Was a little skeptical at first, but after speaking with Adam, am glad that we had the ceramic coating pit on our car. It is 6 years old, low mileage and immaculate. We wanted to keep it that way. Caleb did an unbelievable job. There were stains on the upholstery, years worth of crumbs and dirt built up in every nook and cranny, and scratches in the paint. He got all of it out and my car looks brand new again. Highly recommend!

This was a fantastic experience start to finish! James was very helpful over the phone and gave me pricing details for my car right upfront along with a great description of all the work that they do that their competitors don’t (polish, engine cleaning), it made my decision to choose them very easy! Trust what reviews are saying!! If you get nothing else from this message and don't have time to read. Go for the basic and Don't let them upsell you on the hand wax it any service besides animal hair removal... literally they are just wiping you car so it doesn't have water drips but crazy enough mine still has water spots on the door. Most obvious place to double check. I'm giving stars for all the animal hair vremoval they got out but I paid for a detailing service and that is not what I got. My husband and I pay good money to get our cars cleaned and buffed once a year. I was curious about price with a business rather than an individual we use, so I called for a quote, It was a little more but they said they had time for me today. I was shocked, normally I book a week out. Great customer service and they got my van right in and even offered to help me take my carseats out👍 (wouldn't use the carpet cleaner on the carseats🤷‍♀️🤪) obviously I'm not brining a clean car to get cleaned it was dirty. I clean weekly but not detailed. When I picked up my car, the seats still had food and a marble in them. The detail is not a detail here. It is just a clean run through that you get at crew car wash. To me detailing Should be a little more since I'm paying over $300 for it. If it is takes you longer to wash the floor do it till it's clean but till it just looks better to you. I work hard for my money so when I spend it and pay a higher price for details, please take the time to do the details. The vents were not wiped between? The door jams were not vacuumed and wiped. The seats were not moved to wipe between. The back seats were not shown effort to vacuum around the feet of the seats. The doors and back of seats did not Seam to even have a little elbow Grease used to get a little food picked off?? I'm not paying got a wipe down but a detail and carpet shampoo. Very disappointing that you offered to fix it and yet when I came back only the seats were vacuumed. A little training in your staff is needed or maybe if you don't have the training for staff, or you don't have staff to do it. Don't offer it! Picture just don't show crumbs that could easily brushed and then vacuumed. Just an everyday carwash, not ment for details or extras.

3 stars, and here’s why. Whatever they used on the leather of my seats and doors is uneven, streaked, and left excess build up/residue (for lack of a better description). Not happy with that at all. 😣 My arms and clothing are now collecting the residue. I tried to even the passenger seat face of the back and seat cushion to no avail so I did not attempt more. The exterior is not as clean as I’d expect either, particularly the rear. Earned 4-stars because… I was impressed with their customer service, attentiveness to my questions, their quick action to point out a major issue with one of my tires (a potential live saving notice 👍), and overall courtesy to myself and others in the waiting area. Oh, PS to the management…build a sun shade for your employees standing in the blazing sun 🥵greeting cars in the lane. Can you tell me what you use so I can try to clean my leather and trim? 😔

They did an AMAZING job restoring my headlights plus coating them with a 3 year ceramic protection, getting out a few light scratches, and an overall wash & wax! Very friendly, great communication, and punctual. Would absolutely 100% recommend using their services. I’m having them come out again for an interior detail very soon!

Grant did a fantastic job on my Silverado. After owning my truck for eight years I never once had the interior detailed. Layers of dust and debris in the tiniest crevices were all removed. The leather conditioner used on my steering wheel made it feel soft and pliable again. After taking a beating by many automatic car washes, the exterior is now back to a glossy new shine. It feels like I’m driving around in a new truck and that’s a pretty good feeling!

TAG, excellent find! I booked an 8 hour detail for a 2013 Infinity JX35 with years of kids riding in it. We keep it clean but this service restored this car to better than showroom quality. I cannot recommend TAG enough. Spectacular service.

I was looking for a place to get my Corvette detailed, before a marketing video shoot. After finding a couple places and getting quotes I picked Prestige Auto Detailing because of other good reviews and their prices were competitive. My car was desperately needing some attention and they took great care of the car and finished the exterior and interior in 1.5 days. It brought out the details and shine the car deserved, especially after cleaning off the brake dust. I would recommend them to others looking for good service and competitive pricing.

Took my dad's 9 year old Mercedes in for full detailing, inside and out recently, and am thoroughly impressed with how well it turned out. Dad remarked that it looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Never having been detailed before, the car is now immaculately clean, after years of inclement weather, and grandkids spilling food and drink inside. The price was reasonable for the quality of work they perform, with highest attention to every detail. Called to make an appointment in the morning, and was pleasantly surprised to get same day service. Steve (the owner) dropped me off and picked me up from our home nearby, which was unexpected and most helpful. James did an incredible job on my car. Got full tint, no extras, and he killed it. It’s been less than 24 hours and the tint is already almost fully sealed and spotless. I could totally believe the lifetime warranty. He was super easy to work with, timely, true to his projections on completion time, and did fantastic work. 3.5/5 Overall pretty good job on interior detail but under both front seats it didn't look like anything had been cleaned. I had a pen and water bottle along with many crumbs and none of it was touched. They were very accommodating and allowed me to pick up my car after hours which was helpful.

