Windows were supposed to have been washed… i have streaks and now need to wash all windows again… not impressed. The outside is almost good though…. May have been just a bad time…Update one week later: Following the response from the "owner", I did call customer service and I am still waiting to hear back.. I just sent an email.. we will see...

Always pleased with Splash Car Wash, when pulling into the hand wash section, the woman that greets you and asks for what services for the car you want. She is so pleasant and always nice to see, I remember her from years ago, so I know this place is professional and great. Went there a couple of weeks ago and got the works done on my car. I have no complaints! I have not had my car washed in over a year, and once it was done, my car came back to life, the interior was exceptionally well done. I’m guilty of staring at my car too much once I was back home. So fresh and so clean. I will only use this splash location.

The first time I went the manager was very nice and accommodating. I signed up for the membership, and true to their word when I needed to get refunded for the months I didn’t use the membership, they gave me my refund without a problem. For their self service feature and membership, you have everything you need to clean your car spotless. It made washing my car kind of fun and certainly efficient .

DO NOT WASH HERE. I tried to get their middle-tier car wash as a one time thing, and the attendant, Eddie, told me they were running a promo for $19 instead of $22. What I didn’t realize was that not only was I charged $40 (more than double what I was told), but I was deceived into signing up for their monthly service. Their website requires all sorts of info to cancel the subscription, which they didn’t ask me for (because they were trying to be nonchalant about signing me up for this service), so I am unable to cancel my subscription online because my info doesn’t line up with theirs. Customer service number is fully automated and basically just tells you to go to the website (which doesn’t work). I will be disputing this charge and any future charges with my credit card. This car wash has extremely shady business practices and should not be trusted. Do not spend your money here.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I had to because I was so pleased with the service I got from the AAK Auto Detailing in Shelton, CT. My family and I have been bringing our cars here for years. We are always satisfied with the results. This past Friday I took my car to get a super interior clean. I loved how it all came out, but on Saturday I noticed some circle marks in my back seats. So I called and the manager, Osvaldo, had me send him a picture/video of what I was describing. He said to bring it in when I got a chance and they would fix it. I just brought it in yesterday and the worker there, Dennis, already knew of the situation and he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. He apologized for not seeing that initially and I said it was alright, I appreciated how quick/helpful he was in resolving the issue. It was just a simple couple marks from an air tool they used, so it came out with ease when I brought it back. Sometimes as a customer you get worried that if you bring an issue to a company they will try to deflect and make excuses, but this was not the case in my situation. They both were so kind and willing to help. Like I said above, I have been coming here for years and this was the first MINOR issue I ever had, and it was resolved incredibly by the staff. So thanks again to Osvaldo & Dennis. I will definitely be back!

Good job on vehicle. Communication was good. Wife approved and liked vehicle once she saw it. Glad I ended up doing the entire front end instead of just 1/4 sections like they recommend because it does look seamless and can't tell it has the paint protection film on it.

Jack and his team did an excellent job wrapping my entire car in satin PPF with gloss PPF accents at specific trim parts. They then applied a full ceramic coating to the car, wheels and calipers. To say I was pleased with the results would be an understatement. Jack is professional, knowledgeable and extremely customer focused. I would recommend Auto Esthetics to anyone who cares about their car and wants to clean, protect or enhance their special vehicle.

Jack did a great job with wrapping my car completely in PPF, tinting and ceramic coating. Having my car detailed by Nick was a seamless process. He is very responsive with clear communication, and was flexible with my timing. After months with no wash and 10,000miles of road-tripping, my Subaru Outback needed some attention both externally and internally. Nick was able to buff out some paint scratches and help remove some of the sap droppings on the car before they became a more serious problem. Stains in both the driver and passenger (cloth) seats were successfully removed during Nick's thorough detailing of the car's interior. Will be happy to support this local business again!

My 2015 Subaru Forester was showing its age. It spent months outdoors during COVID & had a body shop repair that lacked that paint showroom shine. To me every detail matters. No wonder the Carwash in bridgeport at the Atlantis gas station had such a huge line. Literally I asked the guy if in $15 they would clean the wheels and tires. He said, “it’ll just be soap and water, you’ll have to pay $20 for the wheels and tires”. I called to complain and the person who answered told me to come back (who has time to do that). So, he said next time it’ll be on him. I was pretty disappointed!! The actual car wash machine felt a little fast too. The people who dried the car at the end did a good job though.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this car wash! The owner Chris and staff are dedicated, attentive and professional. My car looks like a disaster of mud, crumbs, etc (twin boys) before going in for an all season detail and comes out looking brand new and smells amazing! I would highly recommend a simple car wash to a full detail. The detail is my favorite…they pay attention to all the fine details and even inspect your car with you to make sure you’re satisfied. I wish I could leave 6 stars. Danny was my Christmas miracle this year. My son's car was totalled right before Christmas and I searched CT and looked at all kinds of junk cars, then I found Danny. He was so helpful and trustworthy, he wasn't pushy but was very knowledgeable. I got my two front windows tinted here about a year ago and I was satisfied with the service. I ended up going back the other day to have a brow installed on my windshield. I was in and out fairly quickly. I think the installer could tell I wasn’t sure how far down the windshield I wanted the tint to go. He took me into the garage and had me sit in the car and showed me a few different lengths so I could see for myself and make a decision. I thought that was great. Tint matched my windows perfectly by the way.

