look new again. I drove into the northwest Indiana area for the holidays as I have done for years. Unfortunately my oldest daughter had a craving for sushi, so she thought gas station sushi would full fill her craving. Yea it did satisfy her craving but then 4 hours later filled my back seat. Made the call and Johnathan got me in the next day. He was efficient and thorough with the detailing. If I need them again when I come into they will be my first and only choice.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Mike is the man and took extra care to work around my schedule to get my truck done. The entire process was simple and easy. And the quality of work is unreal and I'll let the pictures speak for themself. Mike even took the time to work with me to go over detailing products that I will be using on my truck to keep it looking good. on September 25 my Lexus blew a tire and I was referred to butter slick to get a used tire. The gentleman help me with a Michelin used tire and it looked good in the tread and I paid $60 but when I arrived in Maryland and used it for a few miles the tire blew please see pictures highly disappointed.

Riley at the front service desk is AMAZING! I’m not just sayin this yall! An experience everyone should enjoy! He has great conversation topics and gives amazing advice for your wait time! If it gets too quiet too, he even sings in such a soothing voice that comforts as you wait sometimes! I've been coming here for over 20 years and most often get the same service.....a mini-detail. I actually drive 20 miles to come here. Lately it seems like every month I come in, there is a new upcharge depending on which person is managing that day. While I appreciate the quality of the work, the recent random erratic price changes are going to make me look elsewhere. I miss the days when Mary was manager as the work was much better and pricing was consistent.

The early bird special is ONLY $6 before 9a or after 6p AND that still includes the FREE vacuum, mat washer and shampoo. OMG!!!! I wash the car here every day. It's quick and decently priced. I really wish they would have the option of self wash garages and not just automatic only. Also, I wish they would stay open 24 hours.. but it is what it is. Think I'm just spoiled to my car washes in Baton Rouge, LA. LOL

Absolutely terrible. Crew Carwash in Merrillville IN put a crack right down the midline of my windshield. They deny any responsibility. I have image and video evidence of my completely perfect windshield going through the car wash and then during the wash my windshield cracked down the midline.I filed a report on scene with the manager. They got back to me 10 days later stating they are not liable or responsible and then completely ignored my responses through email and phone. Will be taking them to court if they do not replace my windshield since i luckily took a video while entering the wash showing there was no prior damage to my windshield. They say their wash equipment cannot do this but i clearly seen a rock in there wash rollers that was banging against my windshield through the wash.

Car wash was great, the employees were cheerful and nice. My only complaint is the price of the vacuums for non members. $2.00 for 8 minutes then you can add minutes for $ .25 a minute. The detail air compressor on each side of the car bay are great. I'll try out the membership soon.

Went through the auto wash, it did a great job cleaning my SUV. The line moved fairly quick as well. The one thing that I didn't like or expect when in the middle of the line, was that the machine was credit/debit card only! Last time I went you could pay cash!..Now..Id rather get quarters and do it myself!

I scheduled a mobile interior detail and could not have been happier with the results. The team showed up on time, and was ready to work. They paid outstanding attention to detail. I have two dogs who ride in the truck regularly and it was covered in dog hair, after they cleaned it was spotless. They provide a mobile service which is great for a busy person like me. The team applied a leather treatment on the seats to make it hydrophobic, so next time there is a spill it’ll clean up easily. The genuine ceramic coating on the interior gave it a matte finish and is supposed to help protect it. It made it look like it was straight from the dealership. I was very impressed to say the least.
