The reviews of this company’s services were fantastic, so my hopes were high when I (23F) finally decided to take my beloved car to be detailed by them. I purchased a complete interior and exterior detail. And, you guys, they met my extremely high expectations!! Here's the deal, I RARELY write reviews, but Dave and his crew at Executive Detailing were so good, I had to write one. I dropped off my wife's car with lots of light body scratches and even some interior panel discolorations, they got 99% of them out (I've tried for years to remove them). It went so well, I had them do my SUV the next week, and it's now gorgeous! If you're thinking of getting a car detailed, you've gotta try these guys, and outstanding value!

Man oh Man!! Dave the owner took care of me. had some grime built up on my rear bumper and was very skeptical as to whether a shop could get it out. Dave fixed my car perfectly, and then some! took off my rear badges PERFECTLY not leaving a single mark. when i pulled up my car looked like it could be fresh off the lot. 10/10 would recommend this business to all my car buddies here and will certainly be taking my car here for any future needs! here are pictures of how my bumper looked before and after.

This was my first time here and let me just say 1000/1000! I just needed to find someone to vacuum out my car and wipe it down because its getting colder outside and I wanted to get it done before the snow comes also didn't feel like doing it myself. I called 15 minutes before I got off work and there was no need for me to set up an appointment they told me to come right over once I got off work. I got the Express Interior Detailing for $80, and to be honest with the name "express" I didn't expect my car to be as good as it was. All I could go was laugh when they showed me my car because it looked like NEW! They are amazing. If you are questioning if you should come here or not, GO matter of fact RUN you will not regret it! I'm definitely coming back for a full detailing service.

Expectations were absolutely exceeded! They worked with me on the booking time (went out of their way to get me in when it was convenient for me) and did a very good job with my standard interior detail. It looked just like it did when I had first gotten it. I don't regret going to them at all. Staff were all very welcoming and kind too, communicative with me about what I wanted done, just way better than I expected and I'm surprised they're not more popular, although I personally prefer calm local shops like this so kind of glad. If you're around them I definitely recommend paying a visit.

I brought my truck to DDI after speaking with the owner about receiving a paint correction. When the truck was finished, the results were less than acceptable. As the pictures show, the paint was not corrected in any way. After bringing these issues up, he told me, “well what did you expect for the price you paid?” He refused to offer a refund, instead offering only half of what was paid or to “correct” the truck again. I did not feel comfortable letting the shop burn through more of my clear coat in an attempt to rectify what had/had not been done. The pictures posted clearly show that no paint correction had taken place. To make it even more obvious, I got second opinions from multiple other detail shops around the area, all confirming that the paint had not been corrected. A more reputable shop offered to do a side-by-side example. It took them less than a minute to produce a near flawless finish on one of my fenders. If you’re wanting anything beyond a simple vacuum and hand wash, steer clear of DDI. Most of the vehicles in DDI’s lot have no license plates or dealer tags. The owner also works for Curry Auto Center and the vast majority of DDI’s business comes from quickly cleaning used cars that go back on Curry’s lot. If you want a true vehicle detail, where attention is paid to your concerns and you’re actually receiving what you’re paying for, DDI is not the shop for you.

My SUV has had a relatively gentle life with 2 humans, 2 large dogs, and a cat for the usual passengers over the last 8 years. Pet hair was woven into the upholstery and there were a few stains throughout from fast food and muddy shoes. DDI was fast and efficient and a full detail was done that day. Looks new again!

Great work and great service! Aaron fixed a ripped leather chair cushion for me. He clearly explained what the options were and got it done quickly. He also cleaned, sealed, and conditioned it, so it looks even better than it did before. He also fixed a ripped suede string on a pair of designer boots. I have no idea how he did it, but you’d never even know it was repaired. Will definitely be back for any future leather repair needs!

Auto Artisans is the best, and Aaron Sheck was very kind throughout my entire experience. I had fuel spill onto my carpet and honestly thought the smell would never go away in my car. But Aaron was nice enough to look at my car, offer updates, and two weeks later the smell is gone. Not only that but he cleaned the interior and exterior as well. 100% would recommend, and will do business with him again if I need to!

