The ceramic coat finish looked pretty good. However, I had small streaks of yellow paint or something at the bottom of my Camry (it’s blue). He broke my license plate holder. Bought a new one, but never put it on. I also have a small place in the hood where he buffed down to the metal I had to touch up. What’s done is done. But it wasn’t worth $500. Then, when you sign off on it, he asks you if you want to tip. I’ll ho somewhere else next time.

I did not get my car cleaned here yet. But I stopped & got some prices. They seem very reasonable on their prices. Cheaper by $100 than the other auto detailing place in town. I'm not sure how good they are or the quality. But at that price I am definitely going to check it out. Will update my review later.

It's pouring down rain but I HAD to wash my filthy car today, inside and out. Due to the rain they had the vacuums off, so I went to ask them to turn them on and the friendliest girl (but not that annoyingly perky nice) Alexis, met me before I even made it to the door, immediately turned on the vacuums and waited patiently while I blew and vacuumed in the rain, and when I called to tell them I was leaving and done with the vacuums, she said she'd kept an eye out for me and was already on it. When I felt bad and tried to apologize for keeping it running in a down pour, she didn't even hardly let me finish, just let me know it was not a bit of problem at all, not to worry at all about it, and actually eased every ounce of guilt i was feeling. Nowadays I'm nit used to the younger generation having any manners, being professional and definitely not easing the way I feel, but she most certainly did. It's worth returning there as a repeat customer not only for the vacuums that could suck the color off a skittle or the blower that could reverse a tornado, but for the professionalism, respect and kindness from an employee that is rarely experienced anymore. Shout out to yall! Very happy with the service!

When this car wash was first built, I thought it was just like all the rest. Wow was I wrong. This car wash does a great job on my truck. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a car mat washer. Yes, you heard me.... A car mat washer. They also have free vacuums. Showed up and my card wouldn’t work in the card reader. A rep tried to help me out and swipe it on another machine and it wouldn’t read either. Instead of turning me away, he manually opened the gate and have me their top wash for free, when I was only planning to purchase a mid grade wash! This is how you get repeat customers. My car was super clean and the service was second to none. Fantastic way to take care of people so they will take care of you. Thank you!!😊

What a great car wash! I just got a subscription; 17 dollars per month includes a slightly upgraded wash plus they offer free vacuums + armor all + window cleaner and they provide clean towels??? That's a great deal in my book. The employees there were very friendly and showed me all my options before I purchased. The facility itself seems rather new too which I appreciate. If you want a great car wash at a great price with friendly people look no further than here!!!

Absolute worst service. Went for an express detail last Sunday, was told I had to schedule. Came back today to an annoyed employee and one who acted like he didn't know how to do the detail. Pretty much swept my car and wiped down the doors and didn't get all of it. Didn't clean the windows, left the spills. Will not be coming back. Not worth the $40.

We stopped several months ago for a quick wash. We were offered a "deal" for 30 days of unlimited washes. Nothing was mentioned about this being a recurring charge. Fast forward to now...I realized they have been taking $30 per month from our account for the last 4 months. My husband called and was told we have to come in person to cancel, so we went in person. My husband was told it might not stop the first time so watch our account. He was also told to contact the GM about not being informed it was recurring, so he did. George, the GM was very unprofessional and informed my husband that all his employees read off a card when selling these packages so we we were definitely informed that it was a recurring charge...not true. Long story, short single wash has cost us $120 so far and maybe more, if it doesn't stop coming out of our account.

The arm that sprayed the front of the vehicle was down. The wash was sooo spotty on my vehicle almost like the soap concentration was high or hard water. Definitely one of the worst washes I have had. Usually good.

Completely blown away by the work done by Chad. He was a great communicator and set the expectations for my experience and also which package was right for me. The day of service was easy and he made the process as seamless as possible. The results were incredible - our SUV looked brand new (we have two kids - 7 and 5…and two dogs). I called to get an estimate on my car and I was told it would cost $350(interior only) for a Honda CRV base pay. I was informed that once they arrived it could go up or down. My car has cloth seats and there were stains on them. He told me it was an extra $25 for “concessions” I asked him to explain, I said does that mean you’ll have to use more product or something and he said yes. I got my car cleaning and was happy. I noticed it was wet and he said to crack the windows to help it dry. I got my car cleaning 7/20 they finished around 4:30pm. It is 7/21 and my seats are still damp and now that it’s drying I am questioning what extra product did I pay for because I still have stains and lines that were from their machine that won’t go away. That’s why I gave a 3.

Had the 9 year ceramic coat, wheel ceramic, EXO hydrophobic, glass visibility, and black trim ceramic coating done on our 2024 Colorado ZR2. Traveling to Haywood Detailing to have this done was well worth the 2-hour drive. Very professional. Kept us updated throughout the process via email, including pics. The truck looks amazing now! Ryan does a fantastic job! He completed a ceramic coat and detail job on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks amazing! I recently purchased the vehicle which was in gently used condition. It did have a few small scratches and the paint did not shine as much as it should but boy does it now! He took care of all of the scratches as well. Ryan has the best customer service and is an all around nice guy. We will not take our vehicles to anyone else!

Ryan and LionHeart did a perfect job on my Tesla Model Y. The ceramic coating makes the blue shine almost like a mirror. I also got my front windows tinted and it just completes the look I was looking for. The pick and drop off service they offer makes this process headache free and is very convenient. Don't even bother wasting your time and money. You'll get the same result using a handheld vacuum and going through the carwash. I brought my car here expecting it to be clean upon return. Nothing about it feels clean or smells clean. Not only was it not clean, I arrived to pick up my car and my seat was so reclined back it was stuck and jammed. And no one knew what happened to it. The carpets are visibly poorly done. There's still stains on my seats that I easily wiped away with baby wipes. The interior windshield was never touched, you can still see my kid's handprints. The outside windshield and side mirrors have streaks and water marks where they were hardly wiped down. Only one half of the tires were touched. Overall, I would never go back. Horrible experience.

I love this place! I have taken all my four door Jeeps here, and they always do an amazing job. I have two golden retrievers that I haul in my Jeep, and they always manage to get all of the hair, drool, and doggie nose art off of and out of everything! My vehicle is always done quickly and looks amazing every time. The price is also very fair, especially for having to deal with the golden retriever fibers of love that are everywhere in my vehicle.