Bought my car here and the customer service was amazing, Alex and his team Tinted my car, installed PPF and a 9 year ceramic coating as well painted my calibers red, the job came out so clean I couldn’t even tell there was PPF on the paint, the price was very reasonable and they were able to get my car ready for me in 2 days! I will be using them again and I highly recommend them, do not hesitate!

I must say the team over at Detail Masters in Stratford, CT out did themselves with this one! I purchased this truck used from Fairfield Market Place and I knew it was going to be a project to help restore it back to a place where it looked like it came off the lot. I took it to a local detial car place when I got it, but the work they did was no where compared to the work Detail Masters did today! Top to bottom, inside out, every door, door knob, door hedge, carpet, seat, light fixture, you name it, if it was in the truck they were detailing it. I walked in shocked at the work they had put in. I dropped off one truck and got a whole new one. The team was so professional. They walked me through everything before I said let's move forward. They were very knowledgeable, and didn't come across like people just trying to sell me something. Ricky is the best. Got 2 cars tinted and tint was better than the last car I had tinted from another shop. Tint guy was great and friendly too. Ricky worked around my schedule and was able to get the car done in a timely manner. A mistake was made in the tint and he fixed it for me at no additional cost and let me know before I even picked it up the first time. Honest place and quality work! I have come to Castro Oasis 6 or 7 times over the last 2 years for car washes and express details for my car and my wife’s. Every time, the staff is incredibly friendly, they thoroughly explain how the processes and products they use get superior results, and the quality speaks for itself. Last month, I wanted to surprise my wife for our anniversary with a major detail service for her CR-V. Her car is important to her and it showed lots of signs of wear and tear. We don’t have a garage, so I went for full interior & exterior detail plus touch up paint, headlight restoration, and 3 step Ceramic Pro treatment to reduce UV damage to the paint. You can see by the before and after pictures below that we were thrilled by how shiny and new her car looked when it was done. Even a month later, it is very clean and it is obvious that spending extra for Ceramic Pro was worth it. If you are anywhere in the New Haven area and you want your car taken care of the way it deserves, Castro Oasis should be your first and only stop! I had a terrible experience with Splash Car Wash in Derby, CT, and I will never use their services again. My car was severely damaged during the wash when the brushes forced open my fuel door, ripped it off the car, and destroyed it by rolling it over. There were no warnings or signage to indicate this kind of damage could occur or that I would be held responsible. When I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, I was told it was a “manufacturing defect” and advised to contact my car dealer. However, Dowling Ford in Cheshire confirmed that the damage could only have been caused by the car wash brushes and that Splash is responsible for the repairs. When I spoke to Pedro at Splash Car Wash, he refused to take any responsibility, insisting the damage wasn’t their fault and that I should cover the cost myself. He also refused to provide a manager’s name and directed me to a corporate number (203-324-5400) that leads nowhere—no callbacks, no way to speak to someone. This company showed no accountability or willingness to help, leaving me no choice but to pursue legal action for the repairs. I highly recommend avoiding Splash Car Wash to prevent similar issues. Their lack of customer care and professionalism is appalling. UPDATE: They have claimed responsibility and are having it repaired.

Best car wash in CT, they have it all covered. There’s a Mat room that you can auto clean your mats or do it by hand in the wash sink. Tire air at all vacuum spots. Now I hear there getting a Tornado that has a blow gun to blow out your vents inside. The attendants are all courteous , helpful and friendly. I bought 1 micro fiber as I drove thru and the attendant gave me 2 for price of 1. Best car wash for your money , clean and orderly. I won’t go anywere else. Thanks Andy

I have had Nauti Details ceramic coat two of my vehicles and a 36 ft boat and a 40 ft boat. The customer service is STELLAR to say the least! I have always been accommodated beyond my expectations. The quality of the work is excellent. What I really admire is that they continually up their game and offerings to the customer. I will happily recommend them and come back for all my detailing needs.
