Roudebush Vehicle Detailing far surpassed my expectations. His meticulous attention to detail was phenomenal. My classic car has never looked better. It shines so nicely, like it did in 1967 when it was brand new (Convertible 1967 Ford Galaxie 500, yellow). The interior is perfect, shiny black and restored. The coating will protect the interior for years to come and prevent cracking. He even polished all of the chrome. We could not be more pleased with the fine job that Jon did. Highly recommend!

I'd been an unlimited member of Crew for over 3 years. Bought a new car in July 2023, and continued with Crew - but noticed I was getting swirls in the ceramic coat. I had this problem with my previous car. Had an accident in May 2024 with major front end damage (body panels only). After repairs, I decided to give Buggy Bath a try to avoid the swirl marks, and with new paint I didn't want anything touching the finish until the ceramic coat was applied. I was skeptical because I've never had good luck with "water only" type automatic washes. I stand corrected. Very impressed with Buggy Bath. The pressure in the automatic bays (the larger on the N end is best) does clean your vehicle very well. The dryer is good as well, but could use another row of nozzles and an additional 30 seconds of run. time. I prefer manual washing, but don't have much time to do it - and in the Winter you need a warmer day. So I decided to purchase a Chemical Guys microfiber waffle towel and give it a try. The combination of Buggy Bath, followed by the waffle towel manual dry is very close to a full manual wash. The owner (Rob) is a great guy, helpful and very responsive to customers. He maintains the facility and the grounds very well - this was as surprising to me as the quality of the wash! I've now joined the monthly subscription (10 washes per month), and after 4 months I don't have those damn swirl marks! I will say that the monthly package is good, but I do find it to be a bit higher price. I think if customers are willing to pay that amount, unused washed should carry over - unfortunately they don't. It's basically "use them or lose them". To be fair, I'm very picky in keeping my car clean - and my normal week includes a good wash with towel dry on the weekend, and a drive through only wash around mid week - so I normally use 8-9 a month, so I'm not loosing much! I've also used the manual bays on my wheels/tires, and while I haven't washed the car in the manual bay, you do get plenty of pressure, plenty of soap, and it seems to clean very well. It is great for the wheels.

I have been using the self wash bays here for many years. Always a clean place. My car broke down in November and I recently bought a vehicle a month ago. I grabbed my quarters today to wash my new car and to my disappointment they switched to cards to pay 😪 I totally understand the reasoning behind it, it's just frustrating for those of us that doesn't necessarily wash their vehicle all of the time. I just throw my change in a jar for this purpose. It would be nice if at least 1 bay was still coins.

Got a free ultimate wash coupon from a roofing customer that works for Crew. It was a wonderful gesture, and the wash was great. I told the attendant I had some oily residue in a couple spots on my truck, and she offered a pretreatment before entering the wash cycle. I would probably pay for a wash book and become a repeat customer IF it wasn't required to remove my fold-up ladder from inside my truck bed prior to entering. It's too heavy to blow out and doesn't stick outside of the perimeter. I get it... rules are made to prevent problems for the company and/or other customers. I'm just sharing why I don't come through more often.

It's not like it used to be. Use to you'd pull up to get the tire lined up in the track, and if there were extensive bugs or bird droppings on your windows, they would spray it before your car went in. It's not that way anymore so you gotta run through two or 3 times to get the clean clean on your car.

Last December, I bought $300 worth of gift cards from the owner. They were Christmas gifts for family members. About 2 months ago, my grandma called in to schedule her detailing with her gift card. She told the owner she had a gift card, and he told her that he would look at his schedule and give her a call back. She called back 3 days in a row over the course of a week, and he never would answer the phone for her number. I called on her behalf (and didn’t tell him that I was paying via gift card) and he had no problem scheduling me immediately for the following day. While dropping off the car for my grandma, one of the workers told me to, please tip, and if I do, not to give it to the owner because he steals their tips. It was very off putting and unprofessional, but again, I had already spent the money on the gift cards and didn’t want it to go to waste. When picking up the vehicle, overall the detail was done well. We did end up tipping the worker. Then after leaving, he texted my personal cell phone number and told me not to tell the owner that we left a tip, as he would take it. I didn’t respond and didn’t reach out again, until it was time to use the second gift card I had purchased. I called to schedule the detailing, again not telling him I was paying via gift card as I didn’t want any scheduling issues this time around. He told me over the phone that the detailing would be $80-$90. My leftover gift card amount was for $150. My husband and I dropped off the vehicle, and the worker told me there that it would be $120. No biggie, as the car was pretty dirty because of children. The worker then told me to “tip him good and don’t tell the owner”. I didn’t respond and left. Later that day at pickup of the vehicle, my husband walked up to get the vehicle. The owner came up to him, and my husband gave him the gift card. One of the workers gave me the keys to my vehicle. At that point, the owner came over to me, told me to give him back my car keys, and come into the office with him. I had children in the car, so I stayed outside while my husband went into the office with him. He made some strange remarks about the gift cards potentially not being legit. My husband then told him to give the leftover gift card amount as a tip to the workers ($30) and the owner said “they get enough as is.” He didn’t offer to give us the gift card back with the remainder or anything. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant both times. I will not be purchasing from them again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Beware, they seem extremely likely to scam you.

