I have come to Castro Oasis 6 or 7 times over the last 2 years for car washes and express details for my car and my wife’s. Every time, the staff is incredibly friendly, they thoroughly explain how the processes and products they use get superior results, and the quality speaks for itself. Last month, I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary with a major detail service for her CR-V. Her car is important to her and it showed lots of signs of wear and tear. We don’t have a garage, so I went for full interior & exterior detail plus touch up paint, headlight restoration, and 3 step Ceramic Pro treatment to reduce UV damage to the paint. You can see by the before and after pictures below that we were thrilled by how shiny and new her car looked when it was done. Even a month later, it is very clean and it is obvious that spending extra for Ceramic Pro was worth it. The team at Automobilia are true masters of their craft. I took my car in for PPF and window tints and it came out flawless. They provided me with a quote that explained exactly what would be done and gave me multiple options based on what my goal was. They kept me updated throughout the process and even provided me with photos when done. As everyone can agree, spending money on something you're not happy with hurts, but spending (investing) money in something that greatly exceeds your expectations is a feeling that is matched by very few things in life. Got the works done at Automobilia on my 2023 Range and couldn't be happier with the result. I haven't been this obsessed and proud of my car, since the first one I owned back in high school. I literally find myself staring at my car at least three times a day lol. Highly recommend getting anything you need done to maintain or elevate your vehicle at Automobilia. These guys did an amazing job detailing and applying ceramic coating to my Harley. I don’t trust anyone with my bike and I wasn’t let down by PJ and the rest of the staff at RPM. The wash was very thorough and the employees were very personal and professional and cared about my satisfaction as a customer. I brought my BMW m340i to Prestige to get a full color change wrap and to say the least, it is incredible. I get stopped everywhere i go asking where i got it done and if it is real paint. To start off, I recommend everyone to try Prestige out. Had my Porsche Ceramic coated by the guys at Prestige. I was quoted 2x the price at other shops but after talking to Matt, i realized they used the same products as the shops i was going to be charged double for! I emailed to canceled my monthly membership and never heard back, 2 months later I discovered I was still being charged, so i followed up again. I wanted to cancel since the drying time was cut in half and i just didn't think it got anything more than just dust off. The owner then responded saying it was an unmonitored email, I don't believe this to be true as i have emailed him multiple times and he replied multiple times in the same day. He is demanding I come in person but am traveling for work, another reason I wanted to cancel. I have provided my RFID tag number but he is still demanding to come in person. RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT: You never said you would reimburse me for the past months. You said come in to cancel. I said maybe for thanksgiving, but that is looking unsure. If i am not in a system then why am I being charged? If I didn't pay one month im sure that my membership would be stopped, so at the least you can cancel the reoccurring charges. You have claimed your email to be unmonitored but reply to emails hours later each time until I ask a valid question or make a good point, you could have replied to my email on 9/1 requesting it to be canceled and said please stop in and I would have. Your actions have lead to a horrific customer experience, to try to earn a few more bucks for yourself. I have yet to see an apology for your rudeness and actions to me.

This place is great - for as busy as they always are, they still get cars through quickly while making sure to give care to each car’s washing. The manager Carlos is always there, friendly as can be, and willing to work with you or fix any issue you might have had with a smile. For as neglected as my car was inside and out, the price was worth it and I felt no regrets about tipping (standard car wash including interior, not a detail). Will definitely come back regularly and have no fears asking for any specifics I am looking for, or addressing any potential issue as management will handle it accordingly.

I have been a long time splash customer for over 7 years. And a monthly member for the last 4 years. Recently I had an incident At the Boston post road west haven location with my windshield wiper. 2 of the gentlemen from the washside Started helping me. Unfortunately, my windshield ended up getting cracked in the process. What I did not realize at the time, Was Mr. Jesse The repair shop manager had eyes on the entire incident and even swooped in to advocate For me when the wash side manager lied and tried to say it was my fault. He went out Of his way to find A windshield repair shop. He did research and found out that my car cannot utilize after market products and he facilitated Communication to ensure that I was issued a check for the full amount. I know that this would not have been done without him. Because the car wash side manager was trying to screw me Out of getting the windshield repaired. I am very grateful that there are still up standing gentleman in this world that stand for what's right especially In any facet of the car business when it pertains To not pushing over women. Reavan did a fantastic job cleaning our two very old, very dirty cars. The put just as much care and expertise into cleaning our old cars as they would have in a new, exotic model. Such a welcoming and friendly establishment run by Tim. Service was fast, efficient and very reasonable. I went in to have my car windows tinted but found out that they offered a whole lot more services for such an upcoming company. Detailing is only one of the things they do. Cliff said that he needed more time to detail the vehicle on 3/12 so he called on 3/13 saying that it was ready. Overall, I was not happy with the work and I got ripped off because I could’ve spent less money just getting a vacuum which is pretty much all that it looks like he did. The exterior was not touched when we had asked for an exterior wash and interior detail. I will not be coming back again and I wasted my money.

I will now be going to these guys exclusively for as long as I am living in the New Haven area. Never have I been to a wash that takes more time and effort to clean and dry the cars coming through. These guys spent a couple minutes on each wheel just to make sure they got inside the rims and around the brake calipers and rotors. If you care about your car, GO HERE.
