HOPS is by far the best detail shop in the area HANDS DOWN!! We've used them for many years and have never been disappointed, they've gone above and beyond every single time. I have had a Hops do a few cars for me as well as referred more than a few friends to them. Never had an issue with them, they are way overpriced but I believe you get what you pay for. Initially I was a big fan of them but recently that has changed. The last time I used them I brought my truck which they charge 300 dollars for, steep right? I think, bigger car more money? Makes sense. Until I get it home and check out the bed. There was still loose dirt and leafs from when I dropped it off. I have a cover and didnt think to check. Obviously they missed the bed. Not a big deal, I figure they will either do a real detail job in the bed later or just reimburse me some cash, either way is fine. I called the next day and they said I had to bring the tuck in before 4pm and show Joe to prove it wasn't done. Fine. So I leave work early to show Joe the bed and when I get there Joe is out. (Happy birthday btw). So I left and said I would be back the next week when he was in, now I'm getting frustrated. When I take it back a few days later Joe and Hop are outside so I'm thinking great! This should be quick. As soon as I get out of the car I open the back and it's obvious little if anything was done back there. He said he would sweep it out but offered no other resolve. I told hop I was embarrassed to have referred my friends to him if this is the level of service they received. To which he replied "you should be" at this point I left. Needless to say they have lost my business as my referral. The inside of the truck was great and the outside was ok which is why they get two stars. But, for 300 dollars I should have just gone to drive and shine then taken the family out for a nice dinner. I apologize to anyone I have referred to this business if you were treated the way I was. They literally charge twice as much for the same job as anyone else in town so I would expect a little compassion when something as big as a dirty truck bed is missed. I guess the joke is on me. They still charged me 300 dollars and I still have a dirty truck bed. **update** after exchanging emails and being told they would NOT reimburse any amount of money, They read a review I had posted on line and agreed to reimburse me 50 dollars.

I had a very negative experience with buying a remote starter here in May 2024. The customer service was a joke when there was a misunderstanding on the type of fob that I wanted for my car. To their credit after arguing with the guy at the desk and on the phone they made it right. Fast forward to December 2024 and this most recent cold spell. My car kept dying, I changed the battery, dead with a day or two. Upon further inspection I found the remote starter was the culprit. Gem Detailing did a terrible job installing this. There were bare wires exposed, bare wire outside of the electrical butt connector. They just threw this thing in there without a care in the world. I had to have my mechanic rewire their mess and that fixed my problem. After the tow, parts, and labor, and a new battery I'd say stay away from this place at all costs!

Definitely recommend Luxe for your paint correction/ceramic coating needs. Jason ceramic coated my 2022 Toyota Corolla XSE last winter and the coating is still holding up great. Water still beads off every time I wash it and the paint still looks perfect. Jason does great work and has a great attention to detail. Edit for 2023: I've now had Jason ceramic coat my 2023 Toyota Corolla GR as well. Quality is perfect per my expectations and the shop did a great job of addressing my concerns about coating my carbon fiber roof.

Colin and his crew do an amazing job, from scheduling to pick up they communicate extremely well, and they did an tremendous job bringing my Fiat Spiders paint job back to a better than new appearance. I had light hail damage on the hood and trunk lid, and a lot of etched water spots and bird poop stains, and they got it looking brand new again. I recently had to stop at a detail shop; on moments notice? I came across “My Guys Mobile Detail Shop LLC.” I was in need of headlight restoration on my 07 Chrysler T&C; the vehicle ran through lots of country roads hauling the Amish & is still currently being used to do so! The left headlight needed restoration desperately! I currently drive and do transportation for the railroad, so I have minimal time to pay attention to these types of things! I got with Debbie @ “My Guys Mobile Detail Shop” & they COMPLETELY transformed my headlight from a thick yellow, fogged, hazy headlight? To a clear & REVIVED headlight housing! We live in Atlanta and visited Hoosier Kustomz in Elkhart to have our RV ceramic coated while visiting family nearby. Kevin and his team did a comprehensive job and it looked great on departure. Lochmandy and Bob along with John went above and beyond to get my son’s car fixed. We bought it in Aug and it started acting up in October. We took it to our mechanic who thought he fixed it but felt it needed to be plugged in. We then took it to a tire store/mechanic who sold us cheap parts that didn’t hold and charged us an arm and a leg. We called Lochmandy and after telling them the story they got us right in. They got the job done right and quickly. And we still have our arm and our leg. 😉. Again…Thanks so much!!!