Where to begin...I the proud owner of a Jaguar F-Type 400/Sport. A real black beauty - less than 340 of them in the US - and only 10K miles on it. Earlier in the year it was involved in a slight front-end fender bender - and I retrieved it almost 5 months later from the Jaguar-approved collision shop. At that time I complained to the body shop about the poor paint job on the hood and front fenders - one would think that in 5 months they could get it correct. I was told that it was a good as it could be - and not wanting to be held for ransom any longer - accepted it as handed over. The front end looked like a 3rd-grader with a spray-can of Krylon had applied the paint and clear-coat. Pretty disheartening for such a special car. I tried to identify a paint-repair solution and was finally fortunate enough to locate Nick Parker, owner and principal at The Auto Show in Anderson, SC. I can't say enough good things about Nick, his crew, and the work they did to bring the Jag back to better-than-new condition. Nick has the knowledge, experience, and tools to make magic happen. His attention to detail, and true committment to quality yield results that will exceed your expectations. He is punctual, delivers on-time, is honest, and does fabulous work. Moreover, he is a "car guy". He gets it. He understands how the vehicle should look and appreciates all the detailed intricacies. I trusted my Jag with him, and he did an outstanding job. Worst car wash ever. I am still thinking about it two weeks. No other car washes in the north end and i have wasted many ten dollar bills. There is no soap in the bin or something. I have a brand new car so I think I really noticed it more. I am shocked looking back at these pictures. This was maybe 25 mins after the car wash.

When I was in the car business, I literally had them work on hundreds of cars from sunroofs, rear spoilers, leather seats and entertainment systems. So when it came to add leather in my personal truck there was no other choice for me.They have been doing quality work for years. If you are buying a new or used vehicle from a dealer and wanting to add a sunroof or any type of aftermarket equipment, be sure to let the dealer know you want to use National Auto Spa.

This was the only place I could find that worked on sunroofs. Mine was stuck open in the vented position. I took it here just to get it closed so rain didn't get through. I was told it would be about $50 in labor charges. When he was done about 30 minutes later he saw I was a college student and didn't make me pay a cent! I was so surprised and so thankful!

After dealing with the dealership a year ago.. my radio and phone weren’t working right in my 2016 Jeep. They said I needed a new radio. That’s what I thought I would get. They had it for a MONTH and put in the same 2016 crap radio. Phone was no better. Finally went to KenSense and he put a NEW, new radio with all the up to date stuff on it. He had it done in a couple hours. Works great… phone works great too. Sure wish I had gone to KenSense before the dealership. I wasted a lot of money there!

I can't thank Bill's and their workers enough. They restored my Toyota Corolla Le 2021 back to its original condition after a hit-and-run that left my back bumper and front pretty banged up. They were super reliable and worked with me to keep up with my busy schedule, even helping me get to and from my house when repairing it. Okay. Wanted to delete the last one I put up and redo this one and post pictures. First off, a BIG THANKS to Bill and his team! Yes, I was quoted for it to be done in 3 days but it's been 2 weeks.. Why? Well that's because this team has went above and beyond to look over EVERYTHING to make sure that my baby comes back to me I'm the best condition it's ever been in! I can't believe the work they have done to my car. After doing the bumper, you can definitely tell the sun has been fading my paint out and of course Bill has gave me an estimate I can't turn down to touch up and get all the dings out of it. If I could, I would give them all the stars I could. I will NEVER take my car no where Else for ANYTHING without seeing Bill first. He's really not out to burn a hole through your wallet. I took my truck to here after being referred there by another shop to get the paint corrected, there was spots all over the entire truck that limescale had started eating the clear coat, and I had very little faith that it could be saved. The guys at praxis did an absolutely phenomenal job on the paint correction, removing nearly all of the spots, touching up all the rock chips and scratches, and even shining up the leaf springs and strut coils. It looks like a brand new truck again, I’d recommend them to anyone! I added a before and after, but pictures don’t do it justice!