I worked for detail xperts and I am currently failing a complaint with the EEOC They portray a great work environment when actually they bully and cheat their employees they are very unprofessional and not experienced as they say they are I worked for them loyally for 6 months and was treated terrible Hr does not listen to the complaints of the employees and when you try and stand up for yourself they use intimidation tactics or cut your hours hoping you will just quit I told the vice president that I was being bullied by my supervisor and she said that is how it is working with and for black people I was apauled One thing they did do is inspire me to be their biggest competitor

My wife and I just went to have our cars washed here. Her rear windshield wiper, which was in perfectly good condition, was snapped off at its base while inside the car wash. That is now a $100 repair for something that is completely their fault. The manager refused to compensate us beyond offering free wash coupons. I would understand if the part was already worn down, but that was definitively not the case here with our new car. Worse, they even admitted that this “happens all the time because the plastics get worn down” (an actual quote from an employee). They ARE responsible for damages. Any goodwill they created with the actual $8 wash jobs was completely negated by this nonsense. We are never coming back here. Do not support this unprofessional and negligent business. Edit/Update - Within the same day as this incident, the owner reached out to me via Facebook. He contradicted his manager by saying that the company would service our car if indeed the damages happened within the wash. However, he didn’t even offer so much as an apology for the incident or his manger’s behavior. Worse, he recommended a body shop that Car Wash King is connected to, due to repeated instances like this. That’s shocking and embarrassing, honestly. My wife and I did not take the owner up on his offer because we had already put in motion the actions towards getting the repair done ourselves. That was entirely due to the words of that unprofessional manager. Car Wash King, we have not forgotten and this failure is entirely yours. Some major changes need to happen with your PR because this is definitely not how you should treat customers just willing to give you a shot.

Once again Matt did a wonderful job on my newest vehicle (4runner). This is the second vehicle (Mercedes) I have taken to him in the last two years for a paint correction and ceramic coating. I have also sent others his way for the same thing. Matt is as honest as the day is long and you can tell by his shop he is a perfectionist, something that I appreciate. What's the point of having the unlimited club lanes when there's more people in unlimited club than actual cashier lanes. I shouldn't have to wait 20 cars deep just because everybody is sold the unlimited club. People paying cash who are not members should not have an advantage over everybody who pays a premium every month.

Got home from Florida and truck was filthy. Told employee named Fish and he was actually honest with us and said one wash might not get bugs off. He personally walked over and scrubbed the front and made sure everything got clean. Very pleasant young man. He deserves a raise. Bugs are gone. Thanks Fish.

Continue to have the worst experience with Ziebart. Rude, unprofessional, worst customer service. First, didn’t call me to let me know my vehicle service was done - when I called them, they stated they had called me twice, but in verifying my number they had transposed the numbers and had not been calling me. Basically got a “my bad” response. After picking up my car I noticed considerable damage from grease on my carpeting and greasy fingerprints on my seats, doors and glove box. When I called to report this, they stated it was impossible, end of discussion, but bring it in and they would clean everything up. I will never return to this location!

After reading some of the reviews I was a little concerned about having my windows on my new 2024 Honda Prologue tinted but the sale price was to good to pass up. I had my car washed here for $10, I suggest every one not to go for automatic wash as my experience was really bad. Most of the time I visit Crew Car wash, but I felt like trying and this is how it ended up, you can notice lines drawn with my fingers on the body and the glass. which shows the dirt accumulated is not cleaned. Crew car wash is $9 and if you are not satisfied with the wash you can turn around or visit a different Crew car wash show the receipt and it’s free the same day. Hope this helps.

Not impressed and will not be returning. I have been to other touchless car washes in the past and this is the worst. I paid $10 and would expect to at least get the dirt off. When I got home and looked back at the car all it did was rinse some of the dust off. Didn’t even touch the bugs. Along the foot runners and back bumper the dirt dried back on the car. And when I ran my finger along the back bumper my finger turned black. I would have been better off to rinse it off with a hose.

In 20 minutes or less, you get a comprehensive cleaning, both the outside and the inside of your car! Clean, fast, and friendly every time. For the outside cleaning, you start with smiling crew members greeting you. Next is a front bumper soak to wash away bugs and dirt. Then you enter the wash, and your car is moved along a conveyor belt. An initial soaping leads to a gentle scrubbing. Soft cloth only, no brushes. After the cloth scrub, your car is power washed on all sides, including the underbody. Perfect for daily cleaning in the wintertime, because salt eats cars! I hate waiting in line for anything. When I look at the line for Crew Carwash on a weekend, it makes me angry. My wife says I'm just a grumpy old man. But I suck it up, because no matter how bad the line looks, the wait is never that long. These guys could compete with an Indy pit crew if car washes were mandatory during pit stops. They keep the line rolling. As someone who doesn't really care about keeping things shiny, but does care about the rust-inducing crud thrown on winter roads that may force me into a car dealership earlier than necessary, I appreciate the efficiency.