I highly recommend Ziebart of Bloomington Indiana. I'm a repeat customer because of the quality of their products and the absolute amazing employees that work there. We have a 2019 RAM. They tinted my front windows. No bubbles and no milky film. They stayed clear through the curing process. They Rhino lined my bed, tailgate and my rocker panels. It was very professionally done. They added window rain guards and fender flares. They installed a chrome brush guard on the front and clear film on the door edges and above the rocker panels on the cab and bed and installed chrome Ram taillights covers. I am a customer for life with them. Their crew rocks!!! The employees is what makes this place what it is. Without great employees Ziebart would be nothing. Thanks again Tom.

The whole point of going to zeibart was so I wouldn't have to do everything myself on my truck since my back is messed up. Absolutely awful work. Sealed in streaks that wouldn't come off, scratched up my truck and left a couple deep scratches. Tried giving them a chance to fix it. Then ended up just wanting a refund since I'm fixing it myself at this point. They even admitted they scratched my truck and keep saying the dealership has to refund me but the dealership says the opposite. Save your money. Place is way too overpriced for what you get. They just damage cars and send them out looking like trash. There's a lot better places than this.

Eric's meticulous attention to detail made my 10 year old car look and smell better than new. Now, the exterior is easy for me to maintain until it's time for another coating (months from now!). The interior wasn't visibly dirty really, but you know: used. Now the dash and doors have a rich protected finish and the upholstery and carpet are pristine. I had been using a car scent thing inside, not really sure why but now I have fresh neutral air in there: no smell whatsoever which to me indicates very clean. It was easy to book, give over the remote, and pay. Don't let the cost fool you: I got value for every cent. And, to top it off, Eric's demeanor had me convinced I made a new friend. When he saw the car he'd be working on I could see him switch right into evaluation mode, checking out angles and I could almost see the wheels turning as he was already working out his plan. When he returned my car I got more than I expected. I had pointed out the foggy headlights and he did some work on them along with the other full services. I am genuinely delighted with the outcome. My only regret is that I didn't do this while the previous owner, my dear Mom, could appreciate it. So if you can: get your Mom a Shine Shop Package. It'll make up for all those times you didn't clean your room. So no matter if you are looking for yourself or as a gift, a professional detail from The Shine Shop lifts more than just dirt from your car.

Spent $10 in the manual car wash and the first bay I used had no pressure which wasted 6 of my dollars. Then the second bay I went to was out of two of the options needed to clean my car. I would recommend another car wash until these issues get resolved

Pretty good place; prices are high for the time limit and the hose will have a lot of soap left over when swapping from high pressure soap to rinse. Seems endless at times. Also the entrance is terrible coming off the main road, use the side entrance.

Found this car detail shop through local search. Austin was very professional, examined the car, gave recommendations, and honored discount for inside and outside services. Made appointment and he was present when we arrived. Returned to see he had done an excellent job cleaning the vehicle- better than when I bought it used, particularly the carpet and seat upholstery. Also, the engine was spotless! Would recommend and return.

I had my interior deep cleaned and detailed by Austin and he did an incredible job! He was able to fit me in a very short turn around before I left town for work. I frequently have my large dog in the car and drive around my family so there were lots of spills and LOTS smells (spilled milk that started smelling spoiled - yuk!), but with Austin’s service it came out smelling brand new and I have a light beige cloth interior so really incredible job! Affordable prices compared to other detail shops in the area. Great service, fast communication, great price, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Went in for a remote start and window tints, came out with a screw in my brand new tire! Jason was unwilling to claim any responsibility and told me it was more likely I picked up a screw along veterans parkway than their shop/ parking lot. Bought a car from them cash. They waited over a month to send the paperwork to Springfield. Now I must wait at least 2 months on top of the month they wasted by not sending in the paperwork. In my opinion, 3 months to get a license and title is ridiculous.

It was a while back that I had work done on my car at Bob Zook's but I have nothing but positive things to say. To take it back to what all was done. My couple month old GTI had a run in with a deer that did some pretty significant damage to the passenger side. I was pretty upset and worried about finding a body shop that could match the cornflower blue color. My brother recommended me to Bob Zook's because, he had work done on his mustang that turned out flawlessly. Armed with that knowledge, I took my gti up there where I met Bryan. To say he has an eye for detail would be an understatement. He went over my car and even found things my insurance missed. Throughout the whole process Bryan and his team were great at keeping my updated with a timeline for parts and where they were with my car. This happened during covid times, so getting parts was a struggle. The final product of all their work is simply stunning. I can't tell that it was ever even in an accident. I can't thank them enough. So, if you need work done on your car, I highly recommend these guys!