I used to rely on this place for oil changes, but the past few times I've tried to get one the store has been closed. One time was during the week before 5 pm and the second was on a Saturday morning. Since this business has expanded into car washes and repair work in addition to doing oil changes, they don't seem to be doing as much work or even to want very much business.

The owner and shop manager are very knowledgeable about any vehicle that you may want to restore or modify.. if it has an engine they can get the job done! Unbelievable depth and shine, with no imperfections in their paint!! Can't say enough good things about this business. The only advice I can give is, be patient, what they do is time consuming, and the owner is a perfectionist. Purchased a 2005 Yamaha V Star motorcycle and they hyped it all up. Said it was a great running bike. Nothing wrong with it. We took off down the road and made it just 3 buildings down and it was not running correctly. We adjusted the fuel a few times on our way home and it would run pretty good at low RPM’s but once we hit 50mph or above the bike ran like crap. We tried adding octane booster thinking it was just low quality gas, but that didn’t help whatsoever. Spitting and sputtering, no power, would barely get to 55mph. Unfortunately, we purchased the bike as is, however, it would be nice to have honest salesmen. They were definitely out to make a buck talking it up.

I do need to brag on the The Wraporsis I’ve know Siera Allen for a lot of years. Having lost touch years ago I had learned that she owned and operated this facility ! I had reached out to her and everything was smooth sailing. Easy to schedule and they did it in the timeframe they said but the best part is she did it herself ! At least for that meant more to me having known her prior ! I highly suggest reaching out to her for your wrap needs I really think she knocked it out of the park !

Mike at the front desk and Mike the tech were absolutely amazing, professional, knowledgeable and the most honest mechanic shop I’ve ever dealt with. I was told I needed a new alternator for my car, so I purchased one with a local part shop but after Mike ran a few tests to ensure what the root cause was, it ended up being a secondary battery issue. I’m out of town and they were able to squeeze me in right away and my car was done within just a few hours.

September 12 I was slammed into at a red light. Had my car taken to caliber in anderson. My insurance should’ve totaled out my car with how much bodywork was needed! They had my car for 6 weeks and kept me updated weekly on repairs. Finally had it done but had a few issues with the trunk and the engine area! They addressed those promptly and got the trunk back to normal. However the engine sounds never got better. I have called every week for 3 weeks with the same issue. They were prompt in getting me in to see what’s wrong. Went to pick it up yesterday and it’s till having issues! They are taking it to a dealership! I truly don’t believe all of these issues are the fault of the technician. My claim from insurance never should’ve been closed out before the work was all completed and done. Insurance should’ve totaled my car out. But here we are 2 months to the day after a wreck and I’m still in a rental car! It’s been a night mare So far, everyone at caliber has been helpful and I think at this point we all just want my car fixed!

I had my car sent for an inspection for strange noise following a break repair in another store over driving issue on one weekend recently. (This store did not open on weekend and I am their customer in Texas). The tints were decently done… Time will tell. Did not appreciate getting my car back with a FILTHY inside windshield (all windows that were done for that matter) that I can’t even see out of. It was returned dirtier than when I brought it… with visible dried liquid streaks going all around the outside from the tinting process. That cannot be washed off for days until the tint cures. Won’t be coming back or recommending… So much for trying to support a local business!

I took 2 cars here to have the windows tinted. The level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding! After the 1st car was completed the window tint technician unfortunately fell ill and went home (I hope they are feeling better). The staff went out of their way calling an off work technician in to complete my 2nd car. Outstanding effort on their commitment to top notch customer service. It's really tough these days to find such dedication to customer service. The Darkside Window Tinting embraces the value of good customer service. They went our of their way and completed the job with amazing craftsmanship and attention to detail. My cars look amazing and I am more than satisfied with finished product. I highly recommend this business for all if your tinting needs. I only gave them 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option.