It was usually pretty good but this time I chose the tidal wave and the water on my windshield I couldn't see where to drive I could see the light to stop but I was too far to the left and the arm came around and got stuck on my car so I backed up to let it go and I think I messed up the system because it wouldn't go after that so I feel like I wasted my 15 dollars and didn't know what to do. Thank you for refunding me. I love the way my car is always clean when I leave.

Cost $5.00 to start a spray wash. They have a change.machine and takes credit cards. There was lots.of spray options like a pre soak soap wand. Was easily able to wash my Ram 3500 truck with. Started with 8 min for $5.00

My dad introduced me to Lazy Sea Turtle Mobile detailing earlier this year. Brashad is kind and does a wonderful job with great attention to detail and care. Every time I drive my car after it has been cleaned it feels like a new vehicle! My car had a smoke smell since the last owner was a smoker.... after an interior detail and using the ozone machine twice, my car smells great! My car wasn't dirty in the interior to begin with but after he detailed it, you could tell it was a lot cleaner. Exterior cleaning was also very nice. He was very accommodating; had good customer service and could tell he wanted the best for my car and wanted to get the smell out! Definitely recommend taking your car here :)

Soaked my motor and refused any responsibility for damaging the head/electronics. Lied about my engine having a tick, literally 0 sounds from my motor until AFTER they soaked it. Wont refund my $ either.

Loved the service for years. Got a new bigger truck and it was chaos. It made it under the bar. Running through the wash something held up my truck. It bumped past the rollers to the point the car behind me was pushed into the scrubbers. Pushing it into my truck. It caused damage to his car. It got even worse. They send me to the other wash, the manager comes out and has me go back, says my truck is way to big. The bar is the same size…. But it’s not. The Manager from the Cas. location watches the video and blames me For hitting my breaks…. Tries to get me to cover the damages. I about did, but decided to watch the video. It was my auto tail lights. He played dumb like he hasn’t watched thousands of cars with auto tail lights go through. Long story short, Great service, but I’d cover your bases if there is ever an issue.

bays with high clearance and good pressure. hot water would have been nice since bug removal is almost impossible without. bays are very narrow so if high profile vehicle (van, etc), you will be in the splash zone.

Been here twice, long line for soft touch and touchless car washes these days.... But fairly simple to go through. The height limit for soft touch is 6'10" and for touchless is 7'6". They do have some app for setting up for wash (I guess), but we didn't do that. Please refer to the images for before and after wash difference. Minor water droplets remained on the glass, but by the time we reached home, they were all gone.

A bit run down. The scrub brush looked dirty and as tho many bristles were missing. I Didnt end up washing the car because the machine ate my quarters right away but didnt start up. That was probably a good thing because i can only assume the soap/other chemicals wouldnt be full. Again, thats an assumption.

When I pulled in and saw how trashy this place looked I should have fled... I didn't. $2 for a 4 min vacuum? It better be a good one, it was not. $2 to do the area under the drivers feet. No card reader in the wash bays so I went elsewhere.

Super friendly owner and staff. Plus a phenomenal job. My headlights orginally had some tint done by a previous owner and smudges due to accidentally spraying lubricant on one and attempting to DIY the other. We took my Ford Explorer here this week for a full interior detail as a birthday present to myself…and I am beyond happy (and shocked) with how good my car looks! It looks even better than when I bought it from the dealership! Tried other places and was very disappointed. Buddy told me about Wakarusa Auto Detailing, and I’m telling you I could not be happier. This car sat for over a year before I got it and it was nasty. Embedded dirt and stains. Looks 1000% better and no longer has “that smell”. Wifes car is next, and ’ll definitely take both cars back in the spring.
